  1. Hey Jareth, do you happen to know which sets qualify for this discount?
  2. What an impressive army! Where do you find the space to display all of them?
  3. I would love to see a Commander Gree minifigure.
  4. It's not done yet, I am sure it's going to get a lot bigger.
  5. Fantastic stuff as always ACPin! My favorite is the birds eye view of the Sarlacc because of the menacing look from the rows of teeth. Out of curiosity, do you take apart your completed works for new projects?
  6. You're 6+ years late on the response. Please check the date of the original post before you respond.
  7. The best places to get discontinued sets are Bricklink and Ebay.
  8. Just to shed more details onto this question: MacK survived that day for a combination of these reasons. 1. By Day 3 it was our group (as Hinckley mentioned) vs everyone not in the group (Masked Builder, Sirius Black, and MacK). Masked Builder was the most suspicious of the 3 and we were aware MacK had a mafia reading. 2. MacK had convinced WD that Fuzzy could be paranoid and also suggested the likelihood that the investigator role was not included in this game. WD asked Fuzzy to investigate someone who we know is innocent. The next day, he said he investigated himself. 3. WD in private conversation with me questions Fuzzy's investigation into Marcus. We agreed that Fuzzy is a townie and the investigator because he would be taking a big risk in falsifying his identity. Also since the conviction was so close to the deadline, we couldn't get enough support to vote against MacK.
  9. Hooray for the town, the three newbies pulled through! We couldn't have done so without the foundation you guys provided. Sirius Black - I had my suspicions about you, but your self-inflicted penalty was more helpful than harmful. Just like eliminating the wrong answer choices in a multiple choice question, your character's demise took out the guesswork in finding the last mafia. Pandora - While I never communicated with you, your efforts evened the playing field. Alopex would have been a very formidable opponent and together with MacK and Scorpiox, I can only imagine what they could have done. You paved the way to this victory. *Raises glass. MetroiD - I also had my doubts about you, but was relieved (to say the least) when we joined forces. The sting operation you cofounded with Waterbrick Down is simply brilliant. It's amazing what two brilliant minds can do. Ro87n and Fuzzylegobricks - my buddies in arms. Up to the last day of voting, there was still confusion and a little bit of panic (from me at least). Fuzzy's investigation served was the ace of spade hidden in my sleeve. I knew for certain we had our man or elephant. Let's not forget Fuzzy also lead to the charge against Marcus on day 1. MacK - You were equally as brilliant as Waterbrick Down and some of the other players. Your posts were always very well organized and well though out. Between a battle of words, I would have to wave the white flag. You had me fooled for the majority of the game, though I couldn't trust at the end solely because of Fuzzy's investigation. Major props on surviving up till the end and fabricating a convincing story to fool everyone. Waterbrick Down (WD) - You take the cake for the good guys in my book. Your brilliant analysis of everyone was always a great read. We lost so much sleep in those late night discussions (but it was worth it)! I am glad to have you as an ally. I think it's worthwhile to mention that WD formed a group of trusted townies, who so happened to live through this ordeal. Not only did he have the foresight for that, his final plans prevailed in the end. I was to remain silent and WB would gather information so that in the event that he goes down, I would take his place in leading the charge for the town. Your game play is simply amazing.:thumbup: (4 paws up). To the others I didn't mention, you all played great! I had so much fun partaking in this game with you guys. And Hinckley, thanks again for letting me join. Your story telling is one of a kind and always fun to read. I have learned so much this time around and hopefully will have a chance to apply this in the future. Also since you could have read my PMs, lesson 6 was directed at me right?
  10. These are my favorites as well! Fantastic work Stormbringer!
  11. My entire defense around Hunter revolves around his inconsistency which almost lead to him committing suicide on day 3. Like I said earlier, had the votes been reversed, Gertrude would have lived and Hunter would have been died (by his own hand). There's no logic in what he had done, but it suggests to me that he is not a mafia scum. At that instance, a mafia scum would have either bandwagoned or held off on voting. Bringing attention to himself would be the last thing a mafia scum would want.
