  1. Yeah, and the Power Miners are really disappointing. I hope those are prelim. I want to see the Agents, too.
  2. Liking that cop minifig... the dog is neat too, very cool concept. I can't really tell WHAT the heck the other one is all about...
  3. When are you going to get it people: prices are going up! The price standard isn't what it used to be, don't be so surprised. But in my opinion this set is very good. I don't care much for City but I really like this one... I don't know if it's the detail, or the size, or just the general attractiveness of the design. But I like it a lot. Sadly $50 is too much for me to buy into a theme I don't actively collect. Oh well- this set is still amazing. Great review.
  4. Meh. The first scans were exciting, but now I really just want to see the sets.
  5. Vorox is cool. As a sand Glatorian, I like him, but he's definitely not my favorite, which is Malum. Something about Vorox just looks a little off. Might be the mask, or the long arms, or the black body- I dunno, but to me it seems like something is holding him back from being great. I still like him. Great review as always.
  6. Well, that's been more than accounted for here, since the new eyes are WAY too big... Honestly though I'm biased since I hate all the CW figs. Creepy.
  7. Modular jail cells are like the defining feature of Space Police... I'm sure that's what they are. Also... when is the toy fair?
  8. The old Yoda is WAY superior to the new creepy version. This set isn't bad, probably the best out of the Winter 09 wave, but I'm still not blown away.
  9. That's my guess.
  10. Stickers are best enjoyed in moderation. When an entire model is coated with them, it becomes frustratingly tedious. I still prefer printed parts to both of the former situations.
  11. How do you tell if a brick will yellow faster or slower in the dark? XD
  12. It's still a prototype; that could definitely change.
  13. Hi, I've heard reports of white LEGO parts "yellowing" as they age. I'd like to keep this from happening to my newly acquired Ice Planet 2002 collection, and I'd like to know what causes it and if there's any way to stop/slow the process. Thanks, Alg
  14. That is an insane bid. But he needs to learn something about Ebay.
  15. Why? o_O
  16. I like the walker, but the rest of the vehicles seem boring... And I agree they seem high-tech for a barren wasteland.
  17. Whoa man, I like Tim too, but try to keep it in your pants.
  18. Are you under the impression that this comment was somewhat witty?
  19. Best thread EVER. I wish we could see some prelims of some REALLY old sets, say early 90s.
  20. For the 90s Space sets!
  21. It's more expensive than the claw digger, but it's apparently much smaller. This is a pretty good set, I do like the design and detail. The price isn't terrible but it's too high for me to consider getting this anytime in the near future. Great review.
  22. I sense a conspiracy.
  23. Jizz to the rescue! Anyway. Are there any better pics of the summer wave yet? I haven't paid attention.
  24. I believe a LEGO Ambassador "hinted" that it was the Hyperspeed Pursuit. I'm willing to believe him, since I have a hunch that he knows (), but I do see the logic in believing it to be the Gold Heist.
  25. Really, this isn't worth continuing; Omi isn't a popular fellow, but lets act like adults here. I felt that Omi and the other guy both needed to hear how immature their conversation looked from a third party. I have voiced my objection and am complete. Bundaling, there's an unfortunate repercussion to calling someone a jerk; you make yourself look just as bad in the same breath.
