Super excited for the X-Jet. Hopefully it will include at least one new character. (I’m gonna assume Storm and/or Beast will take up one/two slots while Cyclops, Magneto, and Wolverine take up another three. Might not be the case, but I’m not getting my hopes up.) Also holding out hope Spider-Man’s car comes with a comic Electro, or some new villain at least.

Those construction figures would be a good blueprint for future Sentinels. And unlike half the characters we’ve gotten, the head mold would actually work.

It’s not a given, but b/w the CMF, the rumored X-Mansion, and us getting two Wolverine sets this year, I think the odds are pretty good we’ll see something. It might just be mechs and buildable display pieces though, so maybe keep your expectations low. edit: unless you’re into that, then more power to you I guess.

Saved that for the summer wave, alongside the buildable Cyclops visor. Us X-Men Lego fans are gonna be eating good next year! 🤤

Here’s the upcoming set list for DC in 2024. Overall, sounds like another typical year for DC. 😝

If we go by the movies, I’d argue he’s in the top 12. Charles Xavier, Magneto, Mystique, Wolverine, Storm, Jean Gray, Cyclops, Deadpool, Quicksilver, Collosus, Rogue and Beast. Not necessarily in that order, but Beast isn’t high up there. Despite being in more movies, he never really caught on. However, I’d argue people know the X-Men more from the cartoons and comics than the movies. In which case, Emma Frost, Nightcrawler, Gambit, and probably Mr Sinister and Jubilee are all more popular than Beast.

It’s time to stop wondering whether or not we’ll get sets for Deadpool and start taking bets on which Fantastic Four member doesn’t make it into the sets. 😁

Its kinda funny that the only GotG villain to get a Lego Minifigure is also the most forgettable one.

Only way I see us maybe getting Livewire is if she’s in Superman Legacy. And that’s only if we actually get sets for Superman Legacy and she plays a major role in the film.

Not sure how big a role they’ll play, but I’d love to get Mr Terrific, Guy Gardner, and a Hawkgirl that actually goes with the Hawkman figure from 2015.

Suicide Squad was PG-13. And we haven’t seen loose tie in sets since, have we? Only those and the Blackbird when DoFP came out.

BtAS diorama is rumored. Maybe a wave of BtAS styled sets to go with it? Batmobile, Batwing, and Batcave seem to be Lego’s go to. Minifigures in the Diorama were rumored to be Mr Freeze, Batman, Phantasm, Joker, and Two Face I think. It’d be nice to get Harley, Ivy, Penguin, Riddler, Catwoman, Robin, and Batgirl at least. Clayface, Scarecrow, Mad Hatter, Killer Croc, and Ventriloquist would be fantastic, but I wouldn’t get my hopes up. Batman Caped Crusader should also be coming to Amazon next year. The best we’ve gotten in the past is loose tie-in sets such as the Beware the Batman Batmobile with Riddler’s dragster and some JL comic based sets to coincide with the release of Justice League Action. Maybe we’ll get some loose tie-ins for this show or even sets based on the show. Penguin and Joker 2 are also coming so maybe we’ll get loose tie-ins for those. There’s still plenty of untapped set potential for the Nolan trilogy. We haven’t gotten Two Face, Ra’s, Catwoman, or the Bat-Pod. Been ages since we got Bane or The Bat. And I doubt anyone would complain about getting Joker at a reasonable price. Also been a while since we’ve gotten anything based on Batman ‘66. And, of course, Lego could always release yet another version of the Burton Batmobile and Batwing.

Even if they do leak soon, it could be months before we know which are Marvel (all of them) and which are DC (none of them).

There‘s 76222, which was delayed from last year but could have been canned, and 76246 which is still an unknown.
