  1. I really like the colours used in the landscaping and i like the subtle detailing within the landing pad too. excellent part usage with the missile launcher bricks Looking forward to reading more about this story too!
  2. Great little story here, it's great to see the howlrunner as a build too! The ship builds are fantastic and the Star Destroyer greebling really works well. The essential guides were and are fantastic! So many great ideas to build within it!
  3. We Mandalorians do relish the thrill of the battle
  4. Nice build for Bonadan here, The shield generator tower works well and impressive detailing through the towers interior! A nice touch to add the black plates to add the depths of the cave system too
  5. Some very good looking minifigs here,
  6. A really great build here, A great story in support of the Kuat build. Some really great part usage in this along with build techniques. I love the plant pod build. works so well!
  7. The floor detailing is great with this. Also, I like the control stations!
  8. Nice bridge build, setting the stage for some cloaking technology here?
  9. I'm really pleased with the hanging controls etc, as the walls are quite plain I thought it was a nice way to add texture to the build. I'm really pleased with the offset window, its one of the 8x8 triangle plates mounted to a 2x2 turntable with well placed jumpers to allow connection back to the rest of the build: The exterior ship is angled as I tried to raise it to be shown through the bridge (more to show the shields taking damage) Thanks! I'll try to incorporate into my Cat B!
  10. Ta! (I changed the CAT A to CAT B in the title)
  11. A very nice and unique starfighter great build, I really like the S-foil design
  12. Really good, I do like the brick separator use! Great story and star destroyer build!
  13. Well done, great build - I could really see this floating around the galaxy :)
  14. I think it should work well. I've used them for other sets and the connections are studs from stand to set so i'd expect it to work well. (I do know with covid they're running a skeleton crew as it took a while for them to respond to me when I had a query)
  15. Question on the entry forms, after I submitted my entries I noticed a spelling mistake in the title and have changed since - This i'd expect to break the link on the entry form i submitted? Should I therefore resupply? thanks and sorry!
  16. A lengthy story, but worth following to the end! I like the little starfighter build and the story that brings them into the larger battle. The capital ship micro builds are great!
  17. Really nice build with this, The separate stories work well and I like the open canopy look - i'm not big on Photoshopping additions, i prefer brick built, but the monitor background works incredibly well!
  18. I really like this, from the descending Mandalorians and their unique outfits and weapons to the vault door and the mine wall. Fantastic build,
  19. Thanks!, The Underminer lends himself so well to an Ugnaught, I'm pleased i outfitted him with a stormtrooper belt and blaster as it's a nice little nod to the Ewoks doing similar on Endor! Pyro/flametroopers have been a favourite since they made an appearance in The Force Unleashed. In this build, I wanted it to look great as a whole but with several vignette stories being told too such as the aerial gun fight, the rallying Ugnaught and the fate of the bathing Stormtrooper
  20. I really like this, I like reusing the same base to tell a different story. The forced perspective works well here!
  21. *Your entry has earned 5 XP* Pyerce Attacks! In a bid to establish a new Imperial control whilst the remnant are decimated at Jakku, Pyerce forms blockades over several key planets. In a bid to secure agricultural wealth, Pyerce’s fleet surrounds the planet Uyter as he launches a ground attack to seize control of the supply chain. Close to Clan Eldar’s current fleet, the fleet rally to Uyter’s defense to put a stop to Pyerce’s grasp for power. With Pyerces forces in disarray the action is left to the bridge commanders... - As the battle raged on around us there was an excited atmosphere in the air - We had them on the run! Already, the ground forces reported Pyerce’s forces had fled Uyter’s surface and from the Bridge of the Ver’gebuir we had a clear view of the ISD’s and the battle ahead of us. The shields on the Star Destroyers were faltering and visible damage was creeping across all the enemy ships as a plague moves across the skin. As Star Destroyer’s turned tail, exchanging turbolaser fire as they fled, we concentrated our fire on them. If we could stop Pyerce and his forces from fleeing to one of the other theatres of battle we reduced the Imperial threat from igniting again. The bridge allowed our Commander, Trake, to survey the full battle and coordinate the other frigates from allowing the remaining Imperials chance to escape to wildspace. The war for Uyter was coming to its end, intelligence couldn’t tell us if Pyerce himself was either here, one of the other fronts that had opened up or had fled but we’d find him… We always do.
