    LEGO Ideas are fan designed models, which can be any theme However, they do tend to match the LEGO Creator Expert theme a lot.

    That is something I was wondering myself as well. I like a bit of color but I'm not sure blue was the best option. Maybe red would be better for both options.

    Wow, can you please tone it down a notch. This is not how we talk to each other on Eurobricks. In fact it's not. The problem with printed parts is that a printed part is a new element. And printing every part that has a sticker would mean hundreds or thousands new elements each year. That is logistically simply not possible. So no, it's not purely because of cost concern. Please keep that in mind.

    I reckon the new color will be used more in the future. It's more appealing than the regular orange, so I assume TLG has plans with it. (It's the orange/yellow dark azure counter part) I agree with the VLBG parts though

    While it kinda does, I like to make an exception this time. Since the contests are pretty much simultaneously, I don't see a real issue and I like to do some Eurobricks promotion. And I answered this earlier. So yeah, do enter the LEGO Ideas contest, but please watermark your pics with Eurobricks or something. I would love to see lots of our entries in their competion and I would love to see a winner.
