  1. What's a post editor? (OOC: My appologies for that, I noticed I had left out a capital letter and remembered the rule to late. ) To pass the time, why don't we play a role-playing game? Anyone ever heard of it? It's the sort of thing the emperor plays up in his palace. It is rumoured that when someone dies in his games they are killed in real life! Anyone want to?
  2. Thanks Faramir and Badger (do you mind if I call you that for short? ), glad you both like them. The unofficial tag was a bit of a joke after some comments made by some of the members in our review, mainly in reference to various lawsuits for breach of Staudieness (I think that could be a new word, it certainly has some explicit meanings ), so please don't be at all concerned. I understand that you appreciate seeing your products used in MOCs etc, so I shall try and keep it up. As another little addition to this thread (I also posted it in the review a few posts down, but hey, what harm is there posting it here too?), here is a picture I found with a happy little caption in response to comments from the review: Not so useless after all...
  3. Well I've finally got my latest bricklink order in, containing a red sail from the Black Seas Barracuda (now it is complete, yay! ), lots of dark bley bricks, some horses, saddles, flags, poles, and dragon knight shields, and four dragon knight minifigs. I feel an RPG scene coming on... Also some clams, barrels, and a few other random pieces I felt like getting. On another note, 500 posts for me! I'm not usually one to draw attention to these things, but hey, I just feel like it right now. Let's see what mischief I can get up to... Disclaimer: The word mischief is defined by the writer as being 'extraordinarily angelic and good and never breaking any rules'
  4. A good idea you have there, I agree. I am finding the Roman Mafia really fun, and would love to join any others. TinyPiesRUs, I hope you do make another game sometime in the future, I missed out unfortunately on the original, but you were a lot of fun in the most recent Roman one. Flatfoot Thompsen, I look forward to seeing what you've come up with, and how your game will be played etc.
  5. Ah good, we could do with some new ones. Anyone else you would like to tell us of? Cleopatra? Emporer Nero? Emperor Vaspasian? The priests of Jupiter? Your sick wife?
  6. If this man isn't convicted soon I'm going to turn to the drink. Looks down at an empty glass. Oh never mind. Are the city guards having a day off or something? Why wasn't I told... More wine please!
  7. Great interview, with some high entertainment value. Good job. I think the winner of the contest was a certain person who is always trying to get on the show. He is the fist person I thought of when I read that line.
  8. It is as I suspected, you must be with Hinckley, or at the least a rebel. Why else would you not be voting for a clear murderer? You have made up some very lame excuses to try and vote for me, obviously to try and protect your own selfish wishes. Where have I heard all this before... ah yes, that's it! This same type of conversation happened between Hinckley and Tiny Pius. And we all know which of them was the crook. I do not control the votes, I am simply putting things to you as they are. Basically it is obvious that you if you don't vote for Hinckley you are on his side. And I tink that everyone else who has voted agrees with me on this. You say you side with innocent people, and yet you prefer to vote for me, someone you have not a single piece of evidence against, over voting for someone who has openly admitted to treason, adultery and murder. I think it is very clear who's side you are on... I am trying to make you forget murders? You have said almost nothing this entire week that we have been voting, and yet now you come out to protect a rebel. That makes it very clear who's side your on. Really I think we should have trusted Tiny Pius's list which includes your name. Now, let us have a recap of the murders shall we? Hinckley has already admitted to killing Atoll Dweller, and he is also the most likely suspect to have killed Mark. We all sent Pencoin to the arena, which turned out to be a good thing. Then Hinckley tricked us all into killing Tiny Pius, who actually had a lot of truth to say. Is that everyone? I think so. I do not trust what Hinckley is saying at all about certain members of our city. Everything he says is lies. This statement I am very suspicious of: Why would he be protecting us? Everything else he has said has been talk of how he wants to kill us and bring down our city, and yet suddenly he is very reluctant for us to kill someone he says is with us. Why? Because that someone is actually one of his own minions. Tiny Pius was right. Legolyons and Jipay cannot be trusted, and are both likely candidates as being in Hinckley's gang. Don't the rest of you find it interesting that the only two people who are voting for me and not Hinckley are the two that Hinckley is trying to protect? I find that extrememly suspicious. In the end the vote is up to everyone, I just sure hope that we can convict the right people this time, for the good of Rome.
