  1. Well, I've already done these tired lists, so I'm gonna state my favorite Catwoman, I mean favorite minfigure this Catwoman, My favorite DC minifigure this year. It's Catwoman. I want a BTAS Catwoman Mech next year.
  2. This honestly makes the most sense. But the fact that we have no other information is pretty suspect in my opinion. Rancors will definitely eat turtles. Keep the madness away.
  3. @legOtaku_official Numbuh 4 @BardDandelion Numbuh 6 @LordDan Numbuh 14
  4. Republic Invasion Force Wave (Note: No Droid Figures) GAR Battle Pack ($19.99): ISP Similar to 2014's Kashyyyk Troopers BP. 2x 327th Trooper, 2x 7th Legion Clone Trooper. Jedi Generals Pack ($19.99): Command Post. Oppo Rancisis, A'Sharad Hett, Tholme, 91st Trooper. AT-AP Walker ($49.99): Slightly smaller variant. Anakin Skywalker, Stass Allie, Commander Neyo, 2x 91st Trooper. ARC-170 Starfighter ($69.99): Commander Odd Ball, 2x Clone Pilot, R4-Series Astromech Droid, 5th Fleet Security Trooper. AT-OT Walker (119.99): Aayla Secura, Commander Bly, 3x 327th Trooper, Clone Gunner. Republic Gunship ($149.99): Clone Pilot, Quinlan Vos, K'Kruhk, Commander Faie, 2x 7th Legion Trooper. Venator-class Star Destroyer ($159.99): Captain Needa, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Commander Cody, 2x 212th Trooper, 5th Fleet Security Trooper.
  5. Now you see why I despise Reylo with a flaming passion hotter than two suns.
  6. I completely forgot about the Sarlacc. Should be a good set. Same. I don't have one yet, so I'm happy with it. Also, who can pass up a chance to get the man, the myth, the legend... Commander Praji
  7. So... How 'bout those Star Destroyers? Also, do we know what set Nien Nunb is coming with? I might have missed it.
  8. Also, none of this has anything to do with Leia's buildable creature. It's an anagram Half theory. Original ROTS script had Palpatine reveal himself to be responsible for Anakin's birth.
  9. Literally the Phantom Menace C'mon man. Can't get much more canon than GL himself. Even if his original ROTS script is dismissed (where Palpatine is revealed to be behind Anakin's birth, because poetry), it's quite clear from Qui Gon and Shmi's interaction that Anakin just sort of appeared. Also, I don't really care what Disney says, they didn't make Star Wars, George Lucas did.
  10. Those new Brickheads are nice, but I haven't bought a Brickhead since Cap from AoU. I must say though, I love the Bronze Age Bat the best. That good ol' grey and blue...grey and blue.
  11. It's basically the X-Men thing. No one really has an individual Rogues Gallery because they all fight the same people as a team. There are some rivalries and personal histories, but nothing on a scale like the solo heroes. Though to be fair, Beast Boy does get the Brotherhood of Evil (but even that's by virtue of another team, Doom Patrol).
  12. I love the implication that Damian's in the Boy Scouts. Wonderful job. I especially like how the foliage looks full without coming off cluttered.
  13. I knew there was a reason I liked you. Ursula Darth Sidious Soundwave The Joker Green Goblin Reverse Flash Plankton Cruella De Ville Dr. Clive Aikens Odd Job Top 10 DC Villains The Joker Reverse Flash Lex Luthor Ra's Al Ghul Brainiac Circe Firefly Two-Face Abra Kadabra (based solely off of Titans Rebirth) Black Adam Nom Anor, Wendigo, and Killg%re.
  14. Thanks. Though in my set, they're meant to be the bad guys. Oh! Clone Light Troopers! Clone Wars indeed, of the civil variety. Creative ideas for sure! It took me way too long to understand Sun Troopers though. Are those not the same thing, though? Evil Justice League, Good Secret Society, Evil Autobots, Good Decepticons? Though I understand if you mean the infrastructure is going a bit deep with it.
  15. Good points, but again, unlikely to be made within the next couple of years, we didn't even get a Republic Shuttle throughout all of Bad Batch, which was a relevant release opportunity. I'm aware of that, but my point is that even if we get anymore Rebels sets (which is highly unlikely, unfortunately, as they didn't sell well), we wouldn't get a Rebels version of Saw. A RO set would've been the only way we got him. It was a joke...
  16. I never said all that, to be fair. I only said that was probably the case for Nien Nunb. And, yes, I've admitted defeat on Rebel ROTJ sets for the foreseeable future, Jedi is more of a redheaded step-child than The Phantom Menace is apparently... Fives has no good set options unless we go all the way back to Umbara (which cool as it would be, seems unlikely), Fallen Order is blacklisted by Lego/Disney/Both, Rogue One hasn't had a set since 2017 and do you really think we'd get Saw from Rebels? Dark Falcon stole my ARC-170 spot, I will fight anyone who tells me I'm wrong. I've already said it in this thread (and got promptly ignored ), but none of these anniversary figures feel like anniversary figures. All of them could've carried sets on their own. I'll make the exceptions for Malak, Saw, and R2-KT, but Fives, Nien, Cal and now Leia seem like odd choices. Even if we exclude Cal from the "should be in sets" list, Mara Jade, a new Starkiller, Aphra as you mentioned. Heck, skip the Jedi Bob starfighter and make him an Anniversary figure, it would definitely feel more special. Happy to be getting some fan favorites, but man, they don't feel like they carry enough weight.
