  1. If I would try figure skating, I would brake the ice before I stand on ice. Audi is real beast (reminds me on time of 5cylinder Quattro)
  2. Is there a posibility to see complete front axle? Thank you
  3. Well Jernej, I really didn't know that you are in figure scating (together with Audi)
  4. I would rather welcome additional tire dimensions to eneich diversity (both for Lego sets and MOCs)
  5. Vety good; somehow simplicity (and beauty) of buggy overshadowed your wrecker a bit. Like them both
  6. So you use axle towball with dishes to make short CV joint at the side of BW (Black & White ) motor. Very clever. Question is what amount of slack is present?
  7. With blade it looks like some vehicle from Mad Max movie or something like that... other looks very good
  8. Bumpy (off)roading + tilt steering = seasick
  9. It look like it started from this set (8436) quietly like from back door. I remember that when I first saw 2003 catalog and pneumatic backhoe (8455), I got impressiin like WOW what is that kind of front end loader (I totaly neglected that it was actually 8455 B model). So there are defenetly sets with B models that are (as @Erik Leppen mentioned) inspiring people to buy specific set when they are in doubt concerning A model...
  10. Yes McLaren uses that kind of color indeed
  11. Polybag is cheaper to make than cardbox...
  12. Highly interesting idea, but I thought on thick layer of ice tracks are best solution for movement...it is very hard to make stability (not to get seasick) on such vehicle that uses mechanical legs. I admire your enthusiasm since you are "wheel" guy. Cockpit / cab could be influenced by small submarine (or some space expedition vehicle) that picks samples from ground and has big curved "windshield".
  13. @Toastie younger generations have developed kind of addiction to smart devices allready and my point was that TLC (which is also for kids) should try (as an kind of influencer) to make their childhood less dependent on digital technology. Perhaps sets should be malual but at the same time upgradable to PU...
  14. I agree completely; instead of making more and more PU sets, IMHO it would be better to introduce more parts variety (and live PU for most expensive sets); something lime 75.3mm tires with treat like on Audi, 94mm tractor tires, more flip-flop beams; 7 x 15, or 5 x 11 frame ...
  15. About weight I was thinking what kind if shocks and what quantity you will need in the end. I suppose red are from Porsche GT3 - the hard ones?
  16. Reduction hubs come sometimes to close to shocjs when you want to make MOC with narrow turning cycle. They are often a problem if you want to make narrow (and realistic) MOC. Your solution looks good. My suggestion is to make rough ladder chassis (with frames) and all wheels and then put some weight on them to see how it (suspension) will behave. Nice to see you are continuing your project.
  17. You just red my mind. You are real Witch indeed I will add - expensive partspack
  18. If TLC would only made it i yellow color...
  19. Well, since in this part of year day is shorter on northern hemisphere you need electricit light to buil it...
  20. That is true, bu my point was size (and aproximate parts count) my friend without a broom
