Agreed. It’s fun to see if you’re right about a figure. I do this game with my daughter and so far the old man is winning. ? But it’s frustrating now because of the Covid; a lot of the LEGO stores here in Southern California won’t let you feel around anymore. They just grab one and give it to you. I got one the other day at the LEGO store here and it turned out to be Hermoine with the beer ? cup. Once I felt the beer cup I looked for the hairpiece to see if it was her or Ron; still fun to do and I beat my daughter again.

Got started building my DA, and just finished bag 8; which is the pink upper floor of QQS. So far so good, I’m used to the pink already and really like the building so far. I absolutely love the front window façade of QQS; they did an awesome job to get that angled and all !!! Tomorrow is Friday so I should be able to do some more building after work. Yay !.... ?

Are you already there with building after you just received the set ?... ? I just got things organized and still have to start the first bag. But I did look through all four the instruction books for a long time... ?

?... You guys are cracking me up !... Yay !!! I unpacked mine and put all bags out In order over the dining room table. My wife yelled at me when dinner was on, so I put them all back in the box, but this time in opposite order; having the base plates in the front, the extra set of plates in the front, and then starting with the bags numbered “1”... Can’t wait to get home, ?, and then start !!! ?

I have all bags left;... since I brought it home two hours ago,... and am still deciding what to eat for lunch before I start !... ? Sometimes I do too. But at almost 55 years old, other things tend to be/get more important in live. I also have quite a large amount of HO scale trains; and if I have to evacuate I’ll worry about the family first, the pets second, important papers third, some memories and pc towers fourth. And if there’s enough room left in any of the cars; we can start bringing things like these (very much wanted !) toys with me/us...

Yay ! So, I got my DA delivered yesterday, with time to spare in the day, around 11:30. Opened the box and found both sets (GWP) in there. But, a huge gash in the front of the box of DA; damaged enough I didn’t want it that way. This morning I made sure I was at the LEGO store at opening time; and they exchanged it without problem. Got myself Hedwig as well, and one mini figure (Hermoine with butter beer ?, ??), and got the Owl Delivery set as well as the other giveaway which has some kind of motorcycle in it Overall pretty happy, and if the forest ? stays away from my Southern California home, I might start building later on !!! ?

You’re correct ! I did say that Saturday. The FedEx now says “Out for delivery” since 06.39 (!) this morning, but delivery date changed overnight from the 6th to the 8th. So definitely not delivering on our holiday; but weird it says “On vehicle out for delivery” if it won’t come for another two days ? I’m a bit confused now, but I guess it will be Tuesday now ?...

According to FedEx, my DA should arrive tomorrow. If true, that would be perfect timing. I’m almost done taking apart and boxing my Technic Lamborghini Sián;... I had to because the shelf is only this wide and DA is going to use it all. ?

I ordered at 21:00 US West Coast time. Got GWP included and got shipping email confirmation on the 3rd of September. But I knew it shipped already in the 2nd because of the FedEx update. Weird that it seems to be shutting down now; I wonder if they “oversold” and now they have to make up ?... That email will (should) come one or two days later. Mine did. I just checked my shipped order online. TLG gave me the 9th as the delivery date. It just got bumped to the 6th; which is weird, because that would be the Sunday before Labor Day (Holiday here in the US) ?...

Yes. Mine did yesterday. I’m in southern CA area. Around San Diego. Supposed to get here next Wednesday; just too late for the long weekend.

My order shipped. Order number started with T362xxxxx, and included extra sets and the GWP. I didn’t get the shipping email yet from LEGO; but it says shipped in the order history and FedEx already gave me a tracking number as well. I’m in California and ordered at 2100 local time. Happy to see it arrive this soon, let’s hope it doesn’t get lost it something ?... ?

Still in warehouse too. But I called yesterday and he told me it would ship by Friday ?... Let’s hope it will be like that... ? ?

What can I do ? I don’t want all the new minifigures; just a couple of them. I just want Dumbledore, Harry, both Weasley Twins, Luna and Griphook. Any suggestions ? I’m in your position. I called my local store and they say they just hand you a bag, no feeling allowed, at random. No marked bags, and no choices to make. And my local Target doesn’t have them in the store; is that normal right now ?

Same here. I can wait a few days. I’ll be waiting a couple of days to a week as well. Too busy breaking down sets that need to make way for this one. That’ll take a while because I put everything back in numbered zip lock bags that match the original bag numbers. 1900 at the US West Coast;... two hours to DA time !!!
