  1. Very nice, I like the octopus the best. As for other animals, a parrot or a fox would be cool. These remind me of your Tanooki creation.
  2. Okay, now Riley's starting to get on my nerves... she's holding back the story... but it was sad when you-know-who died.
  3. Great song . Californication- RHCP Snow- RHCP Liberate- Disturbed Lithium- Nirvana
  4. Oh yeah, sorry, I forgot about that. (Both of them).
  5. Nice, Penguin! I'll have to try this with the troll head, but the headpieces are hard to make. I don't have those that you use, but I'll try something else...
  6. To answer some questions... Adam, we are on the roof of the same facility. Oky Wan, I believe the serum is meant to induce pain or something, like in Batman Begins, when they were getting scary visions due to the poison. Also, what's with the red lightsaber? I thought Dooku wasn't involved in this...? Unless it's a dark Jedi, or Grievous has a red lightsaber.
  7. Woah, that's creepy! That's the same one I made! I gave him Mutt's hair, Han Solo's head, a Nazi torso, and brown legs. I'll have to look up some pictures to get it right, but I don't remeber im having a satchel. I got a Terminator fig similar to that, but he has that head with one red eye and cheek lines. I'm looking for that black flattop hair, and I'm using Mutt's torso. I already have the Jurassic Park guy worked out, as well. A rebel torso, sand blue arms, tan legs, a fedora, and a head with brown eyebrows, eyes with those little shimmer dots, and a closed-mouth smile.

Sorry, I'm trading only, limited to U.S.A. Throw me a PM if you're interested, I have lots of pieces/ minifigs that I might be willing to trade, depending on the piece of course.
  9. This one is just like the Castle knight impulse. Great way to build armies.
  10. Great interview, Bonaparte. It was interesting listing to your voice, (and the same with Hinckley's), so now I kind of know a little more behind your posts.
  11. Oh, yeah, I forgot about that Lego robot. It looked like she puked out a dry rainbow.
  12. Oh, I didn't see this post, since we posted at the same time. I agree, the Spider-Man films were repetitive, and I hope they leave it at 3. I thought DareDevil was pretty good though (although I've only seen it once, back in 2003, I think). I liked the original Hulk at first, but now I realize how bad it really was. I did not like FF, because it seemed so childish (both of them). I have yet to see the new Hulk, though.
  13. Never Say Never Again: Pretty good, probably my favorite of the Sean Connery ones do far. I really liked the bad guy, he was one of the best. The girl was pretty hot in this one. For Your Eyes Only: It was okay. I can see why people didn't like Roger Moore at first, since this was his first, and it wasn't so good. I'm also planning on watching The Living Daylights sometime this week.
  14. They hopped in the speeder. "I'll drive" said Adam. "We'll have to find the others by going through the front." "What happened to your commlink?" asked Butcher. "I can't get a hold of them, something is wrong" "It's a trap, they've probably already been captured" said Butcher. "We'll have to find another way in. Land over there, on top of the east wing." "And what if it isn't a trap? They could be in trouble!" "The CIS wouldn't kill them. Not yet. They need to find us too, and they would use them as bait". "Hmm, maybe we should split up" said Adam. To Butcher, it seemed as though Adam was trying to get away from him. "No, we stay together. More of a chance that they will find us, but less of chance that we will die. And hurry, they could have already spotted us." They landed ob the roof. There was a ventilation chute blowing out cold air. Butcher took it off, and the two climbed down. They dropped to the floor. In the room that they were in, there were several electric and heat generators, as well as other appliances. It must have been the maintenance room. Adam and Jim headed off to the time machine. Sorry for not having pics lately, but I also want to see more from the rest of you.
  15. Darthperson, that is a good idea. Here is one for PT (a little big for an advent, I know): Day 1: Nemodian, control panel Day 2: Qui-Gon, door Day 3: Jar Jar, Naboo two-legged creature Day 4: Little Annie, fruit stand Day 5: Shmi, podracer camera Day 6: Watto, random parts Day 7: Darth Maul, speeder Just episode one for now.
  16. Iron Man, hands down. The best comic movie, ever, even better than TDK, in my opinion. It was executed so well, and I enjoyed every moment of it. I'm getting it on DVD as soon as I can.
  17. Yeah, because now she's obsessed with Jesus.
  18. I have another request, please. Background: Foreground: Size: Avatar Test: none Worker: Any Frame: none Thank you.
  19. I'm a rebel!? What a twist! The chair's clamps were so tight that Butcher's hands were losing circulation. Butcher had just woken up, and had a splitting headache. "Remember me?" said a voice. It was the "drug dealer" from Coruscant. He was working with Grievous, and shot the seller. "Now, I want you to cooperate, otherwise there will be a very sharp pain in your vein in your arm" he said. Butcher tried to move his head to look at his arm, but that was clamped down to, with a metal ring around his neck. Instead, he moved his eyes toward his arm, and saw a needle was half poked into it. "If you do anything that might make me irritated, I will push my thumb, and a serum will be released into your blood, causing your whole body to override. It most likely do permanent damage." How could I have gotten into this mess? I'm better than this Butcher thought. "Now, tell me where the rest of your miscreants are" ordered the Seperatist. Butcher didn't open his mouth. "Alright, then" he was ready to drive the serum in. But the CIS didn't know one thing, one big mistake. The commander drew all of his energy, and aimed a small force blast at the interrogator, and then at the clamps. The needle fell to the floor. Butcher's adversary pulled out his pistol, shot, and missed by inches. Jim tackled him, and wrapped his hands around the dealer's throat. "Big mistake" Butcher said. within seconds, his enemy was dead. Now, it was time to find Adam. Oooh, violent post!
  20. Wow, this sounds great! I want to start on mine right away! I still need to know about that creative critic category, thoguh. Sounds like something that I would be good at.
  21. Congrats to all three of you! Have fun building it.
  22. Thanks everyone. I never knew this scene wasn't planned, but it still turned out to be one of the best in Indiana Jones. The fruit chest was really fun to make, and the locals were interesting. I had to take apart a lot of my customs and Star Wars figs to get the right pieces. Thanks for the luck!
  23. Hmm, that's true, Dragonator. I am a collector, but I know that I've purchased the sets and not just gathered the bricks. That's all that matters to me, since most likely no one will accuse me of doing so (not that I would care much).
  24. It is a conspiracy! Yeah, he's just making fun at your expense. On topic, does it really matter that much? Should we really start a rant about every little thing?
  25. Hello, all. As some of you might know, BrickArms is hosting a contest for Indiana Jones. To enter, you have to create a vignette (16x16 or smaller, by their standards) recreating a scene from one of the four movies. So I thought I'd share it here, too. I chose to do the scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark where Indy is trying to find Marion in Cairo while avoiding Nazis and Samurais. In this part, a Samurai blocks Indy's path, displaying professional sword moves. Unfortunately for the ninja, his blade is no match for Indy's revolver. Indy simply takes it out and shoots his adversary straight in the chest. Finally, here is a shot of all of the figs. They include Indy and the Samurai, as well as a wide variety of different locals. Also note the fruit chest, which contains oranges, apples, bananas, and pineapples. I chose to enter a MOC representing this scene because I think it is one of the most iconic (and funniest) moments in Indiana Jones. Your comments are welcome.