  9. I totally agree Barnabus. We must be rid of him. I for one would not feel safe in my bed tonight if he is not convicted, especially after he said this: Spirits I can handle, but murderers who roam free I cannot. I urge you all once again, vote now, or see this city go to the dogs. This voting will be the turning point I think, I am already beginning to get a clear idea of who cannot be trusted just by looking at who hasn't voted. Vote now or forever be damned! If this man is left to live he will murder us in our beds, and rape our children wives. Let us try and get this right at least, after we failed Tiny Pius.
  10. Great job, Batbrick, that is an awesome birthday present, you are very kind to have made it. I love the whole look of it, it is sturdy and can do some cool poses, which I like. I'm not even going to pretent I know the slightest thing about mech building, but I think it looks fantastic. Can I have one too? The colour scheme is very fitting and the use of RR pieces to give it that nice look is very effective. Ans the digger piece does look remarkably like a hand. Keep building!
  11. Good to here you might be getting some soon! I decided that it would be sad to just let it hang, it needed to be finished. Thanks Exobuilder (note the correct use of name ). Glad you like it. And yes, that is you, after yo kept nagging me to be in my topics I decided I had to make one specially for you. You were drinking your sorrows away in the other one...
  12. That is really stunning nebraska, it is huge! And I love it! I cant wait to see it finished, keep up the great work! Hmmm, I would just love to see someone walking round town with that.
  13. Definitely the whole ship, that would be awesome. I would love to have those minifigs, that's why I want them to make this set so much. But Palpatine's Arrest would be really cool as well. Oh the agony of deciding...
  14. M10 Dromindur; The Ravine Thank you Lord Calvin for taking the initiative. The rest of you may wait until after dinner to sign if you like, just to cool your heels. Please, this way, the table has been set. Dragonator led the people through to another room where a large oak table was set with the finest of silver wear. Various exquisite foods were arranged aesthetically on large platters of gold, and the table was graced with large flagons of the finest vintages from the far northern city of Hamenwear. Truly it was a feast to be hold. Stop drooling. Sorry my Lord, I haven't eaten since breakfast... Meanwhile... L7 Dragons Keep The trio of unlikely accomplices rushed down through the levels of the castle. The old wizard was having trouble keeping up, and on one or two occasions they had almost been caught. Suddenly, just as they were nearing the workroom, Grim spoke up. I cannot go on. Lord Dragonator would have my head twice over if I did not warn Ragnir of his dangerous situation. I must go try and rescue him. That is a fools mission, do not do it. Yet I feel it is my duty. You two go on, I must go back for him. Well if that is how you feel, then I admire you. Good luck my friend, and my the Great Ones be with you this day. And also to you both. With that, Grim turned and ran back the way they had come, towards the invading army. Looks like that leaves just you and me, Adym, isn't it? Yes, let us go quickly though, before someone comes. Agreed. The pair entered Adym's workroom, and locked the door behind them. My goodness, what are you working on down here? Erm, Lord Dragonator would prefer not to say actually... Ah, it is that. No, no need to explain, I already know. I was going to help him 'make it live' as it were. I just hope that this dream of his will one day still be a reality. Groan... Who is that!? Just a deadly assassin, not so deadly any more though, aye? Adym goes over and kicks the Shadow in his already broken ribs, bringing forth a trickle of blood frm his mouth. His eyes crossed funny and he leaned over heavily sideways. Hmmm, perhaps I overdid that... Never mind now, how do we get out?
  15. I'm pretty sure I killed him, hang on, I'll just check... *goes off to check* Opps, maybe I forgot that. Kick him anyway then.
  16. Don't be lost, just follow along! Majiko has suggested that you all flee the city, and Grim agrees. I'll tell you what, I'll post another little bit to help you lot along your way. Ah yes, I think I did have your DMD moved down there, lucky you. Don't forget to kick the dead assassin on your way out...
