Went to 2 Targets a Wal-Mart, and a Walgreens. Nothin'. Theme's pretty scary, alright.

It just seems like there's been no update for too long. Like they probably have all the development staff shifted to Worlds and Dimensions, and that those will actually be viably lucrative endeavors, whereas LDD isn't monetized. They probably downgraded LDD's development and addition priority, but once they start generating profit off of Worlds and Dimensions, there will be less and less motivation to keep LDD up-to-date with parts.

LEGO's probably done with our little diversion.

See, I don't follow the fiction, so when the set "Jay Walker One" was leaked and wasn't a mech, I was looking for it to be a police car. I didn't get it at all. I din't even know any of them had last names.

Soooo. I went to a Target today at lunch, and asked if they had the new wave of CMF's. Employee disappears into the back and comes out with a case... of Simpsons Series 2. Then he gets mad that those aren't the ones I'm looking for and don't want to buy any.

I keep missing out on stuff that sells out quickly. The box of these were gone at my local Target between open and 4 p.m (when I got there).

Gonna hit up Gamestop at lunch tomorrow to see if I can in-store preorder Zip Lash with the amiibo. Gotta go in for my Xenoblade SE preordrer, anyway. (So glad they finally announced the details on that. After almost a month with no news I was beginning to think it was cancelled.) EDIT: EVERYWHERE'S SOLD OUT OF THE XCX SE! ARGH ARGH ARGH. Edit to the Edit: Oh. Hey. GameStop put up presales for XCX SE and Chibi-Robo with amiibo today. Got both those. Now I can stop whining (for a while)!

I had my first dark age in the mid nineties. The last set I bought back then was 1888. I went to college, kicked around, took myself way too seriously... You know how it goes. In '99, I was working security at a nightclub, when I guy I kind of knew came in on an off night and started building the X-Wing and I suddenly had to own all the Star Wars sets... But then the Lando fiasco started and I didn't really care for what I had seen of the prequels, so I lost interest. I did my second Dark age from '02 until '08, when I went into a retail store I used to work at to catch up with some friends who I hadn't seen for a while, and I saw an endcap full of Agents stuff and that truck was so awesome that I had to buy it all right then. And it just spiraled from there.

Been going to the Target next to my work every other day this week on my lunch hour. Nothing. Hit up a different Target on the other side of town while running errands today. Still nothing. Oh well. Maybe next week.
