Two themes that have action figures can coexist for the same reason that two themes with minifigures can coexist. They can be similar in the aspect of how the figures are constructed, but different in any other way.

Why does everyone always assume that the introduction of a new theme has to imply the end of another? Maybe the success of action figure themes has made LEGO want to introduce another alongside Hero Factory. It's happened before. I really don't understand why nobody thinks that two similar themes can coexist at the same time.

Does it say "xxx pieces"? Does that mean it isn't a finalised number of pieces (i.e. preliminary box) or what?

The design is nice, but why did his chest turn grey? Is there any story significance to that? It really doesn't look like full-body chest armour, as it has those straps and stuff, the abdominals are present, and no other Chima fig has really had chest armour that covered their whole body before.

Oh.... yeah, nevermind about my point. I don't think there was a female raven. I don't even think there was one in the show, which is more surprising.

I'm pretty sure they have and will have from now on a female fig in each tribe, with the exceptions of the "tribes" that only have one fig (like Skinnet and Furty).

...what... I went as a dalek. It was pretty simple. Got a Dalek beanie hat from Hot Topic, and used a toilet plunger and a whisk for my weapons. It was easy to make, for sure.

Ah, okay. I'd have thought it'd be too heavy to hang on a tree. Usually a Christmas tree branch won't support much weight at all.

Still haven't gotten the latest magazine... If it doesn't come in soon I'll run up to the LEGO store and pick on of them up that they have free of charge there. I hope the ending to the GS storyline isn't abrupt. I hope they end it well...

Thanks for the pics j2g! The comparison shot is also really helpful to see. The picture quality of yours make the pieces look better and less cheap than in the pictures that were on eBay.

Great MOC! The small models depicting time periods are all great, along with the map on the back. I also have to say that the letters at the base are very well done. Great work!

Interesting things, it's nice to see they're engaging the design of the products with the fans so much. That should bring some good things eventually. -
Wow, very nice! As a fan of Halo myself, I do often look at the MB Halo sets when I'm in a store, and do find them really nice-looking. I'm impressed how well it converted to LEGO. I might have to try making some myself in LEGO.