  17. I think the poor soul has finally lost his marbles... Ah well, not to greater lose is it!
  18. I think you should take your face to the healer. Then again, shouldn't you be looking after your own sick wife, rather than sleeping round with others? Or was she just another figment of your imagination... As for you standing up for LegoLyons, I don't think we can give what you say much credit, on past experience. If you really care about him, I would suggest you just pretend you don't know him. Now take your itch somewhere else while we finish this.

    Dung Mall

That is really funny, in a sick, twisted, toilet-humour sort of way. Nice use of parts, such as the brown chain and the car wheel. That stain on the floor is just disgusting though. I think I'm going to need counselling after this...
  20. What do you mean by that? He has openly admitted that he is a traitor to the government, he has killed citizens of this city, and he is a threat to our peace! Either you are for or against us in this, if you do not vote for him then the rest of us must assume that you are sided with him. These are hard times, you cannot afford to just sit around and wait. Take action now. That goes for you too ricecracker. So far we both seem to have been having similar views on matters, so I am extememly surprised that you are not willing to convict the traitor. I just hope that you are both loyal citizens who haven't quite caught up with events, and not rebels... I do have to agree with you on one point though, I am highly suspicious of those people who have not been saying much. But right now we must make up oour minds about this more immediate threat.
  21. M10 Dromindur; The Ravine Raising his eyebrows at the newcomer, Marcus replied. I am General Marcus of the Air Marshals, representative to the Council of Five. You may call me Sir, or General if you prefer. I don't know how you remember this army to be, but by God it is disciplined, and I will expect the same from you! Do not think you will get away with sloppiness, not on my watch. Marcus examined the knight. Ah but your no new recruit, you don't need to hear all that again, it is boring enough the first time. Welcome back Sir Admar! The pair shake hands. What battalion did you serve under, and may I ask why you have been so long missing from the kingdom? Turning, Marcus beckoned Admar to follow him. Come, we can talk over dinner. It is not often I get the chance to talk properly with the veterans of the war, so I look forward to what you have to say. You may even have a chance to talk to Lord Dragonator if he is not to busy.
  22. That looks great Brickster! A very fitting and nice use of colours, and the story is very... chilling. My only question is, where are the train tracks?
  23. M10 Dromindur; The Ravine Dragonator turns back to the assembled people. I am sorry, but Aluvar had some pressing matters to attend to. He has however given me this letter committing the Crown Kingdom to this Alliance. The rest of you must now get a grip and- Suddenly, Dragonator notices one of the guards standing at the door with a man next to him. Marcus could you go see what they want please?. As the arguing continued, Marcus walked over to see what the guard wanted. My apologies to disturb you general, but this man said he was on important business and- Sorry you should be. I expressly asked that there be no interruptions. You will report to your commander, and he will decide a fitting punishment. Oh right, I am your commander. Go outside. Yes my Lord... The guard left, not at all happy about events. How can I help you, Dark Knight? As you can see we are very busy right, however I would be happy to answer your questions if you are quick. Otherwise they will have to wait until this meeting has finished, it is very important and Supreme Councilor Dragonator does not wish there to be any interruptions. Meanwhile, heated debate was continuing in the background. What do you mean he has left? I do not wish to trust someone who just walks out and- Oh shut up you stupid oaf! Never have I heard such remarks from a man of Morcia. You should be ashamed! Gentlemen, could we please keep this civil. The two of you need some time to cool off. I will have dinner brought out and then we shall all sign the treaty. And if we do not wish to- Leave it!
  24. Well glad to see your sticking round. What is the pointi n me taking pictures if your not even going to be there? And now I have to put up with Grandoth? I don't know why I signed up for this... It seems I've been sleeping for half of this meeting, I better get over there and sort things out! Oh, and Pirahna, that is fine for you to get in now, just don't take it personally if you are sent outside for a few minutes.
  25. It can't be a good topic until I've posted in it, so I better do so now. I keep almost all my minifigs on display, with tier original sets. If a set is dismantled, then the minifigs roam free in other places, such as under the table or on other displays. Something I get really paranoid about is mixing minifig parts though. If I ever need to make a custom figure for something (such as the EBRP), then I will make sure I remember which figs I took parts off, so I can put them back their. I just hate seeing a figure from a certain set with the wrong face, or the wrong legs or something. This sounds weird I know, but there you have it.
