  1. My only issue (but not an issue at the same time) is that there is no garage for the suv that comes with the police station. However, this years police sets seem to be based more on American styles than Europe. And....the precincts here in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area don't really have garages. Most of them are just outside in a gated parking lot. So I think I can look beyond the fact that there is no garage. Matter of fact, the only first responder vehicles that get garages here are the fire trucks.
  2. Manue Stink - A garbageman who works for the Lego City Waste Management Coorp. His name is a pun on "Man, you stink!"
  3. That's what I'm doing. Goodbye 60141! Hello 60246! Sorry Chase, you've got replaced by Duke. So...here's my list for 2020 sets; Police Station, Monster Truck Heist (I need the bank to comes with), all auto care sets, and all great vehicles.
  4. My friend, with Lego, all things are possible. Why do you think I dislike my hopes and dreams for Lego being crushed?
  5. OK!!!!! That was terrible! Good, but terrible! But in all seriousness though, we could make it so that Adventures and City could be taking place at the same time, just in a different universe where dinosaurs never died.
  6. Ok! That I would pay for. But if the Outback theme is a no go, they can always make some Xtra packs for wild animals.
  7. Ashton Martin - a race car driver for the OctanE Cup. His car number is 29. Minnie Cooper - a SRC driver. Her car is number 4.
  8. You may have noticed my recent rants here. But I digress as I was able to get a closer look. 2020 will be the best wave we've had in ages. I hope summer 2020 is just as awesome. 60256 is my first pickup for 2020.
  9. It could. Or it could just focus on Outback life in general. Though the latter wouldn't really appeal to children as much as the former. I'm very excited for 2020 though. This is the best wave we've had in three years. Race cars will be my first pickup.
  10. I was able to find one at Walmart for $50. I ended up stripping that plane thingy for parts though. But the van is still up. For those facts alone, I think this is the best van made. Compared to the police van that's supposed to come with 60246 (which I will be picking up btw), I think 60209 is way better. Though I'm picking 60246 up, I will continue to use the van from 60209. Though I haven't met the van from 60246 yet so I shan't judge.
  11. @Digger of Bricks I have another character idea too. His name is Brandon El'Autobus. His last name is spanish for The Bus. Rookie bus driver for the Lego City Transit.
  12. @Digger of Bricks Maybe even a present day version of Dr. Kilroy. That's a good one. Maybe he would be a good character for a Forest Exploration subtheme.
  13. I'm still fighting for a subtheme about the bus system. That would be very easy to do. I hope the buses have the same livery as the train from 60197. Same here! The mega sets have always been awesome. I hope this years mega set is as awesome as the ones in the past.
  14. Overall, perfect names for all of them. Especially Buzz and Robin. I also made up two more characters. Stinky Pitts - a garbageman who stinks all the time Rocky Rhodes - the ice cream girl from set 60253. Pepper Roni - based off of the same character from the Lego Island saga. He works from the pizza van.
  15. Ok. If they introduce her into the series, they better bring the Airport subtheme back for City along with her.
  16. I'm sure there are lots of character ideas.
  17. At least they'd appeal to children. But I see your point though.
  18. Those would be cool. I'd name them: Ed Mail, Chip McChocolate and Kitty Wolf. I also named the ice cream girl from the ice cream truck set, Roxie Rhodes.
  19. @Pdaitabird Or you could introduce a train engineer.
  20. Thought I'd make a forum about a topic like this. Note: there is no confirmation of characters here. These are just ideas. This is also not another "Ideas for sets" forum. This forum is for ideas for new LCA characters only. So without further a do, spam the forum with your character ideas.
  21. Hullo Christian! Welcome to Eurobricks! 70s and 80s Lego town was actually pretty cool. But I'm more of a fan of City sets made from 2006 to 2009 - the golden age as I call it. I buy sets made today too, but only if its reasonable.
  22. @Chilis I meant company. Not country. Blame Google autocorrect.
