2025/26 Castle [wishlist/speculation]
Lion King replied to GreenhouseBricker's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
This too. I just don’t understand why people thinking Ninja is not part of Castle family as it’s only a sub theme based on Japanese castles. I jsut can’t see Ninja as its own theme. -
2025/26 Castle [wishlist/speculation]
Lion King replied to GreenhouseBricker's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Yeah that’s why I consider Ninja as part of Castle group as well as Vikings because of filling the gaps. I have no idea why others say no they are not. Pirates, Space, Viking, and Castle being branded as Icons, Ideas, or Creator 3n1 don’t bother me at all. I just think they are not sold well as their own themes during 2020s., based on the unsuccessful marketing of the late Castle and Pirates in 2010s. I don’t mind it at all. Not to mention that Space sub theme in City last year doesn’t bother me that much. -
I think I will wait until the hype level is lower in USA when it comes to Arctic fox, pigeon, wolf, etc.

2025/26 Castle [wishlist/speculation]
Lion King replied to GreenhouseBricker's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Don’t Get me wrong but i have seen some fan sites that both Viking and Ninja cateorgiies as Castle sub themes. To be frank, it makes sense that they are subthemes, rather than their own themes. Pirates, Space, and Adventuers have so many subthemes. I would say - Viking and Ninja are historical subthemes under Castle. :) -
2025/26 Castle [wishlist/speculation]
Lion King replied to GreenhouseBricker's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
To be fair, both samurai and knight wear armors and wield swords while ninja don’t have any proteiicve gears other than simple cotton material. And there is a wide range of weaponry in both Europe and Japan Both have castles in their unique architectures. So… I do think Ninja is a Castle sub theme. If you think Viking is a Caslte sub theme, someone willl opposite to that one. Ninja and Viking sub themes are kinda tricky. Regardless, i call them Castle sub themes myself. -

Is Ninja sub theme relating to Castle? I mean the classic sub theme has some castle…. Anyways, I mentioned that there is Samurai’s Castle in the Ideas reviewing status. It would be very cool to ahve some set that doesn’t include knights. -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
Lion King replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Ah but it dones’t matter. Some people here did question or guess Sesame Street CMF series. And that’s fair but I was trying to say that sometimes there are tv series or movies executive to Apple TV, not other streaming platorms. Just pointing out. -

Who said “no one”? I have seen some people here guessed Sesame Street a few years ago, right here. Eh, it depends on people’s purchasing preference when it comes to streaming services. I only have Netflix but not Disney+ or Apple TV. -

Well, Sesame Street is still active ever since 1980s or 1990s, co-existing Muppets. I have no idea about your childhood in Germany back in the old times but I’m pretty sure you have seen the Ideas’ Sesame Street. However, it’s fair that some people don’t own Apple TV while others don’t purchase Netflix or Disney+. I never heard of Downtron Abbey tv show from Netflix and there is an upcoming set for it. Sesame Street is very known to adults from 1980s and beyond. So i would say it’s likely for CMF as it would aim for younger audience like wiht Muppets and Looney Tunes (ignoring Disney as it’s extremely known worldwide). -
Action and Adventure Themes Discussion
Lion King replied to Peppermint_M's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Did I detec sarcasm? But yeah mechs, cars, and motorcycles are pretty resistive for all Monkie Kid, Ninjago, and DreamZzz. Sometimes for City (like Space sub theme). It seems young kids like them. And I like them too. I would love to see another new in-house theme but we will see. I ? But yeah, mech, cars and motorcycles are pretty repetitive for all DreamZzz, Ninjago, Monkie Kid and sometimes for City. It seems the kids like to get those vehicles. And I like them too.- 230 replies

LEGO Monkie Kid 2025 Rumours and Discussion
Lion King replied to Agent Kallus's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Yeah, i don’t think there would be another in-house theme as there are so many licensed themes coming in - big or small - and it’s kinda annoying that Lego tries to appeal everyone to buy them more than in-house themes. It’s nice to have City, Ninjago, Friends, Creator and a few non-licensed Icons sets (like Lion Knights’ Castle, Regneade, Modular Building, etc). It’s just shame that DreamZzz and Monkie Kid will leave the shelves soon. -
Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces
Lion King replied to LegoPercyJ's topic in LEGO Licensed
Wait, standard pieces will be back in North America? Perfect. -
Please forgive me if i sound dumb… But i never bought BDP set in my life and I’m very interested in Sushi Restaurant. My question - have BDP only produced stickers for the past / current sets? If so, I do wish that BDP would introduce some printed pieces becuase Sushi Resturant will have 26 stickers, which is kinda letdown. On other hand, I can understand why BDP sets are sold in a short period of time.

Eh, I am not all in for DC CMF Series (same way for Marvel). So I think I will go with Simpsons and Sesame Street. -

Agreed with you on the last sentence! Last year, we had regular (Series 25), themed, in-house one (Space Series 26), and licensed (D&D). This year Series 27, F1 and Spider-Man. Repeating the cycle tomorrow. I feel it’s good balance for everyone. I am in favor or in-house CMF no matter if it’s regular or themed (except Fq). -

Not for some of us so it’s a year for us, on the bright side! But I believe BrickBob is also happy with Spider-Man CMF series. -

Hello @willijam! I’m glad you don’t love costumes. I will pass your feedback to the designer team who really care about costumes. Your feedback is valuable to Lego! Talk about it! :P -

That’s fair but I doubt we will see another animal costumes in Series 29. Maybe vehicle and food? We don’t get taxi, submarine, biplane, airplane (not like one Amelia-inspired), French fries, potato, pineapple, etc? Vehicle or Food Costume CMF Series, anyone? -
Jurassic Properties 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
Lion King replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
The seller just confirmed my suspicion - that lower jaw piece was indeed with other large random parts, not meant to be packed with dino parts. That jaw part was in the clear bag. Hence, it would be easier for him to check all Dino parts in clear pages in clear bags. But now it’ snot easier and Lego keeps him on his toes. Although, it’ snot a packaging error. -
@lifeinplastic, if Lego doesn’t give us a white swan, i guess they will face sometime insisiter - a black swan… And I agree with you on African animals. And we need meekly, warthog, wild dog, zebra foal for CMF series. @williejm, what about mouses?! They are ‘urban’ animals for sure.

Jurassic Properties 2025 - Rumors & Discussion
Lion King replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
I doubt he forgot that missing lower jaw becuase he said it’s an error and Lego keeps him guessing. He didn’t open those paper bags prior shipping package to me. This is why I’m curious if anyone experienced a packagiing error regarding Dino parts. It sounds like that piece was in other bag with bricks. -
LEGO Monkie Kid 2025 Rumours and Discussion
Lion King replied to Agent Kallus's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Yeah, I don’t think there will be a new in-house theme following both Monkie Kid and Dreamzz’s departure to balance 50:50 ratio (between licensed and in-house).
