  1. I think you're thinking of RED (also with Bruce Willis). But totally agree on the explosions.
  2. Ha, yeah. In mafia school I formed an alliance with my in game sister based only on that, and it turned out fairly well. In my first real mafia game, I was still focused on RP and I even posted in chirps and whatnot with parenthetical translations and I didn't really understand mafia strategy, and I ended up placing the hammering vote that cost the town the game. (I voted for you, if I remember correctly. Brickdoctor for president! ) Since then I've done plenty of reading on Mafiascum and I'm playing much more pragmatically... Still not the best at reading people, though, but I like to think I'm improving.
  3. Hinckwell rep! Mwahahahahaha!
  4. Hard to ward off disease when you don't have an immune system, I suppose.
  5. Bah, there are non-Herocian mages, so it wasn't actually genocide. Besides, Mage isn't a race.
  6. Now that Arasmyth's back in the saddle, he'll do what it takes to get that Hinckwell rep, so Thothwick had better dream on.
  7. Arasmyth would shoot you before he let that icky Shadeaux rep get all over his Minstrel. How could a character whose name is a pun on Aerosmith pass up a musical class?!
  8. Intra party conflict is always fun! We'll see what rep we get.
  9. Realizing that at this point he was already signed up for 4 quests, Arasmyth scratched out his name for Quest 82. If he was going to start Questing again he may as we'll jump in the deep end and leave the simpler jobs for newer heroes.
  10. That sounds amazing! I'm torn between building better ties with the Hinckwells and getting in on that epic sounding Quest!
  11. Arasmyth looked up from his drink as he saw something most unusual - the librarian, Byblos, signing up for a quest! The elven evoker couldn't pass up the chance to quest with the fellow, he seemed like a veritable treasure trove of information. 'Byblos! What a surprise to see you out of the library! What made you decide to return to Questing for this Quest in particular? Surely other opportunities to visit ruins have arisen during your career. he asked as he signed up for Quests 84 and 85.
  12. The props was to you, and the question was to anyone on the scum team. Flipz claimed neutral to me after I straight up asked him, and because I had already been reading him that way I told the rest of the block I believed him and we should probably drop it. Whoops.
  13. Props to you, too! I can't believe I was thinking you were scummy but then got convinced otherwise. Out of curiosity, who was your converter?
  14. But it was just RP and an attack multiplier, not legit resurrection/conversion.
  15. Called it. But yes, I think the scum team did remarkably well considering the circumstances! Bravo.
  16. I started with a pair.
  17. No need to be sorry, I didn't even notice a change in your behavior. You played phenomenally. Thanks for the game, Sandy. Loads of fun!
  18. As a Town Watchman appeared and posted a sign-up ad, Arasmyth looked up from his drink. He wasn't sure whether or not he was grateful that nobody he knew was in the Hall currently - for one, he didn't have to explain himself to those who knew about his death, for another, it made small talk difficult. Besides a couple of trades he'd made with other Heroes, and a brief discussion with a Sorcerer, he'd remained alone in the corner. However, the new Quest caught his eye. He was a supporter of the Hinckwells, his first Quest had been for them and he had fought for them in the war. He had a good reputation with the family and he had his reasons for being such a strong advocate of theirs. He quickly penned in his name for Quest 83. Might as well remind the family that he existed after a year of being off the map.
  19. True, but I like the idea of a Pongcanis arming itself with the disarmed arms of the foe he unarmed, as I believe CallMePie brought up.
  20. Unarmed Pongcanis.
  21. That's what it was. Less vaguely defined then I remembered.
  22. While phonemonanly is not the most phenomenal spelling of phenomenally, failure to phenomenally spell phenomenally is not an anomalous phenomenon.
  23. Mysterious cult who wanted to unleash the Gray Plague for vaguely defined motives.
