That is a newly-leaked City space set; it remains to be seen if we get more City space (aside from the science lab) in 2HY. We probably will, but there is no conformation yet. It is doable with the roller coaster track parts! Make it happen, LEGO!!!

Marvel Superheroes 2024 - Rumors & Discussion

More likely MK. 7, since that was the suit used in the Battle of New York. These sound excellent! I wonder if the Iron Man motorcycle will be a cheeky reference to the Iron Man 3 Mandarin's golf cart of doom set, and include the MK. 42 and Trevor Slattery's Mandarin. -

I think that Dark Rey is the anniversary ‘fig, since she is the only Canon character/variant in the lineup. -
At $35, I only expect one (if we get any); it is definitely going to be able to connect to either the station or the ground base (or both), though, given how much focus modularity has been given in the line.
-
That was my point - There was a chance that space would just be the 1HY exploration subtheme, with jungle taking its place in 2HY. Instead, it looks like we are getting both jungle and space!
-
City subthemes (not counting mainline police, fire, etc) are usually only in single HY waves, so space just being a 1HY thing was a possibility.
-
More City space! I hope that we get more than just one additional set, though I am quite happy to see the subtheme continuing for a second wave!

60439 Space Science Laboratory / $34.99 / June 2024 More space!!! @danth I hope that the science lab can attach to the main ground base.

Movies as well; Peter loses his powers for a bit in Spider-Man 2, Tony has to deal with the malfunctioning MK. 42 in Iron Man 3, obviously Thor loses his powers in his first movie, etc. -

I doubt that we will get a new hilt mould for Cal, since even Ahsoka uses the standard one. This probably will not happen, but I would love to see an anniversary Revan included in the buildable C-3PO. -

Malak looks excellent - The jaw is a bit bulky (and he needs dual-moulded legs), but otherwise he looks great! Fives’ head print looks perfect! 👍 -

I find it funny that basically any Marvel joke/meme idea either has existed or can easily exist! I can honestly see “Strange loses his magic and has to cope with going back to a normal life” being a story in the comics. -
LEGO Sci-Fi Ongoing - Rumors, Speculation, and Discussion

Their turnaround time (based on when we get requested Minifigs, spoiler sets, etc) is actually 1.5-2 years. -
Maybe it sold better than expected, so LEGO is keeping it around for a bit longer (and pushed the black spaceship back as a result)? 🤔
-
Considering that we have not gotten any information beyond the initial report of a black spaceship with two Minifigs and multiple interchangeable heads, I suspect that it has been delayed. 😕

With two ANH sets coming with Vader, I hope that LEGO finally gives us the correct torso for him! I wonder what rank/design the Officer will have - Maybe a black uniform with four blue squares (previously exclusive to the UCS Death Star), or grey with six yellow (Captain Khurgee)? -

I feel slightly better about the set if it is a brand-wide gimmick and not just LEGO making a crazy set that takes a slot away from something actually desirable. -
He is from Toy Story. The ones in the new City sets seem less like a faction and more like the extraterrestrial equivalent of harmless wildlife (like squirrels in Earth-based City sets, for instance). The backpack used by the green (technically bright green) astronauts (and the 2022 ones) is available in red via the new fire plane, as well as in black. Green’s helmet is also available in blue, dark blue, green, bright light orange, and teal. Blue and green’s helmets fit the classic airtanks, while orange unfortunately does not.

I suspect that it will fold when a neck bracket is placed over it. What is the rumour specifically? I have not seen anything about a buildable multi-eyed creature. -
What are you referring to? The aliens appear to be the same species; the Friends/4+ ones are just chonkier.

Maybe. I just hope that the X-wing has gear/lever-operated wings; I am not sure that can be done while keeping them modular. 🫤 -
We have been seeing price increases across the board, though. I would love a Classic Space version of Everyone is Awesome. 👍

What the hell??!! Dark Millennium Falcon, Jedi Bob’s Starfighter, X-wing and TIE that can swap wings?? I am honestly not convinced that these are legit; @Falconfan1414 is reliable, but these seem too weird to be real.
