Okay guys, as of today we have our very own Scale Modelers forum. GUIDELINES The basic site guidelines apply to this forum with an addition that posting MOCs in this forum requires them to be scale models, not just good looking Creator models. We have the Special Themes forum for non scale models. Please be aware that pure Technic models reside in the Technic forum, not the Scale Modeler's forum. Representing a real world counterpart Vehicles must be built in minimum scale of around 1:20. Ships, planes, and buildings does not have minimum scale requirement, Built as advanced Model Team, mainly with bricks, plates and tiles, with high level of details and prime execution. Not purely Technic If you have any questions, you can post them in this topic.

Our minifig expert and Reviewer's Academy teacher WhiteFang has just finished his review of the LEGO Collectible Minifures Series 17. As usual he has done an oustanding job, so make sure to check it out.

Jim replied to CM4Sci's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Without derailing this topic (I hope), I think that 2016 was the pinnacle of Technic in a long time. So 2017 was (is?) kinda meeehhhh. -

This "Milan Moderator April Fools" joke sure is running rather late, don't you think?! -
Hi all, We have just "promoted" @Milan to Technic Moderator. This means he can be as annoying as I regularly am....although I doubt he will succeed in that It does mean you need to be extra careful when I am not around, since he can tell you what to do...and more importantly...what NOT to do. But knowing Milan, he will probably be gentle in telling you Good luck Milan thank for putting your valued building time into this forum.

My mileage indeed varies The fact that new users don't use indices has nothing to do with them being difficult. It has something to do with generic forum behavior.....and/or being lazy. When I joined Eurobricks, I didn't use the indices either, so I know how that works. But indices are there for a reason, and that's user convenience. We can't pin every moderately interesting topic, because people don't use the index.

We have an Index for useful topics

Favorite Technic Part
Jim replied to Aventador2004's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Seriously, this is my favorite part. And I was about to post that it almost feels like cheating -
What is the approximate part count on this behemoth? And are you using parts in non-existent colors? (sorry if this has been mentioned before)

Exactly. Number of parts, storage system en sorting system is the holy trinity
-
Storing and sorting depend on each other, so they are not two different subjects. For most LEGO fans they work in unity.

Big medieval landscape: BIG UPDATE on page 26
Jim replied to maydayartist's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Hi, Welcome to EB! Maydayartist hasn't been online since 2015, so don't expect any answer from him. Please be careful with bumping old topics. This is frowned upon. Other than that; have fun! -
