Just a little remark of a "problem" on the website. So, when I entered the website of Eurobricks a login field appeared for www.legoprojectrooms.com. I think it has to do something with CopMike's recent post, because it also appears when you click on the link of that topic. Here is a screenshot of it: If you click on a cancel for a couple of times it goes away. Is it possible to look at the problem and get rid off it? =)

That's awesome! You did a really great job, I love it so far. Great roundings, and the windows used fit in well. Good job, keep on building! =D

The picture isn't from LEGO Battles. It's from LEGO Universe.

That's, just as the first stage, very great. I can really see it growing into stone. The details are amazing, the tudor style with the carpiece, the rocks and offcourse the castle itself. Those trees look also amazing. Great work! I'm looking forward the the next stage.

When the entry topic is made, that will be the 1st of March, we will be able to put it down there with a few pictures. And then you have to choice to open up a topic of your own for your MOC. And I think you can write your comments on all the entries you want. ;)

Very nice, they look like LEGO concept Elves. Let's hope they are somewhat like this. Good drawing, hope to see more of you soon.

Very nice. The stairs are indeed a great detail. It has such a classic LEGO vibe over it, it would fit extremely well in the 90's sets. Good job!

You know, it's sometimes hard to get comments here on Eurobricks, so be patient. I like it very much, it has a great feeling over it. It looks like a real bike, as far as you can make a brick build bike with LEGO. This is something I really couldn't have come up with, it has nice piece usage and a great design. In the future I'll need these bikes form you for reference to make my own LEGO motorbikes, for sure.

Opening sealed antique sets - wonderful or painful ?
Matn replied to drdavewatford's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I open my sets when I get them. And if I would get my hands on an old set, I would open it, if it's a nice set. Sets are been bought by me for the model or for their pieces, not for the box to be put away in a dark corner and dust it off a couple of years later to sell it. No, it sounds ridiculous in my ears. LEGO is a toy. A toy. You build it and play with, and that is what I do. And yes, it's awesome to get your hands on a sealed box ,from someone who did put away and sold it a few years later, but I would still open it. It would be impossible for me to let a set unopened for a long time, but it's great to get a MISB. And I don't sell LEGO at all, I've never done that. But if I would get my hands on a few boxes of the same set or parts I really don't need and I already have a few duplicates of it, I would. -
Thanks for hosting such a great contest. And that's a great prize. Good work, this will bring up a lot of nice ideas and MOC's!

This is very nice, bringing LEGO System into the Bionicle world. I really like him, nice work!

I find it a very nice scene, it captures the action well. So, Cattlepunk is Wild West with zombies/skelletons? You really should go further with this, it's very cool. Cool work. =)

The Sirius Black's Escape set I don't own, unfortunatly, but I do own the boat and the graveyard, and they aren't broken down at the time. So you may await those set reviews this week, and I'm planning to order the Hogwarts Castle from the fifth movie soon, like tomorrow if it works out.

Very nice, I like the idea of an evolving castle. It's really something to look out for. It's you usual style, which is fantastic and great, with lots of details. Nice scenery, beautiful building. Good work!

Thanks for the comments. And which sets do you mean?

Congratulations, guys!

Thanks. They are in black and white because Ruby and her husband are more important in this picture. I'll add the lyrics. Yeah, how? I just couldn't come up with a good way for those wheels, so it would look the same like it now is. I almost freaked out on a good way putting those wheels on. And the glue isn't that bad, you can just get the piece off and clean it, like it's never happened.

I have this (crazy) idea in my head to make a brickfilm based on the song "Ruby, Don't Take Your Love To Town" covered by The Killers and originally performed by Kenny Rogers, written by Mel Tilis. This would also be my first, real brickfilm. It's about three minutes long, so it will take a lot of work making, but I'll do my best. If this brickfilm is been made, I'll make a topic about it. First, here are the lyrics: You've painted up your lips and rolled and curled your tinted hair Ruby are you contemplating going out somewhere The shadow on the wall tells me the sun is going down Oh Ruby, don't take your love to town It wasn't me that started this whole crazy Asian war But I was proud to go and do my patriotic chore Yes it's true that I'm not the man I used to be Oh Ruby, I still need some company It's hard to love a man whose legs are bent and paralysed And the wants and the needs of a woman your age, Ruby I realize But it won't be long I've heard them say until I'm not around Oh Ruby, don't take your love to town She's leaving now cause I just heard the slamming of the door The way I know I've heard it slam 100 times before And if I could move I'd get my gun and put her in the ground Oh Ruby, don't take your love to town Oh Ruby, for God sakes turn around Now, offcourse the film will have some characters. These are Ruby and her "lovers" and the man who tells the story in the song: The wheelchair isn't all purist. I'm done with the whole purism-idea, you can do a lot with LEGO, but sometimes you have to cross the "rules". The only thing I did was add a bit of glue and I got myself a nice wheelchair for the man. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MaTn/Oth...791_640x480.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MaTn/Oth...794_640x480.jpg I hope you like it, comments would be appreciated.

This is really awesome. What a great way to come out from your Dark Ages. Was it Power Miners that got you out of it? It really resambles the recent, big City sets. I like the bulky look of the tracks, nice way to put the dynamites, and it has the good amount of details, but still that big and nice Power Miners feeling. Great job!

Yes, you are right. He doesn't have any masculanity at all in that outfit.

I'll also help with this project. This week I will start to tell the history of Belgium in LEGO, so maybe it can be added afterwards. =)

Cool, I like the engines at the back of it.

Thanks for this great list of female LEGO figures, Sandy. You did a great job. How come Snape Boggart is a lady?
