I want to use pirates from the Pirates of the Barracuda Bay in my studio MOC. But the minifig pieces from that set are missing. Is it possible to import them, and if so, how and from where?

Saw this on IG the other day, love it. How many pieces in total were used for the ship?

I always feel like the green colour has been criminally underused in the Pirates sets, Imperial Armada had some green elements, but there should be more. So seeing this makes me happy, nice one!

incredible ship, those pearl gold details are lush. How are the insides of the ship? Cabins, below the deck, etc.

Am I the only person who thinks that brown spaceman looks ugly as hell? Not the suit of course, by the colour? Poop-brown is the last colour I’d expect an astronaut to wear lol

CMF 24 leaked, tbh nothing really strikes me as 'essential' for the Pirates theme, but a few bits and bobs can be re-used for sure:

They look really bad, too rough, personally I'd never ever do it, but it's your money so do as you wish :)

I actually found it quite boring to build, mostly because there are a lot of small pieces to place all over the set. I really love how the palm trees are built (read: the angle at which they are placed), really clever technique. Oveall I do like the set, a lot is packed in such a small set, and the pieces themselves are great to re-use for pirates' MOCs. Also I was really surprised to find a treasure chest hidden below Ray's little hut, I haven't watched any YT reviews prior to buying this set so it was nice discovery. I really really wish we got a seagull though.

I mean Lego sort of ressurected the Castle theme in the last couple of years, so the fox would make sense IMO

Oh yeah the maracas was a surprisingly cute and awesome addition. Which also made me realise a tambourine would be cool to have too!

I think he means that some of the rafts here look solid and well-made, aka pre-planned for pirate stealthy missions VS wonky rafts hastily put together to survive after your ship crashed. I don't think there's a thread about musical instruments yet (if there is, please merge my thread), so wanted to start one, mostly to hear about stuff you'd like Lego to create. The Collectible Minifigures series introduced some amazing new moulds, but I'd love to see concertina and/or accordion introduced - they'd be great for Pirate themed setups. Also I'd like to see a trumpet reissue, the Wild West one is great, but needs an update to bring the prices down. The clown's horn that was released in CMF series 1 doesn't work for bands. Tuba or trombone could be great, CMF series could have a whole marching band edition.

Yeah it was a one-off exclusive torso, that's why I wanted to have it, I really like the colours used for it, light blue and white fit really well together, also the back print is great. The only thing that I'm not 100% sold on is the skull pin on the front, looks a bit cartoonish, but maybe I'll change my mind when I have it in front of me. Yeah, it's a shame they changed the numbering system for those newer coints, but hey it's good anyway, plus you get a gold bar with the new coins :)
