Excellent city build, all of the buildings look great and fit in Kaliphlin well The chimney you can see in the first picture looks a little big/bulky for that building, a smaller one would probably work better -

Looking forward to seeing that I've been building quite steadily, just photographed a build I'll be using for Category C ( I have 2 builds for that so far...). And I'll be starting on another -
Another lovely Nocturnus build Superb textures and color usage on the cottage and dilapidated bridge is a great detail

Sweet tower! The little ledges on the tower look better than I would have thought The bamboo leaves give a neat texture as well. And it has a great interior nice work packing details into such small rooms

Book II Challenge III Dwarven Affairs
soccerkid6 replied to Ecclesiastes's topic in Guilds of Historica
Category A for the Men's Team: -
Here's my Category A entry for the Men's side. Glorfindel needed definite proof that the dwarves were planning to march into Avalonia, and he needed details about their plans. Already he had been brought messages confirming that the dwarves were readying for war, but he still needed specific information about when, where, and which of the dwarven clans would move out. To gain this information he turned to Jonathan, a trustworthy boy who served as a page under Glorfindel's command. Jonathan disguised himself as a dwarve and then infiltrated some of their meetings: Then he reported back to Glorfindel: C&C welcome

Cool anchor design on the ship. The dwarven interior looks very good, I like the floor pattern and raised platform with chest Impressive lighthouse, neat that it has an interior. The story is pretty good too, though I don't think Glorfindel is considered an enemy of the dwarves, they just don't want him, Steen Larrson, and Elon Chorian to be aware of their plans to attack the elves.

Very good port build! I like the colorscheme of the house on the back side And there are so many great little scenes within the build: the shepherd and his herd of goats; the shipment of goods being unloaded; and the lady trying to shoo the seagulls away from the fish

Those stone arches look amazing Excellent altar and landscape as well, I'm interested to see what will happen next in the story

Should be posting my Category A build for Challenge III soon. The large build I'd been working on has been completed and photographed, but because I'll be using it for Challenge III, it will be a bit before I post it -
Very good mixture of studs up and SNOT rockwork The barrel on the horse looks neat too
-
Thanks! I've been wanting to use the lavendar and pink, I figured an alien landscape would work well with them Thank you Thanks, I probably won't be doing more in this theme anytime soon. But I may do more eventually Thank you, glad you liked the inverted color picture, I thought it was fun

Very unique shape, must have been difficult getting the roof to fit so nicely A smokehouse is a great idea and not something I've seen done before that I can remember

Book 2 Ch.3 Cat. B Dwarves-"Stupid Elves!"
soccerkid6 replied to Kayne's topic in Guilds of Historica
  That is one fool proof plan, how could the elves resist such heartrending cries from their beloved trees? Very good build, the sand and olive green work well together and I like the rockwork and tree -
