Personally, I prefer the vehicles from the original trilogy, that being said... I love this MOC!!! Your re-creation is most impressive. Not only in terms of scale (even if it's not negligible), but especially in terms of fidelity with the film. My hat's off to you sir. Quick question, will there be in the instructions the steps to convince a girlfriend to accept to have this true work of art in the house? I have the impression that this will be the most difficult part of the assembly.

@Lfm55 Yes they are everywhere. Personally, I was waiting for Lego to come out with a UCS (it's only a matter of time in my opinion). But when I saw this one I realized that Lego wouldn't sell such a detailed one, so I immediately pre-ordered it and bought a canopy on Bricklink. Now, this one is even better with the update, thanks for that Jerac!

[MOC] Imperial Star Destroyer - The Eviscerator
l0renZo replied to 2mpaired's topic in LEGO Star Wars
@lowlead I'm not a computer technician, but I work on Mac and I've encountered this problem on a few occasions. As far as I know, you have this error because there are too heavy files in the zip (there is a 1.5gb pdf in the package). You can try to unzip it using the Terminal: Type unzip and a space, then drag/drop the zip file into the Terminal window. Or you can download Stuffit Expander from the app store. If memory serves me right, this is a free app and it always works for me. I hope it helps you a bit.- 169 replies

I looked on bricklink for the canopy out of curiosity. And I only saw 2 available! But I imagine that in time there will be more.

Very nice and very accurate! Just out of curiosity, do you think he can stand without the base?

Very well done Jerac! I really like the slick look with no stud. I do not know why, but I have a crush on the use of skis for the engine exhaust.

I finished building mine the day before yesterday. I am particularly impressed by the respect of the shape of the Batwing. Definitely an interesting build! I can understand those who are a little disappointed. I think that paying more attention to detail would have helped a lot. Definitely missing some nods to the Tim Burton film. No possibility to hide the miniguns in the fuselage? No retractable "scissors" at the front? Where is the aiming device in the cockpit? Still more than satisfied with my purchase. A must for all Batman fans!

Very complete review! Definitely a purchase as far as I'm concerned. I had hoped that LEGO would make this set for several years.

Cavegod UCS AT-AT Instructions | "Walker Assault"
l0renZo replied to Cjd223's topic in LEGO Star Wars
@BobaFett1337 I created my wanted list for this set this weekend and I didn't have this problem. I think there was a lot in a color that didn't exist but that's it. However, I used the XML file that came with the instructions. Is it possible that there is a small bug with the rebrickable list?- 264 replies

I still can't believe I bought 3 times the Sith potrait (#31200) to make the big long Darth Vader one. It was totally worth it!

Hi to all, My name is Etienne, and I've been making LEGOs for as long as I can remember. Even if I never really stopped making them, I have started again much more seriously in the last 4 years (to the despair of my girlfriend!). I build a lot of MOCs from the community, mostly planes/spacecraft. It's while looking for new creations that I stumbled a bit by chance on this forum. English is not my primary language, so sorry if I make weird turns of phrase. I also started using Studio, but I realize that creativity doesn't come as easily to me in front of a computer compare to holding real LEGO pieces in my hands. With time it should get easier. I don't know if I will be very active yet, but I will certainly spy on all the Star Wars topics. Hope to see you there!
