  1. Yep. I was playing the sheep. I saw that there was no way Candy was going to get lynched and in general I don't like throwing on pointless votes unless I actually am pretty convinced that the person being bandwagoned is town. At that point I found Terrence scummy, but I also understood that if he was town, it would help us to understand the validity of his list, which could have been a serious stick in our wheels if we had to constantly worry about whether he was lying or not. I'm not proud of my vote for him, but I'm not killing myself over it either. I thought the investigator was dead. I did want to know if Kristina knew who the investigator was, so that was if Kristina knew he/she was dead, and Kristina died, which was never a highly unlikely situation due to her abilities, we would know not to trust an impostor. Well, you were the two I was certain would flip scum if Terence was town. I also wasn't pointing it out for Colin's benefit, and being the player he is I doubt he paid attention to my comment anyway.
  2. No, I think you'd ignore it until somebody took action on it, which is what you did. 1. I was confidant at the time that you and Candy were scum, but I wanted to have my bases covered. I wanted to be certain that a strong scum team couldn't be playing weak members of town against each other. Analysis was important. I was not really asking for the identity of Person A, I felt confidant at the time that it was Cebastian due to what must have been some miscalculation on my part. Although, I have not found, and can't honestly say I looked, for the first time that Kristina mentioned being in contact with Cebastian. Frankly, I don't care anyway. Kristina is not the suspected scum here, so I'll take her word for what she told me. 2. Scum or dumb? Neither really. I was interested in knowing and I wanted to give someone the chance to answer, because sometimes scum will say things to try to confuse what seem to be unintelligent townies. Something that I missed then, but later saw was that Cebastien had said on one of the early days something to the effect of scum not likely to have both a doctor and blocker. I forget his wording, and I won't bother to look, but he contradicted himself there, but unfortunately I missed it. One would think that this likely being the last day, you would be pretty faithful to check in, at least if you were actually on EB.
  3. 3. It seems obvious that Donny didn't really "know" anything. If he had, he had plenty of time to share in the Night thread and the day thread later on. I'm assuming he just thought we should be discussing something more worthwhile. I do recall somebody mentioning something about Shane and Colin's argument, and possibly she had seen something there, but it's not like there's much to speculate on now. It just is odd isn't it how you're always passing the buck on and expecting other people to do things for you. Instead of adding stuff of your own, you question people as to how they feel about the subject being discussed. Why didn't you share what you felt? How come I made my post at 11:10 pm, my time, and you remained online until 1:02 am, my time, and you failed to see my post?
  4. Interesting that for 18 hours after I posted we had nothing from you...whatsoever, and just twenty minutes after Peter votes for you, you make any sort of response. I bet you were hoping to slip through the day without having to say anything further. Not cool and not town! Just asking for clarification? Please tell me, who adds an " " look when asking for clarification. I stand by my point that you were trying to put words in his mouth. Someone flying over his words may mistake his meaning due to your words, and that was likely what you were hoping for. And, pardon, by "his" I mean "Adelaide" of course. She always seemed to have a masculine spirit driving her. As far as point 2 is concerned your alter ego, or whatever you want to call her only left much later, but it was a small point of mine, and, as I said, nothing to go on seriously.
  5. Tap, tap, tap... Still no response Priscilla was online for quite some time while and after I posted.
  6. Forgotten? Or hoping we had forgotten?
  7. I know Pretzel would be one of them. Who'd the other five be? Quest #82 looks to be awesome already.
  8. "No! Unfortunately, I don't believe my Guardian Angel will prevent their leader from calling forth another minion. Besides, because of their ranged attacks, the leader's minions pack more of a punch than he does. We target the minions. We will, hopefully be able to take two of them out. Pretzel: 6 + 18 + 5 x 2 x 2 = 116 damage Erik: 5 + 15 x 2 x 2 / 2 = 40 damage Dreyrugr: 6 + 18 x 2 x 2 / 2 = 48 damage Nessa: 8 + 16 x 2 = 48 damage Sylph: 10 + 24 = 34 damage Soryx: 10 + 15 x 3 / 2 = 37-38 damage Battle Order: Pretzel: Acolyte C (Front Row!) Nessa: Acolyte A Sylph: Acolyte A, C, B Dreyrugr: Acolyte A, C, B Erik: Acolyte A, C, B Soryx: If rooted, Acolyte A, C, B "If we can take one or two of them out this round then we are well on our way to victory. We will start needing your healing once my angel departs though, Druid."