  17. I have a couple: Dark Sentinel ($149.99): Black and maroon CR90 Corvette. Darth Leia, R2-D2 (Black highlights and red sensor), Captain Antilles (dark grey jacket), 2x Rebel Stormtrooper (Similar to the Mcquarrie concept art). Palpatine's Sanctuary ($79.99): Jedi Master Sheev Palpatine, Jedi Master Dooku, Darth Skywalker, Darth Yoda, 2x Clone Shadow Trooper. Basically a temple version of Palpatine's throne room. As an aside, it's a little hard to think of clever troops, since I want there to be a clear switching of sides, Stormtroopers would be the good guys, Rebels would be bad, and so on. Basically what the show's doing with Geonosian Jedi, but on a wider scale.
  18. Honestly, I would say you've been handling things well up until Commando made a humorous (albeit eyeroll-worthy) suggestion. Attacking him and then going off against a mod is just not the move. And I think everyone understands why you feel how you do, but just try to ignore the memes and move past. That's all. I prefer the more serious character discussions we've been having, even Turtle's random nonsense hasn't been "Aslume"-related (and yes, I'm using that word because it's the name of the meme). All I'm saying is, try not to appear so worked up about it. It can come off as entitlement, which is why you've received a little pushback. Being an adult, as you put it, means pushing past petty squabbles and differences in opinion. And if someone doesn't care to stop telling the same old joke over and over again, let that be them. You're one person on a thread with a few dozen. You don't dictate the discussion one way or another. That's Clone's job, and he's been incredibly patient with us. That's all people are really saying, it's just a fun thread, not everyone will enjoy the joke. I wouldn't advise getting upset over the actions of other members here. Try to have the conversations you're interested in having. I'm sure we can all settle down once something really good gets going. (Yes, even our little green friend ) I'm not too manly to admit that this is the cutest joke in this entire thread. Batman has the best Rogues Gallery in comics. Period. Spider-Man is number two. As you put it, Gotham shows that the villains can entertain without a Bat, Sony shows that you can really do the same with Spidey's rogues (terrible writing aside, that is ) I still think putting Cyborg on the League was dumb. Why remove him from the team he's got the most chemistry and history with? It would also make his lack of villains less noticeable. I'm not saying I inherently dislike Cyborg on the JLA, just find it a poor fit at times. Flash's Rogues are on par with Superman. They're well known and there's a good amount of them. Most of them are even alliterative!
  19. Wrong thread @RedHoodPug You can't expect everyone to acquiesce just because you have personal issues. Compromise works both ways. And while no one wants you to just straight up quit this site, perhaps avoiding the thread )for now) would be best. It's starting to get a little testy. Take some time if it bothers you that much. Like I said, I'm not a huge fan of the meme myself, but I can live with it. Everyone is different, and sometimes distance is needed to collect ourselves. Return of the KING! Welcome back Turtle. We missed you.
  20. Fixed that for you. O @legoturtle, my @legoturtle, where for art thou, @legoturtle!?
  21. Do Pugs eat Turtles? Only one man can solve this case: Detective Chimp!
  22. That is a really cool Batcave. I love the lights you used.
  23. If the situations were swapped, Luke would definitely run Paul's fade, as the kids say. He's got that Anakin in him, after all. Also, Rush Clovis canonically tried to Paul Anakin, and uh, died for it. Yeah, I think Lego saw the unabating demand, didn't have a set planned/slot open for him, and decided to throw him in with the anniversary figures. I think all of the anniversary figures could've had sets designed for them, but I'm happy to be able to get them either way.
  24. Not trying to discount any history of yours, but I would tread a bit more respectfully. Clone's always been really nice with us, a good sport, if you will. I don't think anyone wants to push anyone else off Eurobricks, but I've actually enjoyed discussing the larger DC Universe in this thread, even if most of it isn't actually serious. Not sure how others having a bit of fun is bullying, but I'm sorry you feel that way (and I don't mean that in a condescending way). I personally don't get the Aslume stuff myself, it overloads my capacity for sarcasm, but perhaps we can have some serious side conversations along the way. At least that thread stays on target topic I can see that. But killing Maxwell Lord isn't such an out of character thing for her, though. Diana saw no other way out, and instead of bulling around like Supes or Bats would've, she ended the threat. Who knows what else she inadvertently averted by killing Lord, too. There may have been far more than just OMACs to worry about, if Lord had lived. Like I said earlier, I don't like a uber-dark "why don't we just kill everyone?" Wonder Woman, I agree that's not who she is, but she's a warrior, and a fantasy hero at that. It's hard to imagine a mythological hero that wouldn't kill in the heat of battle. I also think that joke was "tempting fate" at best, but I also get it. Keep the trend of general discussion. Problem is... We actually want sets to discuss next year! Besides, threads don't really get closed here, if anything, the Aslume will forever live on in this thread. Also, there is no reasoning with Turtle. Don't let the flame die out! We must have hope. Lego themes are built on hope! I'm honestly sad that didn't work. Star Wars still has fans who'll like anything with the branding ( you know who you are), plus, there will always be a demand from the original six films, as well as expanded universe material. Star Wars isn't dying anytime soon.
