  1. This one looks like rear part of cab Is a bit wider (or is it just a perspective?) https://s.aolcdn.com/dims-global/dims3/GLOB/resize/1200x700/quality/http://www.blogcdn.com/slideshows/images/slides/384/693/9/S3846939/slug/l/11-hhr-1932-ford-roadster-1.jpg (I've posted a link because on mobile phone it looks like to big image)
  2. I was thinking to make rear part one stud wider on each side and to make suicide doors... Thanks for fast answer, I'll see what to do; as I already posted I was thinking to widen a bit rear part (like @Seasider suggested) and put suicide doors
  3. First one IMHO is better (with six spoke design)
  4. European Indycar could be a team based on Europe and managed by "European" country citizen (s) Like McLaren?
  5. I think there is a ideal word in this case - patience...it will come; look my situation, due to disk failure I can not work from home using laptop and must use phone... delivery is scheduled at the begining of May despite I'm some 50 miles away!
  6. It has been a while since I have updated my model. Last day there was about an hour or so free time and a chance to work on my project. Interior is done - simple with steering wheel (still not sure whether this airplane version is better or classic), huge gear shifter like in old school Hotrod and central instrument on cockpit without any luxury. Another thing what I was updating is rear bodywork, but it is not finished as you can see. Because seats can not be placed more to the middle of cabin (without roof) I can not make ordinary doors one stud wide. Since @Jim wrote that cars should be mainly technic; am I allowed to make doors based on plates or something like @Seasider's idea should be used?
  7. You are right, and not this color vomit that we say nicely "rainbow colors"
  8. I have made it several times, but black clips on black part with spring are not made for more than one time, otherwise plastic clips do not hold shock together...so my suggestion - live it as it is made by LEGO.
  9. I know that Aston Martin is established in 1913, so it must be some other; of course if it is a car manufacturer from the Island of GB...I do not want to think what happens to chassis when it is old...
  10. Something like that? This is one of classic cars that was very long in production virtually unchanged and if I remember correctly they are in 110 years of history based on wooden frame and build by hand.
  11. Do I have (to) rich imagination, or "doors" remind me on "collapsed" doors on BMW Z1? (Specially to someone who except pre WW2 328 doesn't like BMW cars...)
  12. @Limga, my humble entry can be seen here
  13. But sometimes beauty is in simplicity and playability is also important factor...
  14. My suggestion for front axle is McPherson like and I'll probably made just rear wheel driven Porsche without transmission. But that is only my opinion. My project is also white but I need few parts to finish doors, and curvy rear hood is another story... Looking forward to see IMHO interpretation of best 911 ever. Regards ?
  15. I like this solution for rear axle much better, but I'm not a fan of rubber bands... but it is a freedom of choice
  16. This one is the coolest so far...wonder how would it look with Tumbler tires.
  17. I was thinking about making Ford F-1 hotrod longer period of time (for me not for TC since they are wider - about 2m wide), but it is postponed because there are no Mustang wheels available where I live (and wanted to have all my MOCs in 1:15 scale like my Unimog, Fastrac which is under redesign...). Kind regards
  18. The white is the most elegant color for (now) classic Porsche like that from early 1990s.
  19. @Shtykoffperhas this post can give you illustration for thinner tires on wider rim
  20. @Cumulonimbus IMHO it is very difficult to make mudguards from Ford F-1 with LEGO parts at that scale...if you have any ideas, they are always welcome.
  21. Then I'll wait for your solution
  22. Seeing this, I can not recognize which car has influenced you, so my question is: what did artist wanted to say with this sculpture?
  23. Then wheels will fall out to keep 15 studs width, or axle 5.5 will be used, but then overall width will be over 15 studs...
