On IG, TandnBricks hints toward Simpsons set? And he said there would be CMF Simpsons 3 next year. Nothing confirmed but just hints at the moment.

Just found this thread and it’s dated in 2020. It’s 2024 right now and there are some great Ninjago dragons plus threw new baby dragons (Norbert, Ninjago statue, and rumored dragon from Dungeon & Dragon CMF Series). is Lego still dropping behind dragon desgins as of 22 May 2024? I don’t think so, in my opinion.

Oh and I think it would be funny and cute if a baby dresses up as a gorilla and their parent in Empire State Building costume. I love @Robert8’s design, brilliant and funny!

Agreed, i feel that blue and pink space babies are enough for me. I want to see babies in knight armor or pirate attire. Or even a dino costume. Or a baby figure is used as an actual fairy with wings attached to it.

Oh boy that’s a lot of work for desginers when it comes to those numbers of minifigures!

Well, it’s likely to wail when you see a $1 million tag on that set! Unless you spend buying pieces off PAB and Bricklink and build it larger than your house.

I do not think we will see “Year of Castle” in 2025. Not only Bed & Breakfast Castle from Friends or Medieval Town Square from Icons but there are also a few new so-called castle sets from DreamZzz (Z-Blob the Knight and Castle Nortorium). The more I look at all of thlem, the less convening I get. I do understand tht Galaxy Explorer reached its EOL by end of 2023 and Lion Knights’ Castle will meet its own EOL by end of this year. But it stilldoesn’t convince me that we will see more Castle sets just yet. MTS just arrived a few month ago as a follow-up set to Lion Knights’ Castle. it’s just interesing that brown Classic Spaceman from CMF Series 24 last year. Andnow, then we have cross-cutting Space sets this year. So in January of 2024, we saw Vampire Knight from CMF Series 25. But he and those new sets I mentioend above don’t tell me anything about 2025 as Year of Castle. about 2025 just yet.

I totally understand your feelings, although I’m not planning to buy those sets. I only chase after dinosaur figures for my animal kingdom collection. Both sets do look great - the vehicles, the minifigures, the color schemes, etc, but they don’t scream for me to buy them. Only dinosaurs roar/bellow for me to buy them!

We don’t know what next celebrate series could be - costumes or not - yet. But it’s best to lower our expectations when it comes to 50th annivesary series in 2028. Im just glad that they gave us Classic Policeman and Knight of the Yellow Castle miniigures from two costume party series. It’s quite interesting that we got brown Classic Spaceman from Series 24 last year and now we have Series 26 Space. This year, we have Vampire Knight from Series 25. It has me wonder if we would see Castl-e-themed series next year? However, i feel it’s unlikely as we have Jungle Explorer and Galactic Bounty Hunter from Series 19 told us about nothing about the future. So maybe Vampire Knihgt tells us ntohing this time. Anyways, I’m so ready for non-licensed series next year!

This. And let’s not forget they made mold for Eeyore too! Oh but the lion from City is missing tuff on tip of its tail. I’m sure some of us want Simba to be very accurate.

Ahh battle packs! I miss the good ol’ times… When I was a kid, I bought some Castle minifigure packs but not Pirates. I would love to see TLG to produce battle packs and polybag, not GWPs. And more minifigures from CMFs! And i got a City Space hover bike polybag - it has me wondered if they would produce some polybags for Pirates and Castle. I really enjoy the Space polybag. Come on, Lego…

Anyone knows what is that 1x2 tile with hollowed stud (with 1x1 round Stu with shelf hole on it) right behind the pilot’s sitting position. I an’t figure what it is for?

I guess the entire Lego company is vegan/vegetarian! Now seriousness, I feel like they haven’t asked for butcher’s shop as I read their “common” wishlist, such as hopsital, post office, school, etc. None of them mentioned “butcher’s shop on thier wishlists so i assume it’s less desirable. It migh be displeasure to find a dead animal in freezer, don’t you think? Regardless ( without freezer with dead animal in it), i would loe to get one for my city!
