  1. Thank you; I’m leaning towards the yellow circle in real life...
  2. Looks like the “Y” lighting may be working for reals ?...
  3. Yup. 1976 parts and weighs 2.8 kg. I remember not having the money for it then, and now they want about $175.00 on bricklink for it. I’ll wait a little longer; and keep selling more stuff for now before I buy a new set. This Lamborghini is on the shopping list though for day 1 !!!
  4. To you it might be; but not to anyone who doesn’t have that set, or is too young to know the set ?.... I’m 54 myself and I don’t know the CLAAS at all. Wasn’t that a huge tractor ?
  5. There is a button on the top right of the page that will translate it all to English. And definitely this; release to VIP on June 1st, and to the general public on August 1st. That will be a long wait if you're not VIP (which is easy to become VIP right away when you buy the set on June 1st: you just have to call Lego.com and sign up then at the spot) I agree. Lego had time enough to design this set; and I'm very confident in the fact that they wouldn't release the set if it was not structural solid !
  6. I don’t think it makes a difference. Both the Porsche and the Bugatti had two books on top of each other at the top of the box. And here they will be laying side by side next to each other. It might make it actually slightly slimmer ?
  7. They would call that a “kit-car” here in the US. They were really popular using Pontiac Fierro’s chassis and then on the outside a fake Ferrari Testa Rossa body on it ... But back to the real car... We’re now only a week away for the “official” release (AND availability to sell to VIP’s) of the set. I was looking at the inside of the box what contains the little boxes with parts and I think that there might be six boxes in there. The two green ones on the sides, and then the black “chevron” shaped area contains (maybe) out of four separate boxes as well. Either way. I expect almost that LEGO might leak some more stuff over this long weekend; since people are at home and have an extra day. They would reach a lot of their clients in one moment.
  8. Yup,... McLaren's celebration car "The Silver Champion" had an excellent working push-rod suspension...
  9. Torque converter ?... SO I guess in Audi's case they call that a Haldex coupling. And Lamborghini is an Audi-owned brand ?...
  10. Today being the 11th of May; there’s exactly three weeks left to 42115 reveal !... ?
  11. Just saw this video from May 6th; release date is now July 1st ??? Or is that the general release date, and we (VIP) still get the chance at June 1st ?... Don't make me wait any longer LEGO...
  12. Maybe the Sian is just a “smokescreen” and LEGO comes from the other side and brings us this one instead ?.... ... I know,... but I can dream too sometimes ?... ?
  13. Yup. And since they already showed the wheel in that clip from three days ago; I guess we won’t be getting anything more until the official reveal... That’s a little sad, but like I said before;... reveal is now only three weeks away !... ?
  14. Turquoise on my phone... Release to the VIP on June 1st;... that’s only three weeks away now ! I’m getting excited !... ?
  15. ?... A Land Rover green Lamborghini. With a from-the-outside-activated rear wing, gold wheels, a gearbox (that might not have the gears in order), working steering and a pushrod suspension that might-not-hold the cars weight... I love LEGO and I love the UCS cars; but is that what we are looking forward to ?... Please make me be really of the mark here LEGO ?...
  16. Even though I really still hope that it’s not going to be “Army Green”, I’m starting to think that the idea might be right that it will be the Land Rover color. It would slightly disappoint me from both companies; Lamborghini because it’s a color they don’t even have (although you can order whatever you want for an extra fee), and LEGO because I feel “cheated” that they felt the need to re-use that color to make it worth their while I guess and make it more economical that way ? But then I agree with @Lachouffe that I don’t have any vehicles (or anything for that matter), in that color yet so it would be a “welcome” change to the normal range... It still saddens me though that both companies didn’t go for an obvious “in-your-face” color option while they have this open door opportunity to do so ?... ...Let’s hope I got this completely wrong... ?
  17. Please no, don’t use those wheel arches in the front of the car ?... This model screams for a really low nose line and the side panels need to be way more aggressive than the current ones ?...
  18. I hope it’s not. Nobody really wants an “Army Lambo” ?... That color would not be bright enough for the fluent lines of the real car, or the model ?...
  19. Body color wise;... it almost looks to me that they might go for that green of the Sian as well ?...
  20. ...And we will be getting red brake calipers to go with the Bronze colored wheels... ?
  21. Yup. That’s the same wheel shown earlier on the Orange Huracan Performante image. I love those rims ! That’s already a great choice by LEGO. And I guess they are “bronze” look as well then, which i like as well !!!
  22. Here is the box that was made for the new Urus. And the LEGO version of the car in their color green. This color is one of their most popular colors !
  23. That’s correct, nobody knows the sets color yet, but we all have our preferences. Lamborghinis are known to be outrageous in colors, and they have some well sold colors like their “matte orange” (out because of the Porsche), they have a beautiful blue metallic (out because of the Bugatti) and of course their Mantis green. All of these colors are shown earlier in this thread, in some of my comments. I had a family member included in the design of their “welcome” boxes they give new Lamborghini car owners. (The box includes gloves and other goodies...)
  24. @TeamThrifty I was so excited to get 850 for my birthday that year. It was the first technic set ever. The little yellow fork truck that actually drove, steered and had a hand cracked fork system. ...And the others followed. Like 852 which was the blue helicopter with a real working landing gear set (!)... As an almost 55 year old adult (With multiple degrees in engineering, including an automotive design degree), with over 200 LEGO sets hidden in my house; those numbers bring up happy memories, moments and a big smile. I don’t care people “hate” on LEGO; I still love them and always will. They still do the trick for me, they did for my kids and might do so again when they will be older and have some set “trigger” them back into it... I love their sets even though they got more expensive, and I think it’s great that they are not perfect; because that’s normal coming from a building system that is based on a rectangular block !!!...
