LEGO Star Wars 2024 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!

Wait seriously?! Please do post that on the DC Thread. Or the DC wish lists thread. I would love to see it. If @Mandalorianknight is a priest of this honourable religion, then that means that I’m a Paladin of the church of Mara Jade. As in I am willing to DIVINE SMITE the megablocks out of those who dare commit heresy against our beloved Mara Jade. (And I’ve only read her in the Heir to The Empire Trilogy, so that tells you how likeable she is as a character.) I’m also open to Mara Jade reading recommendations over the summer. I’m currently planning on reading the canon Thrawn Trilogy. Mara Jade!!!! Mara Jade!!!! Mara Jade!!!! Mara Jade!!!! Mara Jade!!! (Is this the Church of Mara Jade’s Hymn? Or are we stupid?) Now, ¿Dónde está Peridia? -

My Lucas. Why the Jar Jar is L0-LA that Kriffing large. A printed tile would have been better. The set itself looks fun. But just not for me. -
Bang! Crash! Kapow! There you go. You’ve got some onomatopoeias. I’ve realised a terrible truth. The most diverse in non-Batman characters wave that Lego has ever made for DC was DC Superhero Girls. We got: Wonder Woman, Katana, Bumblebee, Barry Allen, Krypto, Eclipso and Steve Trevor as well as other characters in one wave. Why?! Why Did they make tonnes of sets for DC Superhero girls but not Teen Titans?!

@legoturtle, I’m sorry to inform you that there appears to be some sort of Magic Spirit featured in the Caped Crusader trailer. So my condolences for the loss of your desired *realism.* Anyway, the plot synopsis for Lanterns has been revealed. “The series follows new recruit John Stewart and Lantern legend Hal Jordan, two intergalactic cops drawn into a dark, earth-based mystery as they investigate a murder in the American heartland, I’m a bit concerned about this for a few reasons: 1) If John’s going to be a new recruit and Hal’s going to be older it might mean that Hal might become Parallax in the season finale, and John once again steals Kyle’s storyline. 2) Tom King is on the writers team, he can either be excellent with GL like with Hal’s Darkseid War one shot, or terrible like the time where he made Hal say he doesn’t know what will is. 3) The show takes place on Earth, Green Lantern is primarily a cosmic hero, so why the Kriff are they not using space where the best parts of GL lore are. At the end of the day, I’m sure I’m just nitpicking. And I’m just happy to be getting GL content.

This one hurts too much. I notice you’re becoming more and more insane with each day that passes. Can’t wait for the 30th LSW Anniversary Larfleeze Figure. It should have been Mara Jade!!!! I will hold a grudge against Lego until the day I die for choosing the most boring possible variant of a character we already have instead of Mara. Mara Jade!!!! Mara Jade!!! Mara Jade!!! -

The buildable C3 P0 leaked. Damn, it actually looks pretty good. Better than last year’s Chewie. But that’s not hard. Looks good, but just not for me so I will not be buying it. -
That’s just a cover of GL: Earth One. Gunn used it in his slate presentation video last year. It’s not concept. Where is Guy Gardner and Hawkgirl?! We’ve now got images of Lois Lane. And they actually went with the Purple shirt!! The Actress looks perfect for a comic accurate Lois. Gunn definitely cooked with the casting.

I feel like, out of companies I know, Lego has the weirdest and most unorganised reveal schedule. Why can’t they actually reveal the Summer Wave! The Anniversary sets aren’t spoilers so i’m not sure what they’re waiting for if the most Spoilery sets have already been revealed. -
I’m feeling like a peasant now. Tbh I only have about 5 DC sets in total. + a few CMF characters. My measly Justice League is made up of Batman, TLBM Commissioner Gordon, GL (Simon Baz), Shazam, Metamorpho and Green Arrow. My Villains are: TLBM Mr Freeze, Joker, TLBM Penguin, Harley Quinn and Deadshot. This is why I want a cheap Superman set next year. With Guy Gardner, Hawkgirl, Superman, Lex and maybe Supergirl.

HD pics of the Dark Falcon and Tie X-Wing mashup have dropped. It looks like that in this alternate universe Holochess is a videogame, not a board game. There are also 2 beds in the falcon. And indeed there is a throne and a prison cell. -

“Oh it’s beautiful.” - Director Osrson Krennic Superman looks perfect. We won lads!! He has vibrant red trunks. The Snyder-bros lost. Mister Terrific looks good as well. Though I’m not too bothered about him. Now. Where is Guy Gardner?! He better have his classic white belt. And large GL symbol on the side. (However, this might be a hot-take but I think that Guy’s outfit in Injustice was peak so I wouldn’t mind that. Anyone else?)

Apparently, according to brick clicker, Jedi Bob’s starfighter will have an inverted pattern to obi-wan’s. As in predominantly white with red accents. This is old news but I don’t remember anyone on here talking about it. -
As @THELEGOBATMAN has already stated, most of us do already. In fact for me personally DC is a secondary theme whilst Star Wars is my priority. If you are unsatisfied with DC Superheroes currently I would recommend you go to Star Wars. As, unlike DC Superheroes, it is an alive and thriving theme. It also has something for all types of fans of the franchise (except for sequel fans. I’m sure that the dozens of them are upset about that)

Thank you. Very well, “It shall be done my Lord.” Or at least I’ll try. Command Centres Diorama (£119.99): Count Dooku, Nute Gunray, Poggle the Lesser, Watt Tambor, Geonosian Warrior, Yoda, a Clone Commander and 3 clone troopers. The build is split into two sides with 2 different quotes. Nice job. Well done. I too like the droid. -
Yes. But Man has to pay the production costs for said merch. I also agree. She’s easily got the best female-led superhero movie so far. Marvel’s fumbling quite badly in that department. So you have to give credit where credit is due. Revive GLTAS for season 2! Give Justice League Unlimited the X-Men’97 treatment! Dark and Gritty Wonder Woman monster-hunting series please! I hope future seasons of Lanterns have Kyle Rayner and Jessica Cruz as the lead Lanterns. The casting call said that Hal’s supposed to be relatively aged so hopefully that means that Kyle’s going to show up at some point. And we get ZERO HOUR!!!

*Cough - 501st Clone Troopers - Cough* Call me a madman if you must. But I still have hope for a stormtrooper BP next year. “Rebellions are built on hope” - Cassian Andor. And yes I know that’s a conflicting quote. The DC thread’s insanity has started to overcome me. Zombified faces would be so cool. -

A lot of people on here seem to be forgetting that the Bunker is only the tip of the Endor instillation’s iceberg. Corridors, power generators, command centre, landing pad. Hell they could even include elements of the Battlefront maps for inspiration. Easily enough to make a sizeable MBS. -

Wait, did my joke about Grand Admiral Ackbar become a quasi reality?!! Maybe, I know a lot of people on here want Night-troopers. I’m hoping for an Imperial Remnant Battlepack with: 2 stormtroopers, a Scout Trooper and a Incinerator Trooper.
