I dont see the point, to be honest. I always viewed the common minifig face () as a gender-neutral thing.

No, scrolls are STILL overpowered. In my opinion, it is better to leave them like this.

Atramor walks to the corner, and takes a look around it, and what he can see is that several of the Wolfgang members are looking straight towards the alley, if he would move along it, there is a big chance he would be seen. There is no cover of any kind. -

From his current position, Atramor can see the Wolfgang, but he can not hear them. Nyx remembers the wanted poster, and quickly sketches a map of the surrounding area on the back of it, with the green cross being the party, the red dot being the Wolfgang, and the blue cross being the antiquarian's shop. Awesome paint skills. Please describe where to go or what to do. -
If it was not clear, I want the people from quest 23 to have the option to think outside the box.

The party goes on to the place mentioned by the 'drunk'. It is only a short walk, but what they find there, is not what they expected: The heroes can look upon them from a distance, from an alley. It does not look like they have seen the heroes yet. The party can tell that the Wolfgang members are discussing something, but they can not hear what is said. Perhaps a tactical approach would be best? -

The man's eyes widen as he grabs the Ale Rufindel offers: "Mercutio's sideburns... Is that? Metasimian Ale? I won't ask where you got it, it was declared illegal after people died from it. Hear it fetches over 300 gold a bottle, if you can find a buyer. But thanks! I'll be sure to enjoy that, later. Right, about this amulet, a few streets from here is an Antique Quarry... No that's not it, Anti Quarian... Well, a guy that knows his old stuff. You should go there. See you around, and thanks for the drinks, Hehe." The man then walks off. Is there anything the party wants to do, or do they want to go on? -

The man takes the mead Cronk holds out, and gulps it down in one go, he continues: "Ah, that hits the spot, I heard they are making this stuff more expensive, shame. But where was I... Ah, yes, the Town Watch. I honestly can not remember ending up here, so I can not tell you what has been going on here. And I do not know who causes the guard to vanish, and I doubt people will tell you around here, no one is sorry to see them go. I can tell you, there have been no noticeable changes around here. The amulet, you say, lady? Eh, never seen symbols like it, could not tell what it is... But if you can give me a drink for the road, I could tell you who can!" -
I think that is actually a very good way of doing it, that way, its still easily accessable(except for those using phones, my phone doesnt open them, at least) and nobody can complain about it...
