  1. Another fantastic mech! The old canon piece on the shoulders Great presentation as always with the little sidebuild and the colored background.
  2. Thanks guys! I don't know why, but it's very confusing for me. Maybe i will just continue without the economic game system and focus on mocs and story
  3. I had that problem too. When i was building 75330 Dagobah Jedi Training, it was really hard to differentiate between dark brown and reddish brown in the manual.
  4. Once the judging has been done, could you please give us an update about the points scored by the factions in the various grid sectors?
  5. Hello everyone Sorry, to bother you with my stupid questions, but i have more Residences, plantations and mines generate a monthly yield while the rest of the properties generates a yield every MRCA. When a MRCA takes 2 or 3 months, the 3 mentioned properties generate 2 or 3 times the yield in the timespan of an MRCA? Salt and coal mines generate 120% return of investment in one month and are by far the best properties in BoBS, is that correct? A small residence generates 40% return of investment in one month and is the best property that is not a mine, is that correct?
  6. I was playing around with both, Stable Diffusion and MidJourney, but i must say, i got nowhere near any useful output when it comes to Lego Pirates
  7. The keel and hull look fantastic and the size is most impressive! I am really curious to see more of your project in the future. The minifigures look tiny. I guess that's what i felt when i was a child my family and me visited England for holidays and we went to Portsmouth and of course visited the HMS Victory
  8. My only hope is PotC 6
  9. That's a nice garden scene. I like the stories you tell with the minifigures. The lamplighter is the highlight of course!
  10. What a impressive build! A distinctive and well done resemblance of St Mark's Campanile
  11. True! While the whole forum is on fire because of all the exiting leaks, pirates fans can stay in bed
  12. Same here! The 2020 one is still my favorite set ever since i left my dark ages. It's perfect. The leaked one looks fantastic though.
  13. Yeah, that would be a genious move haha
  14. These can be concepts or early prototypes. As i understand it, the survey was about the price range / price point, so they don't need to show the test persons the finished products. Still it's kinda strange. WIth all the leaks in recent years Lego has the idea to put images of 12 big sets into a survey and show them to random people?
  15. Turns out promobricks contacted him and he showed them watermarked pictures (maybe just design prototypes) from the survey. A UCS sail barge was one of the 12 sets. BUT promobriks further states that it does not mean that all these sets will be released. First of all, it was just a survey to find out which price the test persons would pay for the sets. The further state that this leak does not come from their usual sources. So be cautious
  16. The ships look great. Especially the left one with the fearsome dragon head (with the red eyes). The panels work well for the sail But the eye catcher here are definitely the minifigures!
  17. I think so too. As a kid i built the sets only once, after i got them for Christmas or birthday. Then they quickly got disassembled and i used the parts for my own creations. With the same parts i built a fortress or a town house or an aircraft carrier. While the variety of parts we have nowadays allow for a more detailed approach, i imagine that - for me as a kid - it would have been much harder to build my own creation out of all the different colors and special parts and all the tiny 1x1 parts. I don't suffer from nostalgia and i think all the variety we have nowadays makes Lego bricks and pieces much better. But surely the company want us to buy sets, assemble them, then buy new sets... I don't know if the Lego company deliberately tries to reduce the reusability of the parts from a set, but it surely comes in handy for them, so they can sell more sets. And all these display sets are not meant to be disassembled so the parts could be used for mocs. Just buy more display sets...
  18. Wow, that's a wonderful modular style gas station The interior of the garage and restaurant look great.
  19. Great story and ship! The masts are well build and the soldiers on the tops are a nice detail.
  20. Hello Jo, welcome to the forum!
  21. Oh yeah, with the box art it looks even better
