  1. That’s fair about BDP.
  2. MAB, still nope. Books are certainly not counted becuase they are not produced by TLG themselves. Same for BrickLink - those sets proved by Bricklink are not really offical. Athough, it’s nice to have a data you pulled p, I will ignore Books and Bricklink as “sets”. Also, I think Mona Lisa is considered as licened set just like Beatles, the Great Wave, Rolling Stone sets. I will say Art is mixture too.I do understand that Mona Lisa’s medium is bricks but it is stll recognized as Da Vinci’s masterpiece. I agree with Danth and jcm. Speed Champions theme is considered as licensed. As of 2024, ,there are no non-licensed sets in that theme. Same way for BrickHeadz. Sorry but you are wrong. You mislabel me as “not a fan of modern Lego”. I buy certain licensed sets that I really like, such as dinosaurs, fantasy creatures, cool minifigure accessories. Although you make points, I did say I don’t want entire licensed themes to go away. at the same I don’t want non-licensed themes to be replaced by licensed ones entirely. I really don’t care about how many sets each theme have. I still feel that licensed themes are too much but I do NOT want Lego going back into past. I would rather to see 50:50 for themes, not sets. You can disagree as much as you want. P.S. you forgot about rumored Wednesday and Fonite themes. Jcm, your list sounds about right to me.
  3. I’m just crazy not hearing anything about this theme. Good to know it’s ancelled! Haha.
  4. Hmm, I like this idea. We hav one from Series 1 and it’s already 24 years!
  5. Will we realy get Fornite sets this year?
  6. Oh my gosh, I like this one! Very nice build.
  7. I would like to see medical farm or windmill.
  8. It’s good to know that we will get some decent amount of sets! But no set names, prices, or piece counts yet. So waiting game is ongoing.
  9. I feel like gold will win but I won’t be surprised if man gets or dark blue end up as a winner. I don’t think lime color is not that ugly, I think it’s a nice color for Classic Space minifigure.
  10. As soon as I saw “minifigure crossing stand” link, I quickly thought of a classic road baselate for modular building. But I doubt they would do that. Still, I like that cross walking setting. By the way, are those packs designed by interns?
  11. MAB, just nope. Plus, Bricklink is not offical. Books are not produced by Lego directly unless the company does produce exclusive minifigures only. Good job counting sets but you didn’t divid Icons, Ideas, CMFs into two groups. Planet Earth and Orbit Moon is only non-licensed in Technic theme, I think.
  12. Ok thanks I will check kohl’s eventually!
  13. Yup!
  14. The Cursed Child? Yeh right….
  15. Maybe you are a prophet after all… Imperial Lego’s downfall. Anyways I do NOT want licensed themes to be competely gone. I do NOT want Lego to go back to in-house themes. I only WANT about 50/50 ratio. Period. I only got into Lego when i saw Star Wars and Harry Potter themes in early 2000s and, at the same, I saw some cool in-hous sets.
  16. Yeah but I feel comic is…werid. I mean Wanda About in our present time going to Planet Nine (Planet X)? Space. City sets look very futuristic than modern-day versions like 2022’s lunar sets. I prefer using my own imgination than follwoing “facts” provided by comics. Given variety of sources, it’s pretty cool to piece them together into a lore but i’ m not crazy about it myself.
  17. Agreed, I will be happy to have recolored Galimimus, Atrociraptor, Ankyosaurus, Queztacoatlus, teenage Veloiratpor (Beta mold), and Brachiosaurus. I’m fairl tired of Triceraotps, T-rex, Pterandon, and Velciraptor myself.
  18. Unofficial add-on from offical Lego webpage. I bought dd-on directly from PAB.
  19. I am pretty sure there will be another Planet X in our solar system after the 9th planet’s new name. Currently, it’s still unknown. Anways, i agree with C_S, it could be possible to have another non-licensed space theme in fire.
  20. Bunch of new and recolored dinosaurus!is that a prediction?
  21. This could explain why they come up with Space City sets’ box art.
  22. Right! I’m quite pleased to hear that kids enjoyed non-licensed Space sets and they want more aliens. It makes me wonder about the future when I saw that quote too! it’s cute that kids beleive that there are aliens and want to meet one! I wonder if Lego would do licensed space-themed themes instead of in-house ones in the future.
  23. I got the first modular add-on and it’s a construction site. My sister helped me build it. As soon as we finsihed building it, it is….qute underwhelming. I agree with folks that it is pretty basic. My sister said she thinks that add-on is little weird (she is not a Lego fan herself but she loves helping me building Modular buildings). Also, she said instruction was pretty tricky for her to follow even tho building technique is way simple. But there are a few things I like about: A.) it’s a 16x32 baseplate B.) it looks nice next to modular buildings. C.) it includes a toilet and printed sign (of course not exclusive) I’m not sure about ordering an ending station add-one at the moment. Unlike add-ones, I would love to see TLG to release actual 16x32 modular building. Like, one 32x32 modular building and one 16x32 baseplate modular per a year. It might be unlikely but I keep dreaming…. EDIT: I just ordered Vending Stand add-on becuase of 2x Insider Points along with a few sets.
