Hi everyone, So I'm sure some of you came across old threads with expired images. I wanted to check with the mods team if there are any plans / procedures to make sure everything is archived and accessible? From my personal forum experience, a DIY fix to this could be to archive each thread every now and then with the Wayback Machine, so even if the imgur/flickr/photobucket etc images are deleted, you can still view them by accessing that website. To archive the page you go to https://web.archive.org/save/ and paste a link to your wanted topic (in multiple-page threads, each page has to be submitted separately). Once archived, you go to https://web.archive.org/ and ented the thread link in the search and it will take you to the latest archived version. I can imagine storing images on your server can be quite expensive, so this is a good and quick workaround.

It may be a silly question, but those torsos are not Lego, right?

Am I the only one here who doesn't care about the ship but is more interested in seeing more details of the landscape and buildings? They look amazing!

Great idea, I always loved the green elements in the Armada series. That being said, I feel like your design could be a bit more detailed, especially the top level of the tower could do with some details. Also I'd like to see the inside of the building - is there a way to access it / open it up somehow? At the moment it all looks like a work in progress, but you're on a good path :) Proper 90s vibes

This model makes me think of post-war destruction, rather than naturally deteriorated buildings. It's probably those round plates that look like bullet holes :) I just cannot unsee them. Btw, I always wonder - is that nest piece stable or wobbly? If stable, how do you secure it to sit on top?

How can I add torsos, faces etc of the pirates from the set 21322 to Studio?

They don't but I thought having them in spoilers will speed up loading / viewing the page? If I'm wrong, please remove the spoilers :) Btw I do recommend following on IG lego_fan_uy - his designs and tutorials are brilliant - some of them easily fit the pirates theme

Hey everyone, does any of you know of a good way to create a more hidden and subtle way to installl opening mechanism for front of the cave (by opening I mean the wall [or skull like in the img below] will be attached with technic liftarms, and should open by turning some elements or pushing others)? Sort of like in 70411 but I don't want to use the chain that would be visible from the top of the front wall. Any other ways to get this system working in similar manner?

Thanks What is odd for me is that the Lego logo is larger on those ebay coins, not much, but when held next to my original ones it definitely looks bigger. Also the 10/20/30/40 embossing looks really cheap - my photo above make it stand out, but in reality they dont look that good.

I bought a handful of "new and genuine" coins off ebay the other day, today they arrived but look fake to me - the colour is different (more yellowish), the Lego logo is bigger when compared to my definitely original coins, and the numbers on the flip side don't stand out as much as on the originals, the embossing is very light and not as pronounced. Maybe those were produced later on (the ones I have are from the 90s wave)? Can someone help? Here's a pic with 2 of my coins on top of the ebay ones:

Amazing stuff, I love the mix of red bricks at the bottom and white on top, looks really cool + I can imagine it would be a nice change when building it. Would love to see the whole build from behind though, would you be able to take a photo from that angle please?

Awesome build, love the colours, foliage and trees, the 3 goat flex ;), and the use of vidiyo characters. Does the building open on one side to reveal what’s inside? If so, is it decorated?

Since LDD is dead, it would be good to rename the LEGO Digital Designer and other digital tools forum into Studio and other digital tools ?
