LEGO Star Wars Set Discussion 2025 - READ FIRST POST!!!

They wouldn’t have needed to have learned anything if they still made bank on the 2014 MTT. Where is the money going here? It’s not even a troop transport. It’s practically just a vehicle with some extra leg room. Troop transports require space for at least a squad to even be worthy of the name. 6 isn’t even half a squad of droids. 💀 2026 needs to save us. Though I’m not so sure if it will now. -

Day #34 of asking for a Tie Avenger. How many Lonni’s do I have to leave on benches to achieve my objective? Here me out: TCW style galactic civil war animated anthology series. Starts when rebels abandon Yavin. Ends with the battle of Jakku. No main characters, but there are more prominent ones. We get arcs featuring: Wedge, Omega, Luke, Leia, Han, Kleya, Wilmon, Hera Zeb, Vel, Mon, Norra Wexley (before Aftermath), Rex, etc… -

The clone pilot appears to be phenomenal. My one gripe is that I do not care for the V-19 as a Starfighter at all. I know I’ve been disdainful of more clone sets recently… but a reuse of this pilot (and maybe General Kenobi) in an attack shuttle next year would really hit the spot. -

Found a website which enables you to copy and paste in Aurebesh Oh, I’m going to have fun with this. -
Excellent. But this is the Aslume. I expect insanity. I’ve also just realised that Hal Jordan and Anakin Skywalker are knockoffs of each other. Let’s have a look: brown haired character who genocides his own order after being corrupted by an evil version of his order’s power due to fear of loss/ having lost what’s important to him, is a very good/ keen pilot, had an orange skinned sidekick back in the day, kills his former best friend, had a badass evil armoured appearance with cape, is a power-scaling nightmare, defeated and redeemed by a successor to the order who was trained by a old guy with white hair who had previously been a mentor to him, that successor then went on to restart the order, successor’s girlfriend was named Jade, still had a presence for the next few years after his physical death as he became a magical spirit…

Love the list. Though I’d swap Noghri and 2 others for: Norra Wexley, Ascendancy Thrawn annd Eli Vanto. A SW Videogame CMF with characters from: Squadrons, Outlaws, Battlefront II, Force Unleashed, Republic Commando, Fortnite, and Jedi Games would also be great. (With Kyle Katarn as well) Even if they don’t get everyone they could do a Series 2 with Zero Company and those they missed the first time round. -

“Systems either change or die” - @THELEGOBATMAN’s waifu System sets are now either all changing into Buildables/ clone sets. Or are removed completely in favour of 18+. That would first rely on us getting play-sets from those instead of Buildables and clone sets. “The rebellion isn’t (just) here anymore. It’s flown away. It’s everywhere now.” (Some people on the brick tap discord have joined me in Tie Avenger lobbying, and @Lordhelmet also just proved my thesis) Day #33 of Tie Avenger coping. ITT, ISB Tactical Shuttle, Zeta Class Shuttle, Patrol Gunship, Patrol Speeder, Reaper, Avenger, Defender, ISD Bridge diorama, Occupier Tank, Sentinel Clase Shuttle, Bunker, Crawler, etc… all need to be made/ remade. Same here man. -

💀 I’d hope we kick off 2026 with 75421 being a Tie Avenger, 75423 being a ISB Tactical Shuttle and 75436 being a versatile Imperial BP. But knowing that’s the best case scenario… I wouldn’t hold my breath. I foresee DC level decisions in the theme’s near future. Didn’t we literally get the Commando droid and pauldron news a couple of days ago? But yeah. More news would always be appreciated. Especially if it’s regarding Andor and Rogue One’s status in 2026 sets. True. The Snowtroopers without face masks might fill that quota. Lego would be stupid to not include such an obvious trooper variant in the existing marketing in the inevitable AT AT next year. -

Jaro Tapal and Quinlan Vos Absolutely need a shock trooper in the new stormtrooper style. They’re perfect for being in a army builder as they’re both specialised and versatile at the same time. … -

That’s fair. It’s just that I’m rooting for more Andor and Imperial sets. And the Avenger and the ISB shuttle are the most likely candidates. I love how we’re all in agreement on this one. Had it not been cursed with being part of the stud shooter era they would have been the best BP combo of all time. Really hoping for a remake but maybe with clean stormtroopers (with new black pauldron piece), new shock trooper and a Scout Trooper instead. The build could definitely have had improvements. If it was remade I’d want the build to either be a checkpoint or one of the small turbo lasers you could commandeer on Sullust. That or an Army Trooper BP are my most hoped BPs for 2026. The empire is in dire need of a normal BP with versatile units. And rebels need some non-fleet troopers period. -

