That's pretty cool! My gf got me my one, and I do think it is a very good system set, with a good choice of figs and neat little turret. Good job!

I like it a lot! I am inclined to agree with Mr Man though. Other than that, the shape of the body is really nicely done!

if they were to stop it,w hen would they likely discontinue them? I havnt got any yet due to money and i can only start getting them in a couple months time... i really dont want to miss out on these!

Brilliant! Love this! Those AT-STs look about the right size, and I'd assume for those that would want the trees taller, should be easy enough to simply extend them! I never saw the kenner toy, so I can only assume thats why there is that big open platform... but I feel it needs more things on it to make it a bit more busier/detailed? (just on the platform mind, the rest is really nice :)

I think I'll pip in on this one... When I saw it on Hothbricks link Amazon.es for 67 Euros, I knew I was going to pick it up immediately. That was a good enough price. As for the size/piece count compared to the X-wing, sure, it might not be quite as diametrically big, but, the X-wing is light. Its part usage is spread thin and wide. This one? Those 200 extra pieces, when you actually hold it in your hand, and look at it closely, during and after the build, you know exactly where that extra cost goes. Let alone the fact they made a new mould for the helmets which will instantly bump up the price, Malgus' chest piece(I think that's unique to this set?) the new prints for the figs (completely new stuff there!) and I think, the single holed cape (I could be wrong? ). It is most definitely a solid build, very weighty and I'd say *well worth it* at the amazon.es price. As for TLG price? I'd say it's ok... sure, wait for a sale if you want, but whenever you actually get this set, the price will be the first thing to leave your mind when you have it in hand! Then followed by a very hugely big

Second hand parts are definitely a money saver! Although it is good to check the stores splash/policy on the way they describe the condition of their used parts. I used to be a 'used part-aphobic' but realised that I was wasting sooo much money on new parts where second hand were (usually) perfectly acceptable and similar quality. I did recently get stung though =/ Forgot to check the store's splash (turns out there was no sort of quality control on their second hand parts) and of a 50 euro order, received a load of light gray parts that were severely yellowed and/or had teeth marks in them (even in the bricks! I mean how can it be possible to need teeth on bricks?!). So be careful, and if you're not sure, send them a mail ^_^

In that pic of TLC with prototype sets, top right of the SW cabinet, its most definitely a UCS vulture droid. Must have!

Im wondering just how much detail you would be hoping for on a new Slave Leia On another note, Yodanews posted a pic of a minifig in the Rancor's mouth. Looking at the size of the Rancors head/body, I'd hazard a guess that you can actually fit a minifig inside that Rancor as well.

Holy crap! you just made me realise something! Those cowgirl boots could also be used for a Luftwaffe pilots legs! brown leather boots with white fluffy top/inner boot warmer bit, the blue legs and the belt with the silver buckle in the middle!!

With regards to 10212, on the box art, the lightsaber hilts are chrome. The ones I received are the sprayed grainy silver colour (not chrome). I thought this was one of the few sets you were guaranteed the chrome lightsaber hilts? Or was it simply lucky dip, or just not at all?

Actually, I'd say you are wrong... if it were to be aligned with a 'downward' point of reference, it would actually be 'down toward the planet' as if you were in that B-Wing, you wouldn't be seeing the bottom of a box, but would know there is a big megablocks planet nearby As it is, it looks relatively close to 'down towards the planet'... but that planet doesn't even look spherical if you look at it from the right side of the B-wing compared to the left side (more spherical) of the B-wing... so who knows where 'down' really is (bad box artist) lol?! I didn't type megablocks?! But I can't remember what I did type there... had me in confused giggles for a few secs

Dam it Cavegod, that comparison certainly isn't bad at all! Although I still prefer your cockpit version over his... his just doesn't seem to quite hit the nail on the head for me, not least for the price that is being subjected to us for... but seeing that comparison, I'm more tempted to definitely get it than I was before that comparison pic, just not so soon-ish/immediately...

Well, the high price and the fact I would have to buy more pieces to re-do the cockpit area to be completely satisfied with it... I was holding off on the Haunted House to get this.. but because of them reasons... I'm now decided that I'll be getting the high priced but slightly more worth it Haunted House instead =/

Brilliant little polybag, it's great to have access to a ghost just by itself with some good little pieces! Seeing it here makes me want it even more! Only problem is shipping costs more than double the price of the ghost polybag itself to the UK... Any ideas if/when this might be available in the UK?

In UK prices it is now £30 more than the pet shop, and same price as the Town Hall... £30 more for 30 more pieces than the Pet Shop, or same price as Townhall for 700 pieces less =/
