  1. Nooo I was looking forward to this day. Oh well I am still a stump
  2. you americans and your Super Bowl This made me laugh
  3. Really nice backprinting, good job TLG. Will be nice to have these when they get released hete also.
  4. Keliim walks into the marketplace and heads straight over to the blacksmiths shop. He opens the door and walks in, the place is full of smoke and a clang of metal sounds inside the shop. The smithy looks up from behind his forge, "Yeah, whaddya want?" "I would have some "merchandise" I would like to know the value of but then I also have this rusty, torn axe that would need a small cleaning and repair." Keliim shows the smithy the axe and the dwarvens eyes glow up and he takes the axe from Keliims hands and says: "Where did you get this, this is not rust you big oaf" Before Keliim can respond anything the dwarf goes over to his blacksmiths table and starts cleaning the axe: "Get over here and I will show you what you have here! Keliim walks over to the table and he can see that the axe has some markings on it and is of a copper bright reddish color, now when the some of the filth and dust is removed. The dwarf contiues talking: "Take a look here, what do you see, these are ancient dwarven runes!" Keliim looks closer. "Thou are right there is some writting on there, do thee know what it means?" "No, afraid not but I know this axe, I have heard some stories about it or them. You see this is one axe of two, twin axes and the legend says there was twin dwarven brothers who smithed them and wielded them. Brokkr and Eitri, were the names of the dwarves if I remember correctly. Brokkr Brokkr And this "rusty color" as you put it is an metal called Orichalcum, not too common these days." "Orichalcum?, never heard of it. Is it of any value then?" The dwarf looks at the big man with annoyance in his eyes and raises his voice: "Value! I should take this axe from your hands and kick you oafs big behind out of my shop." "To us dwarves these axes were and are a invaluable part of our history but without the other axe this is, what can I say just an axe. But don´t get me wrong, it is one hell of a axe, better then any man made thing" The dwarf looks at the axe for a while. "You should be proud to own this thing and I will be glad to clean and repair it up for you, in full glory it will pack some more power... but don´t think I will do it for free because it will be an honour to work with this. It will cost you 90 gold!" "Pricey, but if it is half as good as thou say, I guess it will be worth it" "It is better and if you would find the other axe, what I highly doubt, the power would be more. There is also a small but, you would not happen to be a dwarf, would you? Guess not, you are atleast twice my size and I am tall to be a dwarf. It is so that, only a dwarf or two because this axe is an twohanded for people our height, can draw out the true power of the twin axes, sorry. But there is still a but, you, a man of your height and strenght could probably wield them both, who know what would happen. What other things did you have that needed valuing?" "I have these Order Imperial Longsword (WP: 5), Really Hard Helmet (SP: 2, Immunity to Rock)" "Okay (not ok-ey), I will take a look, it will take a while to fix up the axe. Come back later" Keliim thanks the dwarf and walks out of his shop and the out of the marketplace. Snow falls down, Keliim stops and looks up towards the sky and smells the cold air and says. I really love this weather, reminds me of home.Thinking of home, it would be time to get back my fathers hammer, I should use Shawnes hint and take a closer look at the thugs at the Lady lucks tavern, if I could find out something about my robbers. He takes a few deep breaths of the cold, fresh air and heads towards the hovel. OoC: What is the really value of those 2 items and how do you count it? And the axe is just a weapon improvement from 3 to 5 with a small amount RP, is the price right, 90 gold?
  5. Welcome Robertant10, very cool fig you have made up. Looking forwards to the character and RP stories.
  6. Pirates 2015, Blue Coats RULE!!!

  7. After working out with the kettlebells in the backroom, Keliim cleans up and walks out of the room. He walks up to Scheherazade and says with a smile: " I needed that, thank thou. I owe thee one and I will think up something how to pay thee." Then the big man walks over to the questboard to see the updates, when he sees that he hasn´t been picked for the upcoming quest. He grins and says, "HA" Oh well, now I will have time to visit the marketplace and the library. Keliim drinks a new pint of mead and puts the mug on the nearest table and walks out of the hall, towards the Marketplace.
