You can remove the long rubber arm, provided you have a pair of scissors, but the result is sadly irreversible. Also, the torso piece isn’t exactly the same as the regular piece used by regular minifigures, so the arms don’t snap nicely into place and will pop out without much effort.

I’m fine not getting R-rated sets, but I’m disappointed we haven’t at least been getting characters from those movies/shows in sets. Or really any new DC characters.

I am so disappointed we don’t get R-rated or DC sets. We’ve gotten so many great characters in these recent R-rated DC projects like King Shark, Rat Catcher, Bloodsport, Peacemaker, The Bride, Weasel, Circe, Nina, GI Robot that I would love to have as minifigures. A Dr. Phosphorus with the lab coat or that pimp outfit would also be great.

I think I speak for a lot of people when I say only 10 minifigures in a $400 set with 2-4 generic civilians made from existing pieces and 4-5 using the same torsos and legs would be one of the worst minifigure lineups in history. Not to mention it’d completely defeat the point of making it video game based if the designs are all generic jumpsuits instead of the video game designs. But notice how I am not ruling it out.

IMO, the issue with making it game based is the minifigure count. If it’s game based, it would be the only set that is, so repeat minifigures are out of the question. Avengers Tower aside (and I think we can all agree that is a rare exception) I can’t remember the last time we got 10 exclusive minifigures in a set with no reuses.

Two thing I think a lot of people are overlooking when it comes to the Cavill situation is that 1) Cavill did not have a contract to continue playing Superman when he filmed that Black Adam scene and 2) James Gunn was already working on rebooting Superman before that scene happened. If there’s anyone to be mad at for the treatment of Cavill, it’s The Rock for convincing him to film a cameo for Black Adam so they could sell more tickets for his movie and Walter Hamada for having zero control over who could use what characters that led to this situation.

I’m showing it far more respect than it deserves.
