  1. Big tires are shock absorbers I have this high quality metal model at home http://www.constructionscalemodels.com/en/grove-rt865b-rough-terrain-crane-nzg-nzg394
  2. Arocs was 220e The last 200e flagship is 42009.
  3. I could say the exact same kind of things, you've done nothing but acclaiming and speculating about 2H sets. you do not decide for others if something is great or not, it's a personal opinion. I know that its the forum guideline to find everything awesome, even the worst, but that's not mine. Sorry to be distant from that, I have the right to find this batch not so extraordinary. Apart the crane (which still hides its secrets, i'm hoping for great gearbox), a little fenwick (the previous one is from 2005) and a new pneumatic valve. For sure its better than 2016 and 2017, but its not stellar, even with 5 sets instead of 3 (quantity =/= quality). Im now back into Lego collection since 12 years, loving technics. Maybe you are lacking of hindsight or your requirements are low to qualify a model as "great". Maybe not. Just my opinion, if you do not like it, it's not my problem. And I'm totaly free to "piss on that", and you are free to enjoy the upcoming sets
  4. You're not afraid by the totaly ridiculous price?
  5. 42043 42053 425054 the last I bought
  6. The use of one single arocs rack in a central position is not a great idea in term of design, I think. It looks bizarre
  7. Your expectations are low Forklift look average, not really great Volvo look boring, not technical and very expensive for what it does. Far from great Forest truck is also overpriced, low playability, too few functions, poor design. Not great even with new switch Crane is ok, not stellar but compared to its predecessor ... 42070, almost great
  8. Two way means opening or closing a cylinder. Two outputs plus a neutral position which is not a "way" as its... neutral and doesnt allow any movements. 3 ports doesnt mean 3 ways, but one air input and two outputs. "Old" valve is two way and nothing is going to change about that with the new one. Sadly Lego is releasing this new piece in a rather mediocre model, i'll have to wait for a better set to get them. Thankfully this part is not a game changer, old valves are not going to be obsolete. If the new valve is "axle hole only", its not that compact :/ I hope for a mutltiple connection hub like the PFS switch or the old 9V electric pole reverser. like the 42009 then. A bad thing in my opinon because 42082 dont look very inovative, just a different scale. I was expecting a two way gear box for each function, like the 42042 I'll save a lot of money then, but i hope the description is wrong. Never in a Lego official product. manual knob I dont think.
  9. As said, build it correctly, outriggers are very efficient and my crane can lift a bit more than a city car. If the crane stall, its due to the clutch gear, not the entire model.
  10. 42009 work perfectly well, build it correctly
  11. And the crane is cheaper. I bet for a mistake and a smaler parts count
  12. I doubt 42082 will be more inovative than 42009. 42082 is just a different scale model. It will be even harder for 42082 to push the limits, because we can compare it with 2 great big mobile cranes, 8421, and 42009.
  13. I totaly agree with you The last great flagship was the arocs, already 3yr ago. Bwe was below average. 42070 is a disaster, 42056 too Our 42082 looks a bit better, I hope the technical stuff will be the shining part of the set
  14. You are free to post screen capture of the video to show us this fancy new gearbox and hubs.
  15. A French car Deisgned by a French Lego designer I'll not bye it anyway, but, its cool
  16. Its not new https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=27266#T=C
  17. Keep dreaming It will mostly be an exclusive IP supercar/luxury car without B model and low technical stuff, like the Porsche.