  12. I am glad to see that everything is coming along very nicely.
  13. I find this comment to be inaccurate. If the voting pattern is indicative of anything... Marcus Mouse (Bricks2000): 9 votes (Fuzzylegobricks, R087n, Dannylonglegs, MetroiD, Alex the Great, Masked Builder, Donut, MacK, Alopex) Hunter Horse was the second person to cast a vote, suggesting that he was on board with the conviction. If he had a problem with voting for Marcus, he would have either voted late or not voted at all. Now, I find you to be more suspicious now that you have stopped communicating with me through our cellular device.
  14. The Lion Knights have now been officially outmatched.
  15. Wow your dragons are so amazing, I wish I had your talents to build something like that. Red Death looks so ferocious, can't wait to see the entire thing.
  16. Can't believe your Target claim to have so many! Three weeks ago, I went to two Targets stores and found that they were sold out. Perhaps TLC is sending a new shipment.
  17. It's silly indeed as the coupon will last till late June. With this much time left, I am still deciding on what to get. You guys should also check out Target store or online. They're clearing out their inventory of Ben 10, Prince of Persia, and Toy Story. Most sets are 30-50% off. Also the SW V-wing, PQ Flying Mummy Attack, and City Prisoner Transport are $5 off this week.
  18. I am not sure about the retailer conditions in Spain, but here in the US, if you pre-ordered POTC video game from Gamestop, you're eligible to redeem the wooden Captain Jack Sparrow polybag. Toys R Us ran a similar promotion here.
  19. Perhaps I am insane too, but this madman has indirectly proven to me his allegiance. I want to mention that Ro87n action is suicidal in the sense that when he voted for himself it would have backfired. Had everyone reversed their votes and placed it on him, he would have been convicted. From a mafia standpoint, voting for yourself is seen as a last resort. There was no reason to vote for himself in that situation given that Gertrude was going to be convicted. Furthermore, the mafia doesn't benefit from loosing Ro87n instead of Gertrude. They lose a mafia member either way. So his defense, Ro87n is innocent, but just a town member.
  20. Recently I have rewatched episode III, so I am really looking forward to seeing more episode III sets.
  21. It's OK, it's very easy to confuse townies with one another. While your defense for holding off on your vote against Candace is understandable, it is not consistent with your voting history in the past. During the previous convictions, you were rather quick to jump aboard the voting against Randy and the Chief. Unfortunately, this is not enough evidence to incriminate you, but it does make you look very suspicious. I agree with you that Hunter is acting in a bizarre manner during the voting of Gertrude. However, in his defense, there's a consistency to his odd behavior. There has been times when he could have been convicted for his antics, but no one brought out his name during the conviction. Why? It is apparent from the first day that Hunter is a townie because of the mistakes (mainly role-playing) he made. Specifically, Hunter has acknowledged that he did not understand the game mechanics. Furthermore, it doesn't make sense for him to draw attention to himself, let alone on the first day. Since we're still here, it is quite obvious that there is 1 mafia scum remaining. Bianca has demonstrated that she is loyal to this town during the first day as well. When things got hot and testy against Randy, Bianca turned the attention to Marcus. As we all discovered, Marcus was working for the mafia. It wouldn't make sense for Bianca to divert attention from Randy to Marcus, unless she is a member of the town. As for me, I have been the chief's primary correspondent. We made an agreement that if he was to be gunned down, I would gather all his findings and resume the conviction. I may not be as eloquent as you or him, but I'll drive my points through. And by process of elimination I turn to you Evan. Lily and Candaces' death is a blessing in disguise because it took the guesswork out of figuring out your affiliation. I didn't see that the voting period has started so I'll Vote: Evan Elephant (MacK)
  22. +1 for escortmad79 for a smooth transaction. Thanks!
  23. No surprise right? Don't you find it a little coincidental that Chief Brody was taken out the night after he lead the charge to convict you? The Chief had made some valid points - mainly how your voting pattern had drawn his initial suspicions and how you were the second member to sprung the trap we set up. I sided with you yesterday not because I truly believed you, but because your vote was essential in convicting Candace (who was the most suspicious at the time ). You wavered during the voting - was this your plan to make yourself look less suspicious? Furthermore, from my private correspondence with the chief before he passed away, he told me you were actively asking questions about a certain special person in the town. Why are you so curious about who it is?
