  1. Very cool project! As others said, this is highly ambitious, especially the structural stiffness. The connection between the steered and non-steered axle already looks kind of too weak... I'd suggest to maybe use some of the liftarm-racks like 5x7 or the new 3x19.
  2. Nice tractor! Really like the front loader, such a sleek design plus all electric! :D Can you make a pic of the underside? Always curious about the drivetrain if visible ;-)
  3. What a cool build with so many small features. TLG should take note here!
  4. Puh, gladly we get more cars! I hesitated for a moment and feared that TLG could give us more of those ugly technical construction machinery with actual functions. Steering and fake engines was always the way to go!
  5. Cool compilation! The Claas Dozer is really cool, my favorite out of the bunch :-) Just like in real life! :D
  6. True that. But swapping the bucket for the 42215 would maybe look nice?
  7. The big red 42082 was really great, given the functionality and price for a 4000 piece model. A firetruck, especially the tiller truck you mentioned would be something very cool! And with the tires from the 42160, there must be a new mobile crane around the corner. We hadn't one for a very long time (42108 was from 2020...). Also: We need a new proper John Deere of Claas or Fendt or whatever tractor with a trailer or at least some equipment. Let's cross fingers for the big sets in 2H2025.
  8. Thats exactly the point here. To make this work, you need a ratched mechanism that rebound (or whatever the "slipiing back" is called) is near to zero. With Lego bricks, this is nearly impossible to recreate. Still what a fantastic effort to make a brick version of this beast!
  9. I'd pay good money just to see the sales figures for each new technic set individually. How can cars sell so well that we get even more cars every new wave? If I were a designer at lego technic department, I would be upset to do the same thing over and over again.... @Auroralampinen Can you update the list on the first post on this thread? So we keep the overview up to date :-)
  10. Looks fantastic so far, Igor! And a big plus is that you already finished the cabin so now you can focus on the front axle and hitch :-)
  11. Got mine and built it over the weekend. The model is still very good and a perfect parts donor: New tires, new fenders, new ball socket parts, 1x9 flip flop beams, .... But I am not so impressed about the building process. It starts very good and interesting with the front end. But after that, the structure feels very wobbly until the last few steps, where the outer shell plays an important role for stability. A more rigid chassis would be cooler imho (pic below). As mentioned before, the springs are a bit too hard, did somebody already swap em with the soft shocks? Still, for the price per piece, looks and new parts, this is the best model of 2H25.
  12. Definitely Fendt! The 3-point hitch is masterful! I didn't catch that there is the new 1x8 link available with open ball sockets, perfect usage! Can you show a pic of the front axle? I'm tinkering for a long time on a suitable one for my tractor, which will likely be a Deere, but now maybe will be a Fendt as well :D
  13. Thats impressive! My models take 6 months+ for the same scale ... :D Looking forward to you next models. Maybe there is one in the next line-up of 2026 to make a marathon of B-,C- ... Z-models out of ;-)
  14. Hey Paul, just wanna support you here in your work to improve your building skills. You should always look at your models when they bend or lets say where they seem to be stressed: In the upper pic you can clearly see 2 "problematic" areas: The upper attachment point for the small LA (lets call it A) and the connection point of the 3x19 liftarm rack (lets call it B). Now how can you improve it? Point A) The problem for the stress is here, that all the weight of the rake is supported through the small LA which then gives it to the vertical LBG 7L liftarms to the chassis of your model. What you could do is the following: Make a second connection point on the second pin hole from the top of these two 7L liftarm directly to the main frame of the model. Best place would be on the rear engine bay, next to the 12T gear for the main boom raising, there are some black 3L liftarm. Two of them can be swapped to for example these liftarms: Then you have a stable, second attachment point for you structure and it won't bent that easily. Point B) The problem here is, that the attachment point is too narrow to the hitch point of your structure and therefor it curves downwards so much. There are many solutions to solve this. I would maybe change the attachment point of the small LA and connect the cylinder directly to the 3x19 liftarm rack. Another idea you be to better support the 3x19 rack. Instead of the black 3L half beam liftarms, you could use two 3x5 bent liftarms: Use the same attachment points but with 2L friction pins. These pins have less play than the tan 1 1/2 frictionless pins of the axles you are using. And the L-shape gives more stability. A major flaw in this universal attachment of yours is the following: You only using the orange pins to secure and support the whole structure. For example in normal tractors, with a 3-point hitch, there is always this upper connection rod which gives stability to the whole system: Hopefully this helps improving you next creations :-)
  15. I think the comparison with the 42082 is even more fitting, as it also had 1 battery box, 1 motor and distribution gearbox, but no pneumatics. We had a retail price of 230€ in 2018, which would be 285 € in 2025. But the model had over 4000 pieces, a steering and fake engine. Thats really bugging me: This would have been such an easy solution to overcome the slow movement. My theory is, this model has been planned with full functions (like 42100) and was priced 400 € but then came some product managers and read, that distribution gearboxes were great and boom - model gets changed. price stayed the same.
  16. Hmm in the timelapse (10 x) video it takes 4 sek ... strange mathematics...? Still too long, but 4 min can't be...?
  17. Interesting, indeed. Definitely, there is potential for pneumatics but we would need some new components, especially a pneumatic pump which produces constant pressure (rotary pump of some sort). And also a 90° corner piece with a male and female side to attach to a pneumatic cylinder and hose. Not sure, if it would be feasable for such big models, apart from the great effort of the costum pneumatic cylinders showing the usability. Back to 42215: The comparison of @kbalage with the 42100 is really fitting. For 100€ more we got nearly twice the pieces and 6 more motors. Same goes with comparison with 42082, which I highly regard for price/piece ration.
  18. Really cool model and clean built :-)
  19. The only interesting model is a 10€ set... my god, TLG, you're kidding, right? And a John Deere harvester again ... that's not what I meant with "We need more agriculture and forest machinery!" some variety and also real models. Maybe I have to be more specific with my wishes.... So we had to hope for better second half of 2026... again. *sigh*
  20. Thank you for pointing that out, so I'm not the only one... Rants are the best click-bait on youtube, so most reviewers go with it, especially ranting against Lego and praising all others, regardless of their flaws. Aside from this trend, I have to second what most people think. The 42215 seem kind of redundant and doesn't bring anything new to the table aside from a new bucket piece and the black long actuators. From the promo video it also seems it has very slow movement, which in my opinion were kind of acceptable for 42100 as it was a whole other scale, but looks foolish in this set. Kind of a highlight could have been the jackhammer, if it was motorized, but sadly isn't.
  21. What an incredible little machine! And the (De-)fender parts for the hood works really well. Great work, man, especially to squeeze all the pneumatics in there, really impressive.
  22. Didn't see that even this years edition had a price tag of 28 €, whoa...?
  23. Nobody mentions how the rim was styled? That is genious actually! :D
