  1. Totally correct there! It would have to be a veeerry big tree!
  2. Wow! Absolutely awesome model. I like the dimple in the front, and for some reason I started thinking: Crashed star destroyer, crashed star destroyer.... Really great work with the patterns on the outside. Like you noted, it differs greatly from the Lego sets, which seem to just have randomly placed dots on the hull. Also wonderful use of microfigures, and the mini TIE-fighters!
  3. OK! Thanks a lot, I hope you don't mind if I pilfer these creations and use them to my own ends... (I won't sell them, of course!)
  4. Oh, sorry. Didn't know this counted as an old topic! Won't happen again!
  5. Hi! lovely MOC, great functions! The only grammar error is the "I" as a pronoun at the end of the text, that is capitalized! Really love the ladder and the special shapes, including the front hood. I find it awesome how you combined system bricks and technic to make this model!
  6. I do agree. A simple 2 speed gearbox would be nice though. Maybe I should just build Grohl's RC Land Rover...
  7. Suffocation: My model is really bad... Me: actually suffocating because his model is ABOSLUTELY AWESOME!
  8. Either he ran out of the 2x1 liftarms with axle hole or it is some ingenious bumper system...
  9. I agree. Producing new parts (probably) cost some money, and seeing that the C+ sets have introduced new colors of parts or even new parts, the price per piece seems reasonable. Apart from the 42109... DEFINITELY not worth it (in my opinion!).
  10. Hopefully they increase gear reduction! 42099's torque was really dismal... Especially with extra weight!
  11. Nice build! Have you made use of rubber bands for return-to-center steering, or is it just normally controlled via the M motor?
  12. Hi! does anybody have a solution for brakes for a rear axle, and brakes for a front axle? I see that lots of people use Pneumatics, but I am looking for something like the system that Sheepo uses... anybody have any ideas?
  13. I don't think there is such a thing... Maybe a reliant Batman? :D Also really love how you managed to taper the front slightly to truthfully recreate the body shape!
  14. Hi, lovely recreation of this British icon! It brings back many memories of top gear, and when they tried to race a reliant against a taxiing jumbo jet...
  15. Oh... I was just wondering if the 1/8 scale front wheels would bump into the rims when turning... I don't know! I don't have these pieces in my collection (the red rims).
  16. hmm... The red mudguards might work! The only thing is, using red on the rear and lime on the front! Maybe you could make some sort of livery...?
  17. I would say that, referring to @MP LEGO Technic creations pic, the rear wheel arches are further from the rear. I do like what you've got going here! Lovely design!
  18. Hey! Is there anybody who has bought Buwizz 3.0 and can give it some feedback? I haven't been able to find any reviews about it yet... And also: Can you control a PF M or PF L motor like a servo motor with Buwizz 2.0? Thanks!
  19. Indeed, it is a nice build. It is great to see the scientific accuracy, and is a great tribute to "Percy."
  20. "When all else fails... Build a spaceship." lovely quote! I see that you are not new to this small scale, and I love your designs! Very inventive with the limited amount of parts from Lego.
  21. Yes, I agree with everybody, But also pleas put the engine a bit higher up, like the real car! If you are thinking of submitting this to IDEAS, it's gonna need to have some SERIOUS styling, with lots of system bricks. Otherwise great idea, and good luck!
