  1. Jokerland is supposedly $120, but I don't expect that they would make that mistake....
  2. Oh, it looks like the LEGO Batman 2 design again. That probably isn't exactly what we will get in the Batboat set.
  3. Great that we are getting a Harley variant after all. Maybe they will mix Ivy up too after all.... I'm glad that they are red and black since I think that her classic colors look much better than the red and blue. I hope that the rest of the figure doesn't look as awful as the source material....
  4. Ooh, thanks Scarlian! I like what I see (except Scorpio), and I hope we get closer shots quickly.... Those blended masks.... Weird that Tahu and Gali don't get any, though.
  5. This brick built statue of one of the Ninjago dragons looks like it has dark blue shells, but it certainly has spring yellowish green bones. I wonder if the actual set will have those?
  6. Probably because it looks like the LB2 minifigure, and the designers just copied that.
  7. It probably depends on what LEGO's contract with WB is like and how much of a say they have in what LEGO does or does not do. Anyway, the possibility that we won't get Suicide Squad sets is why I included the "and/or."
  8. They'll probably fit in another wave (not necessarily another JL one) the same way that Marvel is fitting in sets for Age of Ultron, Ant-Man, and Ultimate Spider-Man this year. If DC is doing two waves (well, more like one and a half...) without a movie now, there will probably be at least a couple sets for comics, cartoons, and/or Suicide Squad next year.
  9. Hm, maybe it isn't the regular skin tone. Brick yellow (tan) maybe?
  10. The Jokerland colors not matching the Funhouse doesn't bother me too much, since I always thought of amusement parks as being bright, obnoxious, and incoherent. That said, I do think that some colors could have been swapped around, and yellow could have been dropped entirely (except for on the ducks). I like the new Batmobile, and that clown head.... I still might mod it to look more like Mistah J, though. I do agree that, as of now, the set doesn't seem worth the reported price, but I look forward to seeing more detail at toy fair. The Batboat seems a little odd and a lot easier to shoot at than something Batman would usually drive, being so wide. I still like the design though, so I hope it looks better once we get real pictures. Deathstroke will probably sell this set either way though.
  11. I agree that there are other characters that need it more, but I'm not going to look a gift horse in the mouth, either.... Edit: I doubt that that hairpiece is for Cheetah though, unless they go with the out-of continuity Debbie Domaine version which seems incredibly unlikely. I don't think they would create a new mold for her, when Elizabeth Swann's would work perfectly fine (even though they would use Elsa Schnieder's anyway :P ). Besides, I have never seen Barbara Minerva with ears on top of her head. It is perfect for 60s Catwoman though....
  12. Hm, not a big fan of the crotch arrow. I hope it's Red Robin.
  13. Huw's report is up. I'm interested in the cloth parts.
  14. Deathstroke is better than Killer Croc, in my opinion. I'm not really in any hurry to get Croc. I hope that at least one of these Robins is Red Robin though, as people have speculated. Jokerland sounds like a legitimately good set (something that we don't get too many of over here) even if the minifigures aren't too exciting for us collectors. It has Beast Boy and Starfire though, for some reason, and I could go for a Poison Ivy redesign. The only one that really disappoints me is Penguin, but maybe they will do something to freshen him up. Maybe he will finally get a purple umbrella, at least?
  15. I think they would realize that when they finalized the script.
  16. But yellow is literally the most common hand color. :P Edit: I just used "literally" wrong, didn't I?
  17. That is a great idea. I wish I thought of it. It makes getting an extra GL set even more tempting....
  18. Marvel best: Marvel had a really good line-up this year. I think Storm is probably my favorite. I also love that we got MODOK though. Marvel worst: Hm, probably Thor from the Hulk Breakout set. I think that he is a decent figure, I actually kind of like his strange "You dare?" expression and a comic torso is nice to have, but there are a few design choices that seem plain and actually bad. The only others I can't say I really like, not counting Groot and the Sentinel, are Cyclops (who is just boring) and Green Goblin (but that's not LEGO's fault so much). DC best: Batgirl. Flash is the...runner-up. DC worst: Man-Bat
  19. Does anyone have Aurora's Bedroom? I'm wondering what her hairpiece looks like on minifigures. Thanks.
  20. I don't think Deathstroke will resemble either of the in-game designs, though it will probably be based on one of the two costumes. The "Squad" one has gratuitous arm printing that I just can't see LEGO doing when characters that could actually use it (like Wonder Woman and Flash) are bare. The other one is just an updated version of the model from the portable version of LEGO Batman 2. If there is anything we can glean from the game designs, it's probably that Deathstroke will have a separate piece for his helmet. That's just an inference of mine, but that's the biggest change between the LB2 and LB3 Deathstrokes (he actually has the LB2 face under his helmet) so it might be the same kind of synergy that happened when Cyclops went from having a separate visor in early clips from LEGO Marvel to having one designed right onto his head in the final game, even though neither of his variations were exactly what we got. I hope that makes sense. :P
  21. I think S@H is experiencing some glitches. In the US, all of the new sets except for a few Technic ones were marked as sold out before noon today, which can't be right....
  22. Didn't the page with the mask have a caption that said something about more villains in the Summer? In that case it would make more sense to tease something that will come with one of those villains.
  23. That was kind of the issue I had with Gotham, actually. It was big and labyrinthine and aside from flying, there really wasn't much to do. The bosses were all really easy to defeat and collecting the gold bricks was pretty repetitive. 95% of the time it also required using Batman, Robin, or Superman, which didn't help. Plus, by the time I finished the game, I could only navigate the island with Wayne Manor and the amusement mile. It was really easy to get lost on the other two. Though I wouldn't mind if there was more to explore on the planets or Hall of Justice (it bothered me that Green Loontern and Kevin Smith together probably host 75% of the missions in the game, with Batgirl doing a lot too) at the very least they were more artistically diverse and collection wasn't as bad. (Except on Oa, I don't like Oa at all....)
  24. Lightning Lad? I mean, I guess it's cool that LEGO is "giving us" such an obscure minifigure, but at least I won't care when I can't find this box either.... I hope Trickster is easier to get. :/
