No, but it's in the Dutch language but used by Germans, Belgians et Francais too. Chances are however that you find it there for a reasonable price. Nope The windows app works hardly. It's very questionable that TLG releases apps before thoroughly testing it

If these are fire extinquishers it are way to much, cilinders of about one meter high, only one is allready more than enough to fill the entire engine room twice with foam.