Battlefront 2015 took 2.5 years to make the base game Battlefront II base game took 2 years from that to release in 2017 Theoretically, if they start making it now, it could be ready by Summer-Christmas 2027. Or they just bring back the original devs who have expressed interest to update BF2 within 6 months to a year with the previously planned Mustafar map and Ventress and Ahsoka heroes. Then the update pipeline starts focusing on content that released since it stopped development. (Mando, Andor, Bad Batch, Kenobi, JFO, JS…) Speaking of battlefront, I’d love a remake of the 2016 Rebel and Imperial BPs. 2 of the best battlepacks of the 2010s. -
DC Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
CloneCommando99 replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
Agreed. Sometimes pain is the greatest teacher. The person who decided to make no sets for a freaking Superman movie is likely the same guy who thought Young Leia would be a good LSW Anniversary figure, the X-Jet, Hoopty and this year’s Endgame battle’s price, no Tie Avenger or ISB Tactical Shuttle for Andor S2, and of course the lack of Robin in the megablocking Batman and Robin Batmobile. These decisions are too stupid to have been made by multiple people. (I’m joking of course. But it does feel like this is the case at times) -

Well then: (The BF2 community crashing the servers on every platform are Raddus’ fleet btw) Day #31 of taking the next chance. That would be a possibility for me if there were no other good imperial sets. Add LegoEmpire to that list. He’s started saying there’s a 212th BP coming this autumn. -

There will be times when the struggle seems impossible. I know this already. Alone, unsure, dwarfed by the scale of the enemy. Remember this. Freedom is a pure idea. It occurs spontaneously and without instruction. Random acts of insurrection are occurring constantly throughout the galaxy. There are whole armies, battalions that have no idea that they've already enlisted in the cause. Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward. And then remember this. The Imperial need for control is so desperate because it is so unnatural. Tyranny requires constant effort. It breaks, it leaks. Authority is brittle. Oppression is the mask of fear. Remember that. And know this, the day will come when all these skirmishes and battles, these moments of defiance will have flooded the banks of the Empire's authority and then there will be one too many. One single thing will break the siege. Remember this. Try. Words to live by. (Day #29 of trying) We are at a crossroads in the franchise’s history. Both I and the battlefront community are striving for a better future. This is not just a single battle. This is a war for the very future and health of the franchise. Lego is but one front. Battlefront is another. I’m just doing my part to win the war and help the franchise’s health. And it is a sacrifice I’d happily make in the name of the rebellion. There is a future here, for those who dare. (Why yes. Andor has radicalised me.) Anyway, I digress a Pauldron pic has leaked. 🥵 It’d better get used in more sets next year. The 327th didn’t serve under Obi-Wan or Mara Jade though. -
Marvel Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
CloneCommando99 replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
It’s now releasing on the same day as Dune: Messiah. Is Marvel stupid?! The reason why Barbenheimer and Wickediator worked was because they were two completely contrasting genres. These are just 2 Blockbuster Action Movies. Dune even currently has a better track record among the GA than Marvel. No, no, no. This is good news. If Superman succeeds Lego will now have the opportunity to make more than 3 Batman sets next year. If Disney was smart, they’d move The Mandalorian & Grogu forward to capitalise on May 4th hype. (It is also going to be a bank holiday here in the UK) -

The BF3 movement is actually crazy. I was watching a YouTube video about the new Wonder Woman comic issue and a dozen of the comments were asking for BF3. BF2 player base also continues to spike. It’s now at 10,000 day peak on steam. The frontier of the rebellion is everywhere. Andor really was the one single thing that broke the siege. I have not seen this much hype and goodwill towards the SW brand since the Mando S2 finale. I love to see it. I just hope M&G and Maul Shadowlord can at least keep the ball rolling. (Coruscant ISB building map, Cassian hero, Fondor Haulcraft, and KX Droid reinforcement as BF3 features?) -

I already did that when we got U-Wing and Clone Trooper dominance news. I can’t completely rehash material. God I love Andor. I’ll be sure to use season 2 monologues when 2026 news comes round (where is it?!!)
