  1. Parts list is also now available at 9:42 in the video above.
  2. First video with speedbuild also has been released:
  3. Driver's cab would look better with an additional pillar located centrally in place of the windshield.
  4. There should be another set soon with lots of dbg panels that will recycle remained parts from the canceled Osprey. Same situation with some orange parts.
  5. All ideas for contests are cool, in particular I would like to participate these challenges: - shrinking official set - polybag - 10€ set with requirement to design model A and B from the same parts Have mixed feelings about another car competition - there are enough car sets from TLG. I also think that with a more popular contest, voting method could be slightly modified. With so many entries, it's hard to pick just six, which is why many great builds can't rank higher. This was especially visible in TC20 and TC22.
  6. This set is rather not for me but really like mixing color dbg with some bright color. This combination should be used more often, it looks equally good with orange (42113), green (42129) and lime (this set). I also like the use of glow in the dark elements as lights, much better solution than using light brick as in 42127 set.
  7. Thanks. However, think I exaggerated a bit with the number of alternative builds. This definitely makes it harder for others to come up with their own ideas for rebuilding this little set - at least that's my impression.
  8. It makes sense in that respect. However, I would prefer a variety of vehicle types rather than cars in different colors. Thanks for showing a other point of view.
  9. In October I propose to release new version 42153 NASCAR Next Gen Chevrolet Camaro with mirror colors (red panels on the left, blue panels on the right). Maybe we will see a wave of new sets soon, which include only one car in several/dozen color versions, including 2 shades of yellow and at least 4 blue. In addition, stamp 18+ on box and RRP +30%.
  10. Yes, you're right, but the Corvette, like the 42075 First Responder had a RRP €40. If I remember correctly, since Corvette to now the cheapest set with something basic as differential was 42139 (RRP 80/90€).
  11. There is also availablea short video for this set. First 50€ Technic car with differential. Unfortunately, it's an older, dbg version.
  12. Thanks for the answer. I really didn't expect this solution was applied in official set, even though it's no longer used.
  13. Thanks, some people can make even several dozen or over a hundred alternative models from one set, which is probably too monotonous for me.
  14. Sounds reasonable. Earlier I thought that something similar to multi-groove wheel closed in a case would be sufficient. Thanks for the explanation.
  15. I'm not sure if you're right, that pneumatic motor would have a very simple construction (I'm not an expert though). If it would be used in pneumatic sets, will go to mass production which lowers price. However, I see disadvantages - tightness is difficult to obtain, low efficiency and therefore low power. Anyway, I wish had that motor but know it will never be implemented.
  16. Thank you. I don't know if you realize that you inspired me to made this track wheel: Haven't seen solution to fit link tread into pin hole before I built your 8835 studless forklift. Is that you idea or did you see it used in someone else creation? Thanks. Unfortunately after creating several variants, next builds repeat similar scheme and it's getting harder to invent something new. Thank you. I'm taking a break now. Also want to give others a chance to prove themselves. Waiting for your steam locomotive alt for this set - that would be a challenge. Thanks. My favorites are roller, telehandler and dragster. It's good that everyone likes something different, otherwise Lego would only release car sets... Oh wait, right now it's happening that anyway Thanks. Not sure that it is possible improve dozer without adding extra parts. Yes, I built dragster and already someone shared a photo on rebrickable. I'm not sure if this is legal connection between link treads and beams.
  17. For example, pneumatic motor should be cheaper than an electric one and does not require a phone/tablet to play. Unfortunately, I know something like this will never happen because it is always cheaper and faster apply manual control. Exactly. It would be very nice to build a vehicle with pneumatic drive. That rotor could also be used in rolling winch, boom extension, rotating crane superstructure. It would be possible to create a set like crane 42082 operated only by pneumatics.
  18. Recently, due to lack of motivation to do something useful, I tried to rebuild mini set 42148 Snow Groomer. The result is 16 alternative models (sorry for the lack of real photos): Short description of functions (order by creation time): 1. Tractor - working and detachable lawnmower trailer 2. Tank - turret rotating, cannon lifting and openable tailgate 3. Racer - based on 42095 set, no functions other than rolling tracks 4. Robot - adjustable arms, head and mouth 5. Dumper - raising bed 6. Forklift - elevated forks and pallet 7. Loader - forest machine (similar to 42094 set) with elevated arm and working grabber 8. Bulldozer - movable blade and adjustable ripper 9. Road Roller - steering 10. Skid Steer Loader - tracked telehandler with elevated arm, movable forks and 2 liftable accessories 11. Road Grader - HoG steering, blade turning and openable engine cover 12. Catapult - working shooting mechanism 13. Monotrack - no functions other than rolling track 14. Hamster Wheel - rotated wheel with knob 15. Dragster - openable cabin and retractable support for faking wheelies 16. Half-Track Tractor - folding and detachable field sprayer All models, even the less successful ones, have free high quality pdf instructions at rebrickable.
  19. Photos of the polybag 30655 Forklift with Pallet are also available: https://www.stonewars.de/news/lego-technic-2023-neuheiten-januar/
  20. Yes, that's the color I meant. Sorry for the confusion.
  21. Leaked photo has a lot of reflection but it looks like it's not regular yellow but a neon (vibrant) yellow color. Hope I'm wrong though.
  22. Thanks. This color separation also facilitates design alts from sets with more parts.
