  1. I’m pretty sure Prof X would lose some sleep if that happened. Apocalypse is a pretty scary dude.
  2. If you had said two Venoms, you’d be Lego’s target audience.
  3. Just a thought. Maybe the reason the X-Jet has such a terrible piece-to-price ratio is because they went all out on the figures.
  4. Just looking at the figures we’ve gotten in sets this last year, I’d say don’t count on it.
  5. Venomized this. Venomized that. And still no Venomized Spider-Man. 😔
  6. Personally, I can think of plenty of X-Men I’d rather have than Gambit and Jubilee.
  7. The difference between Gambit and Jubilee and those recent examples is that Gambit and Jubilee have coats that are a very different color from their pants. They need the dual molding, otherwise they’re gonna have to print tan on black and yellow on blue, and those usually don’t turn out so well. Doesn’t mean Lego won’t cheap out, and they likely will. But, it’s gonna look bad if they do. Also, as far as that leaked X-Mansion is concerned, I wouldn’t take the figures shown there as guarantees. But Mystique would be great.
  8. I think Cyclops is a pretty safe bet for the X-Jet. He’s the leader of the X-Men and he only needs a face and torso print. Dual molded legs with printing would be great, but IMO he doesn’t need them. Magneto needs dual molded arms, but otherwise, I think they could pull him off with nothing more than torso and head printing. Rogue and Gambit both need dual molded legs with printing. There’s no way to pull those two off otherwise, which is why I think they’re gonna be saved for the mansion. Figures with more detailing are usually saved for the larger sets. Bishop is the same as Cyclops, except not as important and I could them skipping him. As for the other members of the team we haven’t seen in the CMF, Jubilee and Cable fall in the same box as Rogue and Gambit. Same with Nightcrawler who also needs recolored molds. Jean doesn’t need even leg printing or dual molding, so she’s a good pick for the jet. Same with Forge, except he’s less iconic. Morph and Sunspot I can them skipping. If I were to bet on a lineup for the X-Jet, I’d go with Cyclops, Jean, Magneto, and either Wolverine reused or Rogue but with plain green legs instead of dual molding and boots (which are saved for her appearance in the mansion). All pretty iconic characters. Nobody needs anything fancier than dual molded arms, so it’s not a big drain on the budget for figures. But, I’m probably wrong and Lego will likely surprise me (hopefully in a good way.)
  9. I would be surprised if we finally got an X-Men set without Wolverine in it. But maybe with the show coming out Lego will take the risk of trying to sell a set off of such obscure characters as Cyclops, Jean Grey, Magneto, and Prof X :p.
  10. Loved 10937. I took a little inspiration from that and a lot of inspiration from this.
  11. If anyone is looking for She-Hulk or Kate Bishop, DM me. I’m willing to trade for a Wolverine.
  12. Got tired of waiting for an official giant Arkham Asylum and decided to make my own. If anyone is interested, check it out over here.

  14. Very useful information.
  15. Your phone. You can get a QR reading app.
  16. That seems really counterproductive to the whole blind bag concept.
  17. I think the serial number code for debunked a while ago. For now, it looks like the weight may be the only reliable way to tell (personally, I’m still skeptical of that one just based on personal experience, but we’ll see how it turns out).
  18. Venomized Spider-Morb vs Morbized Venomsaurus, with Morbin’ Time Iron-Venom and Venom. Throw in a $500 Morbized Venom bust and a buildable Venomized Morbius and I think we just created the perfect Marvel wave.
  19. Doesn’t roll off the tongue like Venomized does. Also, if anyone at Lego is reading this thread, give us the set we deserve. Venomized Morbius vs Morbin’ Time Venom. Including the Venomized AutoMorbile.
  20. I wonder, is that a regular street bike that Venom rides or is it a street bike that has been Venomized? 🤔
  21. And then those same people would complain that Lego is putting highly desirable figures in a GWP set instead of a regular system set.
  22. I wouldn’t rule out X-Men sets completely if this happens. Let’s not forget that somehow DC still has sets coming next year. 😝
  23. Outriders - the Venom of Avengers Lego sets.
  24. I think our best bet for Prof X is the X-Mansion, since he typically doesn’t go out on missions and wouldn’t be all that interesting of a minifigure. My guess for the X-Jet is Jean Grey, Cyclops, Wolverine, and Mister Sinister. Three of the four (arguably) most recognizable X-Men and what appears to be the main villain for the series. Although, I could also see them using Magneto in place of either Jean or Cyclops (Wolverine is mandatory).
  25. Venom, Venomized Wolverine, Venomized Venom, and Wolverized Venom. Take it or leave it. - Lego