  8. So it is pretty much between Alastair and Bruce or just Alastair because, it seems that the total vote is of in Elders post. I have some hard time trusting bruces comments but would a maple and an old tree screw up so much to take penalty votes, hmm I don't know. We will have to see in future days how the situation evolves. The lynch is already nailed but I will also nail it so more Vote: Alastair Pear (Brickelodeon) yes and lets not fight useless fights in this game if we are both oaks. I am
  9. Oh my gosh, 4 new pages to read through but I have had a hard time to get into this gam... forest. I don´t know if it is the amount of trees and/or the amount of trees that I am unfamiliar with that does it but I have been on a slow motion thats for sure. More than usual day 1s. But what I have catched up is, Bobby (is Goliath right) hasn´t also been around much and then has done some relly fluffy comments about not really knowing who to vote for, I can understand if one hasn´t followed a game this big than once a day, it is hard to get into it... and it is day 1. then there is Catarina was at some point doing some fluffy comments. I have to read through these pages more to see what the thing is here. But then the big thing Alastair is on the lynch vagon and Bruce the PM tree is also mixed into the soup. What I have read and got so far is, I think Bruces game here remains about an other forest, Collectible Minifigures Mafia 1 and a "trans tree" who was called Paris. Done know if Bruce here is a maple but the style looks similar and the Paris tree then was scum. But have to read up more.
  10. Some feedback about #Quest 123: Awesome quest, thank you Zepher for running it. After all I have followed and read many quests and the RP going on in Heroica for the past 2 years but I have to say after playing one quest, I have learned alot more about this RPG world. And guess what, I like it . So when this was my first quest, I can´t really say more about what could had been better, maybe the first battle was too hard for us newcomers, especially when the party had some unlucky dice rolls . The story was great and really intresting, we meet and learned many new things about the NPC around us. And there was plenty of time to RP with them. The pace was also good, as me and Bio-fan were beginners. What more to say, I don´t know. My party members, were great and their contribution to the story with RP was awesome (more than I did ) And we had a good team, I think I will look forwards to team up with them again. You did a great job Zepher and i look forwards to have a chance to play in one of your quests sometimes in the future. Thanks for the feedback, seems pretty spot on . The nick name the cruel comes from the time he was an slave/gladiator back in Roawia. Forced to fight for his life, he was a fierce and deadly opponent and many times the fights to death were really brutal and without rules. So the nickname comes from there. I planned to drop it (and i made some small RP when keliim wrote his name on the questboard) but I don´t know if it is too soon because Keliim hasn´t really gotten any name for himself yet here in Eubric. We will see.
  11. Hmm looks good, a little bulky but not bad. Not going to buy it because I don´t care too much for the whole Helicarrier thing, I find it nice they did something like the microfigures, I don´t think it is a bad idea. The minifigures are awesome and those ones I could buy if they were sold as so.
  12. Okay (not ok-ey) , I haven´t looked at the current price. Seems somebody else have done the same, probably and the price has gone up a bit. I buyed mine immediately last year when the better images of the sets arrived.
  13. I feel the same, I had already some extras but I ordered some more red so the white ones can be replaced. At the same time I ordered some (much) of the newer gold coins and ingots.
  14. After a few hours of sleep after the mission and party at the Guffington manor, Keliim walks back inside the hall. Looks around if he sees someone he knows. He thinks to himself, made some new friends and faces. The present from Elba will be very useful, will have to thank him the next time I see him. Then he walks up to the questboard and checks the new missions. Finding that there is only one mission there he writes his name Keliim down for it, Quest#126: Paint by Heroes. Thinking, it is time to drop the name I got in the the slave pits, so he leaves out "the Cruel" from his name. Maybe some day I will use my complete whole name again! Then he walks over to Scheherazade and orders a mead and then he asks her: "Is here a place where a man can workout, I remember back in Roawia the Adventurer's Guild had a exercise machine, kettlebells (Quest for Glory pun ) and bench-press" Scheherazade answers Keliim: "Certainly darling, I have some kettlebells here in the backroom, you can come borrow them if you like? As long as clean them afterwards that is!" Keliim answers the orcress: "That sounds excellent" and smiles.
