  1. Ooh, that sounds annoying! As an Android user, I can often just download apk. files to install apps not in the store, but I'm not sure if that method works with Apple or not
  2. If they are using large quantities of PU motors in there, I wonder how they actually coupled them together electrically, what with non-stackable plugs and all!
  3. Wow, very nice! Looks great, and has fun performance! I'm really glad you managed to fit the full V12 in there! It really looks beefy, and honestly kind of classic now that mini engines are so normal
  4. That's super fun! Cool to see such a realistic engine in a at least somewhat to-scale model, and the driver adds so much character
  5. Wow, impressive! Not only does it have size, but it has some interesting mechanics with the chain
  6. Yeah, I've built off 1:64 models before, and it does work surprisingly well! I think that's the ideal combination, in my opinion. Less sidewall might be preferable, but these have reasonable width and nice offset
  7. Oh, I didn't catch that at first glance! That is really cool!
  8. Interesting suspension and drivetrain setup with the differential!
  9. We're not expecting any more sets for 2024, are we? I'm hoping to start work on the 2024 addition to my Technic "visual dictionary" (See signature) soon, and it'd be annoying if something else came out unexpectedly!
  10. And the M motor, right? I didn't think it could be
  11. Very nice work! I think those wheels fit here better than on the other alternates we've seen recently, and you really got the grille and headlights down well!
  12. That looks like a lot of fun! High power and low weight is always a great combination
  13. Ooh, I like the look of the suspension a lot! The use of the ball joint at the top of the strut is really cool Also, it looks like you traced out the silhouette of the car on those baseplates? That's a neat technique!
  14. I love this model! So ambitious, and so different from your typical Technic car, both in scale, and in being studfull
  15. Yeah, I've thought about that too. I would honestly prefer for the rule to be that you have to put your entry at the top, because that would actually incentivize voting. I do still vote, though, in the spirit of sportsmanship, and I do have confidence that other people do as well Yeah, and even if there are some people who would "rig" things like that, I'd guess that there'd be some correlation between that attitude and a low-quality entry, so it would still probably not make much difference
  16. Looking forward to voting! I opened up the voting website, though, and it appears that the 19 entries are given points ranging from 1-19, rather than maxing out at 15 points as said here: Is that how it's supposed to be, or is there an issue?
  17. I always like seeing 3D-printed parts in use! That's nice that you're still able to use the original rear tire, too, though it would probably eventually deform (Though that's not a concern for everyone)
  18. Do you have plans to continue writing updates? I'd love to see how the build progressed!
  19. That looks impressive, and is very nicely presented!
  20. Wow, the rotating destination signs are really cool! It might be an awfully long bus ride between some of those destinations, though!
  21. 14T gears, yay! I think that's my favorite/most underrated part!
  22. There definitely is an app you can use with the MouldKing units, and there is some programmability, but from what I see, it's really rudimentary with just timers, basically, and no remote control. This has me wondering if there's a newer version than what I have, though. I'll have to look into it!
  23. Wow, interesting model! I like that you put more effort into the bodywork than a typical trial truck has I'm a bit confused by the suspension, though. It looks more like a double-wishbone suspension set on an angle than a proper tatra suspension. Is that right? If so, why did you choose to build it that way?