  22. As the ground battle is won, the battle for the skies of Uyter wages on... - The ground assault was over, with Pyerce’s forces in retreat from the ground assault and heading for the sanctuary of the orbiting fleet we gave chase leaving behind some of our forces to help with the cleanup and provide aid and relief to the sites of Pyerce's failed invasion. As our fighters entered the fray the lack of order within the enemies fleet meant the dog fights were vicious yet without shields the TIE craft quickly fell victim to the Eldar fleet and the fight was taken to the ISD’s and support frigates. Another Star Destroyer erupted from within, the escape pods coursing their way through the battle, quickly followed by reports the escape pods were aiming for our hangar bays full of troops ready to take our own ships and turn them against us. Our orders changed, whilst the large vessels traded blows with the enemy we needed to repel boarders - our nimble, new Manta fighters began darting through the field. The pilot’s of the escape pods were agile fliers but we had them routed now leaving the battle to the capital ships... The space action continues on the bridge in the next chapter:
  23. *Your entry has earned 4 XP* Pyerce Attacks! Close to Clan Eldar’s current fleet, they rally to Uyter’s defense to put a stop to Pyerce’s grasp for power. As the battle wages in the skies over Uyter, several small ships led by the Abiik A’den descend to the planet to put a stop to the invasion… - We weren’t expecting this attack, it doesn’t mean we weren’t ready for this. In a delicately planned attack, from nowhere Pyerce has seemingly rallied several imperial ships to his cause in a grasp for power. Through our agents, we had contacts on the ground on Uyter arranging trade agreements for Clan Eldar for the rich agricultural food stuffs available. As the familiar shadows of Star Destroyers began moving across the surface of Uyter we received communication asking for help. On arrival, as our capital ships engaged the Pyerce fleet, the distraction allowed for us to make a break for the surface. Making landfall, we headed for the hills where we had detected Pyerce’s forces and engaged the ground troops. As we reached the farming terraces we were met with the report of blaster fire and screams. Engaging the enemy we moved through the valleys seeing the farmers to safety whilst forcing the Imperial troops back to higher ground and the landing platforms. Realising the Mandalorians were fighting for the farmers, many took arms and helped push back the Imperial forces. Eventually, as light began to fade, we met a last resistance of Pyerce’s ground forces clustered around the top of one of the low lying mountain tops. As these troops retreated towards the landing platform a boom erupted across the sky. Above our heads, a Star Destroyer erupted in flame and debris and in this moment - the energy of the Imperial invasion faltered and we seized our opportunity to liberate Uyter, Victory was ours! As the Star Destroyer, held in Uyters orbit, continued to burn we saw that whilst the ground battle was over - the battle above our heads raged on and we headed for our ships to support our brothers and sisters for the battle of the sky... The action continues as Pyerce forces flee the surface: https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/profile/193516-n1majneb/
  24. Here you go: Thanks @marvelBoy123 i really like the little village, it's simple but I think that makes it work well - I was going with the idea that things in the distance tend to be detail free blocks of colour. @Ross Fisher Thanks and see above!
  25. *Your entry has earned 3 XP* After throwing his chips in with Clan Eldar, albeit 'off the books' Korso Kidirr is forewarned of a growing Imperial build up across several fronts where Kidirr's trading company has interests and decides to take a hastily arranged vacation to Azure whilst the dust settles. Landing close to a fishing village, Kidirr strikes up a conversation with a local fisherwoman who agrees to take him to her off shore fishing platform for a few hours. After a couple of hours of great fishing the local woman asks for help bringing the shell fish up from the cast nets, "Not a problem, we'd love to help wouldn't we Ch'i Hima? The waters are so inviting" As the woman turns to grab a harpoon, a quick prod from Kidirr's walking stick sees Ch'i submerged "MY FUR!' Rages Hima "Is he alright, sir?" "Oh yes, he just likes to let you know he's still there is all - Oh Ch'i you might as well pull those cages up now!" "I hear the waters are great for fishing Ch'i Hima! Have a swim Ch'i!" Hima growls as he curses. All of a sudden, Ch'i's protestations come to an abrupt halt "Something just stroked my leg!" howls Ch'i "Oh don't worry, that'll be the tentacled snappers - they don't bite...often" Howling as he swims for the platform "NEXT TIME I CHOOSE THE PLANET KIDIRR!"