  15. Yes a typical day one but maybe a slight bit more fluffier then usual. Hey people have talked about pancakes and waffles. Everybody knows that pancakes are the best with strawberries and whippedcream, syrup is for icecream yea this is what I am talking about 6 pages of almost fluff and puns. But there has been some intresting things, the thing that caught my eyes (does trees have eyes, can they actually think and talk ) was that somebody had talked in private about William and saying something about him being scum/maple. Metagaming much and doing it really badly. Agreed, considering this is day one, why the need to do something like that what this tree has done. And did I understand right, it was hard to read through all the fluff. Where there more then one person that had visited (was it) Simon and said something about William?
  16. In a late hour, Keliim doesn´t even know what time it actually is but he knows it is probably best to start searching for a place to sleep. And that isn´t here at the Guffington Manor, Keliim looks around the place have silenced down, also Lord Hinckwell has slumbered away. Too bad he didn´t get to the point in the story where he would had told of the history of the old blade and the history of the heroes and warriors of Hinckwell family, the merchant part is intresting but Keliim would rather listen to stories about battle and heroic quests. Keliim gets up, leaves the old man to sleep in his peaceful place. The big man looks around again if he would find his friends anywhere but can´t find them, thinking they had probably already left. Considering Boris is a vampire it would be wise to leave before sunrise, one could think. And Karl, Keliim didn't see him around neither, maybe he had left also. He didn't after all seem like the drinking kind of guy. And it was getting late or early, it is how one would look at the situation. Keliim thought that he will catch up with the latter at the heroica Hall then As Keliim heads for the exit, he sees Shawe and Everstien speaking in a corner of the manor. Keliim thinks these two probably knows quite a bit of the underground and maybe would know the squad of thugs/pirates that Keliim was looking for, or a least give some hints where to look. He goes over to them and greets them and after little small talk about the days happenings, Keliim asks them: Thou two wouldn´t know anything where one could look for some pirates here in Eubric?
  17. I guess that is what trees do shiver and... Stand tall, in one spot. That was the total amount of RP I can come up with regarding trees, so I am done with that. This is a big game with 25 players, so we could think 4-5 scum. Also considering the fact that there may/probably is a neutral among us. Haha, oh sorry. Blackhawk, is that some kind of tree also
  18. Oh my good someones gonna cut us down, damn maple leafs! What are we going to do, shiver our leafs in fear.
  19. Keliim stays at the manor until dawn breaks, enjoying the food and drinking many mugs of mead. In good spirit the big man entertains the mix company with heroic stories from his homeland Roawia. Later on Keliim exchanges a good conversation with Lord Hinckwell as Grady was in a conversation with someone else and didn´t stick his nose into it. Keliim asked Henry about his past, adventurer dreams and the new found records about the inherited weapons, especially liked to hear the history of the blade. Ooc: Thank you Zepher, for hosting this awesome for us newcomers (or me and Bio atleast are newcomers). Great story and it was very balanced, despite the small rat trouble
  20. Keliim just shrugs then at the witches answer and responces "Okay (not ok-ey)" and turns around and starts walking after Chauncey towards the exit.
  21. Would sound really good, I would like a mix of Fantasy era and Kingdoms. This but I wouldn´t mind forestmen that were actually elves but no more spooky skeleton/witches stuff!
  22. Turning to the old witch, "Why did those fanatic soliders hunt thee?" "Let me guess they don´t like black magic users, do they?"