  9. Okay, looking back over Priscilla's post. She's been far more scummy than I originally suspected. Some of them I've said before, or other people have said. But perhaps I should refresh your memory: Adelaide: http://www.eurobrick...25#entry1680812 Priscilla: http://www.eurobrick...25#entry1680878 I don’t know where Priscilla picked up that Adelaide was willing to policy lynch. Sounds like she was trying to put words in a towny’s mouth from early on. Adelaide never said anything about being willing to policy lynch. Behold I have told you before! Priscilla said Nothing on Day 2. Said she wasn’t blocked, but it is a bit strange that she couldn’t get on in the 48-hour period. Still nothing to go on seriously though. Priscilla: http://www.eurobrick...9 Wildly speculates that Donny may have known something, we didn’t and says it would be something to work off of, and then leaves without even attempting to look at what “it” may be. Sounds like scum trying to pretend to be helpful to me. Priscilla: http://www.eurobrick...25#entry1686143 Everyone’s casting their votes, throwing suspicions here and there, but there’s no clear majority. Ten Priscilla comes, adds a new suspicion to the bunch, and doesn’t vote. It sounds to me like she was not willing to start a bandwagon going, lest suspicion of her starting one on a townie raised eyebrows and also trying not to be suspicious by voting for new person. She only comes up with her vote for Byron much later, possibly indicating that she was waiting for the bandwagon to be more fully underway before she jumped on “because we have to lynch.” Priscilla: http://www.eurobrick...50#entry1689723 Quite an awesome post and I think I shall have to echo Patricia’s reply: Patricia: http://www.eurobrick...75#entry1690230 Priscilla: http://www.eurobrick...75#entry1690381 By the way she mentioned Terrence not having mentioned her name or talked to her, etc. It almost sounds as if she was waiting around for someone to suspect her and not really paying attention to much else. I still don’t understand what she saw in the “ever” and “but.” I thought it was pretty clear that I hadn’t suspected Adelaide at all, but I was beginning to get second thoughts. At that point in time, I was working my way through a list of people, but real life got in the way. Anyway, I doubt scum would “bide for time” to see who they should put on a list of suspects. Instead of doing some work for herself that goes beyond simple statements, she, in essence complains, that I haven’t talked more in-depth about the two people who were on my list of suspects. Clearly didn’t bother to notice the alphabetical ranking and that I wasn’t only talking about people I was suspicious of. Also interesting that despite knowing she’d be away past the end of the night, she failed to place any vote. (Her teammate, Dexter, caught onto this. It’s interesting that he pulled a quote out of a different topic. Perhaps , they had planned it before). Dexter: http://www.eurobrick...00#entry1690424 Priscilla: http://www.eurobrick...9 Priscilla casts the weakest of suspicions back at Dexter, and it’s never heard of again. Scum trying to distance themselves, I’ll bet. Terrence: http://www.eurobrick...25#entry1691848 Priscilla didn’t like that Terrence pointed her out due to his metagaming, but apparently he’s played as scum on her team twice, so I think he’s in a good position to say if she seems to be in “scum mindset.” Cecilie: http://www.eurobrick...25#entry1691939 Cecilie, a confirmed scum, seems interested in getting Terrence off Priscilla’s back. Of course, she keeps herself open to the possibility of Priscilla being scum, but attempts to make sure the attention is fully on Terrence. Priscilla: http://www.eurobrick...25#entry1692767 She counters the statement brought against her, but attacks the metagaming instead of addressing the other topics Terrence brought out. Most of her arguments against Terrence are pretty non-consequential, and as I said, she seems more interested in attacking Terrence than addressing the things he brought up. She then apparently tries to gather everyone who has voiced suspicion on Terrence together and once again settles for asking everyone what they feel about the issue as if circumstances had changed abundantly. It’s also interesting to note that she goes on the offensive against Terrence after he revealed the hippie list. Perhaps that was the real reason she was after him. Priscilla: http://www.eurobrick...25#entry1692809 Then, despite her attack on Terrence, she seems to think that the hippie information is true. Does she think Terrence is scum or not? Instead of answering Kristina or explaining why she failed to mention Dexter, she calls Kristina out for not mentioning it sooner. Okay, sometime around this point Priscilla died and a new body took over. This body posted fluff at the beginning and then began to cosy to me of all people. Maybe with my reasoning on Terrence’s list, she was so certain everyone would see me as town that she wanted to be in my good graces. Priscilla: http://www.eurobrick...25#entry1693686 One of her reasons for voting for Dexter is that he was left off a bunch of the suspicions lists from Terrence’s list. Forget to mention that he was left off her own list. Priscilla: http://www.eurobrick...9 Although, I admit that what I did may have appeared scummy. Do you really think I’d bother to do that if I were scum, though? Don’t you think if I were scum I would know that it’s scummier to change my vote than to keep it where it was? It’s a nice idea in theory, but in practice scum rarely if ever do something like that to appear like they voted where the bandwagon was. Also, perhaps it should be noted that your teammate Candy was quick to pick up on it when no one else did. Priscilla: http://www.eurobrick...25#entry1695465 Playing dumb in an attempt to ease pressure from Candy? Heck she almost doesn’t seem to care that the alignment of everyone dead up until that point was town. That's why I have for now. Have yet to review the latest couple days in more depth. But I think this should be more than enough to prove her scuminess. Besides, I challenge you to find one place where Priscilla may have helped us in some way. She's done nothing for town! Oh, and since I forgot to do it earlier. Vote: Priscilla Jenkins (mostlytechnic)
  10. Yeah, I believe Soryx got a shield twice while he was blinded. "But those pointy ears should be able to hear the faintest whisper from your party leader," I suggest. "Don't worry, we shall cure you of your ailment post-haste." Yep, and for some reason I recall CMP saying this would be a "short" quest.
