  1. Sweet! Too bad I can't get them all. I just feel the impulse to buy them all! I'll better limit myself to collecting normal-sized minifigs.
  2. Can't wait to get a Davy Jones minifigure! Also, I hope we get a review soon!
  3. Hey Niku, may I ask, why do you want to get rid of this set? It's a classic SW set! I admit it doesn't look as good next to the new sets, but it's still one of the first SW sets, and in many years you might regret selling it. In any case, if you still want to sell it, good luck!
  4. Ahhh, there's nothing like a train station. Thanks for sharing this with us. The locomotive looks very good. Do you plan on adding wagons anytime soon? This reminded me that I should buy the pieces for a train station.
  5. I can already imagine the Star Wars funnies that are going to be made with that. So glad I never bought that part; I would never pay that much for a single part just because it is in an unusual color, at least not with my budget.
  6. Still great sets. I should get some Aquazone sets for myself, since I haven't got any. But the budget is pretty tight right now...
  7. I prefer option 1. To tell you the truth, I find it pretty natural.
  8. I have actually got the guy with the red cap, and although it is not a perfect minifigure replica, it's a nice thing to have, if you don't have to pay $99 bucks for it Nice and thorough review. Thanks.
  9. You would have to use light colors, since Lego basic colors tend to be very vibrant and likely to take attention off from the minifigs. Great work! Did you make these entirely by yourself, or did you buy cases from which you made these?
  10. Caught Jimmy Neutron on TV a few days ago. The memories
  11. Linko, your pics are amazing. So crisp and professional. Thanks for posting! I always wanted to get one of these guys. Hopefully I'll be able to grab one at a good price now.
  12. Looks awesome. Is that Darth Vader completing Obi-Wan's face? Or is he removing it? Because I think are some hard feelings between those two Thanks for sharing!
  13. How much did it cost in total, including shipping?
  14. Definitely the Jedi starfighters that come from this set. I have always loved them since Episode III came out. From the OT, I'd have to say the X-Wing, but that's a bit larger and I don't know how "swooshable" for you.
  15. Nice! Hopefully Lego will be around for a few more centuries. Great design and a very original idea. Thanks for sharing!
  16. Money steals? I do bet the monkey with the rum explains "where did all the rum go?"
  17. We're still missing a few classical horror characters in minifigure form. The invisible man (doesn't have to be completely transparent, because that has already been reported to be impossible, just its head with a few bandages), the creature from the black lagoon, and the headless horseman, to name a few. Lego could take advantage of all these making sets for each. If horror characters were so successful in CMFs, maybe they would be successful in small sets, like it was done with the Studios theme. Just some thoughts.
  18. Nice couple of sets. Used or MISB?
  19. Don't know about that source. It also lists Godzilla 2012. Has this been confirmed elsewhere?
  20. That's GBP, it's actually $24!!!!
  21. I feel the same way, and this is the one of the few reasons why I like licensed sets even if we have too many. Few things can match up to Lego's design and manufacture process. This is not to say that custom stuff is never better than Lego, of course, but it is much more affordable and easier for the average Joe if Lego makes the parts.} Edit: By the way, that custom Sauron is awesome!
  22. I don't think there is such a thing as a crappy Lego store. Hehehe, that sounds like you were very lucky indeed.
  23. Would certainly appreciate it.
  24. Can anybody make a sticker for the Lego skateboard piece that looks something like the BTTF hoverboard? Reference image here:
