  1. He chuckles as he sees the names posted for #118, "Docken eh? Wonder if he's still as calculating as he was way back."
  2. I definitely got a Yu-gi-oh vibe from Decamon. To that end... http://static.zerochan.net/Yu-Gi-Oh%21.full.1231268.jpg (source, large) And any of these heads to go with the spiky haired and/or colorful anime style: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=15427pb01 http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=53982 http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=53981 http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=bb197 http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=62699pb02 Other than that aesthetic gripe, I love the sound of the weather mage.
  3. Thormanil signs his name under Quest 118.
  4. Just in case.. Thormanil and Arx follow the plan.
  5. Shadeaux Cape (SP:4 8), so SP should be 12(15 if benefitting from flagpole). Also, the Repeater Crossbow also isn't listed in my inventory. Thormanil downs a Potion.
  6. Thormanil equips the Noble Mask and temporarily gives his gold to Guts for safe keeping.
  7. To get 20+ FoG battles completed in... less than a month, well, let's see. Assuming 5 minutes to have all party members post their actions after a new round is posted (accounts for IRC, IM, or other form of fast communication between members to sort out actions rapidly), 15 minutes to roll and calculate updated stats (Try mock-hosting a round of a mid-level battle sometime. It's neither easy nor quick, so 15 is a really low end and optimistic estimate), and another 5-10 minutes to update the stats and post the new round (god forbid the RTE goes bonkers on you). That's maybe 2 rounds an hour if everything goes well. If you go by the old fields, that'd get you through the early zones at maybe 2 hours each, with good rolls. Medium rounds, for a party that isn't in steamroll mode (aka, people you'd be likely to go with) would take somewhere between 5-10 rounds. Add a few more rounds for anything harder. Shoot, even if you were able to just hit 20 easy zones, that's probably 40 hours. 20 days at 2 hours a day, every day. I don't think anyone wants to do that. I wouldn't expect to get through more than 5 (and that is, again, being very generous) battles at a rate of "blazing through".
  8. Just noticed this, but Guts' gold didn't update from that Chryso...goldgen he rolled.
  9. I thought about that as well, but assumed the answer was simple (and thus shouldnt bother bringing it up, heh) The player simply announces with their action whether or not they want to try to double up, should they hit.
  10. And someone totally should. Wink wink nudge nudge.
  11. Flipz assumes direct control But seriously... heh Thormanil continues to follow Flipz/Arthur's plan.
  12. Aye, I edited the post, you ninjaed it in while I was typing, heh. Thanks!
  13. Could anyone give me a quick synopsis of, or a link to one, of what decamon is (beyond a ccg within a fantasy game, heh). I'm on mobile atm else I'd go hunting for info myself. Are there deck battles? Are there opportunities to use your deck/collection outside of QM specified encounters on a given quest? Edit Guh, and as im slowly fumbling with my phone, sandy gets a message up partially answering it.
  14. For the first time, Arx unleashed a miniature hailstorm upon the enemies. The cold breath stung them, opening up enough of a window for Guts to lay waste to the hobgoblins. "Always fun to turn the tides. Not so tough when they're the ones outnumbered."
  15. Thormanil pauses before attacking, sharing a little bit of the mushroom with Arx. The hatchling lets out a little belch and for a split second, the air around him chills. Thormanil gives Arx a sidelong glance, not thinking too much of it as he attacks Knack, back row. Level 40: Arx exhibits Ice powers.
  16. Waiting to see if there was a stats update/adjustment, heh. Part of Flipz' plan is a bit dependent on that. Otherwise, I'll just follow along with the party & laid-out plan.
  17. Sorry, since that was supposed to take multiple turns, I thought it would just get handled as you ran the rounds one-by-one.
  18. Also, 250*0.75 = 187.5, heh. 250 -> 200 would be a 20%
  19. Thormanil proceeds to the Storage Room.