  11. "Umm...okay, that sounds right." I say, somewhat puzzled at Nessa's mention of "her" plan.
  12. Yay! Finally, we got two. Honestly, I wasn't too confident on Ceclie coming up scum, but yay all the same. Actually, you really should know that there's no way that Peter could be scum. Unless the dirty hippie was a dirty liar, but usually his kind have a problem with lying, so yeah. Peter can't be scum. This is between you and me.
  13. Hmm...Hybros doesn't know yet that Guts helped to kill Reno, does he? I wonder if Maurice would be pleased?
  14. "If my Guardian Angel comes, she will only protect us next round. You will need to ensure that you're not hit this round. I'd advise taking off the guardian angel condition."
  15. Battle Order: >Pretzel: Heal Erik >Sylph: Heal Pretzel Erik: If Healed Acolyte A/Otherwise, do Nothing Soryx: If Acolyte A not targeted, Acolyte A, Otherwise Acolyte C Dreyrugr: Bone B (If Rooted, Acolyte B) Nessa: Bone C (If C targeted, Potion on Self, If Rooted, Acolyte A)
  16. Hey! Don't think Pretzel can't hear you.
  17. Could Obelix have aligned himself with scum, see the members of their team, and switch back to town? No, really, you're a great Mafia player...even as scum, but especially as town.
  18. Nope the beeps and clicks was Fhomess also (Fhomess is awesome. ). Kadabra was Foul Moudama, if I can recall right. Also some irregularities in posting there though?
  19. Oops, you're right. Okay, here's the plan: Battle Order: >Pretzel: Acolyte A Soryx: Repeat Action >Sylph: Heal Nessa >Nessa: If Rooted: Acolyte A, B, if A dead/If Not Rooted, do Nothing. Erik: Acolyte C (A if rooted and A alive, or B if A dead) Dreyrugr: Acolyte B (If Blinded and Acolyte B Already Targeted, Use Remedy) Eh? What happened there?
  20. Battle Order: Pretzel: Acolyte A Soryx: Repeat Action Sylph: Heal Nessa Dreyrugr: Remedy (Unless already healed, Acolyte A, B if A dead) Nessa: Potion on Erik if Blinded, Acolyte B if not) Erik: Acolyte A, or B if A dead. Sorry, I've got to run. Could one of you make sure this makes sense. I think my intentions are understandable.
  21. Wow! Quest #85 is right up my alley! But the team will certainly not be back before the marketplace quest comes up.
  22. "Erik, don't forget to target C if A is dead and B is successfully blinded."
  23. Oh, yes, and the characters are awesome, Sandy. I would have liked to see more people, myself included, really bringing out their characters more, but with the intense pace, especially of the first few days of the game, I think it made it pretty difficult. Poor ol' Pallas is probably dead by now, though, so I doubt we'll see an appearance of him again. Well, of course some people would still be pushing for the win at all costs, but for others, they may have underlying agendas. Imagine if everyone was playing with their real Heroica character and the people you kill would be killed off forever. I doubt there'd be a mage genocide too quickly.
  24. I guess I would've liked to see more decisions based on roleplaying rather than too much pushing to win the game. For instance: heroicans not bringing out investigation results on Nephilim because they are friends with him/her, some of the barbarians being more bloodthirsty in general, etc. But I understand that this isn't everyone's idea of fun.
  25. Battle Order: >Pretzel: Acolyte A Sylph: Blind Acolyte B Erik: Acolyte A (or B if dead, C if A dead and B blinded) Soryx: Acolyte A (or B if dead, C if A dead and B blinded) Dreyrugr: Acolyte B if not blinded and not targeted) Nessa and Dreyrugr: Cuddle in Bedroll Together (restoring health and removing negative effects )...Nessa Inflicted. "Hold tight, men! Only four of them remaining. Would you two stop flailing about blindly and hit something!""
