  1. Decent set in my opinion, although being a Rebels fan, I'm most likely biased towards it. I'll be picking it up. Ashoka looks great to me and I'm sure she'll look even better in close up pictures. Info wish he had duel moulded arms to have orange shoulders, but her overall color scheme is good. Her blade color is strange though, but it's an easy fix with solid white blades. Her dark blue blades are useful regardless. Sato is decent, and his inclusion is predictable but welcomed. Chopper is fine. Ezra is a bit disappointing, considering he has yet to receive a makeover. It would have been a good chance to give him new face print with the scars or at the least fix the weird cut off print design they have going on with his legs. Although he's my favorite SW character, Kallus should not have been included in this set. Not to beat a dead horse, but the Seventh Sister works far better in terms of Lego's selection, relevance to the second season, and desireabilty. Plus she would have sold the set better--I think more people would be giving it better reviews if she were included. Hopefully we'll still get her eventually. And a new Zeb for that matter. Phoenix Home is alright overall, but as others have noted the color blocking is way off. Hopefully the interior will be somewhat interesting but I think it's unlikely. It does work well in tandem with the A-Wing set, considering Vader blows it up rather quickly. Considering it's short screen apperance, it's surprising we even got it. A new blockade runner would have been nicer.
  2. Hey everyone: STOP Mini-Modding! If there's a problem, report it--don't call it out and exacerbate the issue. Check this behavior, because this is not something tolerated on Eurobricks. Finally, everyone, stop asking about the damn 4th set! Why do I have to keep saying this? If Just2Good (or anyone) wants to supply info about it--they will. We will not force people to divulge information. Constantly asking about it will not get you anywhere.
  3. Lego reuses heads all the times unfortunately, especially in regards to the Superheroes lines. Clara's head is not unique to her; it's used in some Star Wars sets as well.
  4. Hahaha...that's something alright. I don't know what to say, but I can't stop laughing. At least the pit made it in there, barely!
  5. Everyone, please do not ask members to divulge information. Regardless if they are proven sources or not. It's just in bad taste. Anyways, we still know nothing more about the 4th set--so let's just drop the discussion on it. It's getting really tedious to keep reading pages of posts that amount to nothing more than complaints that it's not here yet. Patience is a virtue.
  6. I'm not sure why we should assume that anyone has so far "missed" buying this series necessarily. Its only been out for a few days, and considering the crossover popularity, it has predictably sold out in many places. That does not mean however that Lego won't make more and restock in the near future. Seems to me like a similar situation with Simpsons wave 1--it was very popular and Lego produced it for a long time after its initial release. We could soon be seeing Disney figs on the shelves for months. Contrary to to the overproduced series 14, Disney is just low at the moment. That will change eventually and soon we'll all be complaining that they're still around and that it's not even October anymore and that we all think monsters are stupid now. Patience is a virtue peoples!
  7. I disagree! It doesn't matter what concept art tells us (If we go by concept art, Kallus should be blue!) considering the show just finished its second season. Lego would/should/and do know the correct colors. All that said, we know for a fact Lothal has pretty sunsets and that it's possible to argue for and against the use of grey or dark tan for the uniform colors. I don't have a problem with Lego using it, I rather like it, but I (and others) are just trying to make sense of it. Incidentally, Lego is way behind on the Rebels stuff. The new Kanan set is based on the show's first episode! Gives me hope for a Seventh Sister at some point considering we are just getting the Fifth Brother.
  8. All the clones do look lackluster; each have issues. Rex's face design is really nice and in character, but all the clones could do with a darker skin color. And leg printing. Tarkin looks great, as does Sabine. I'll most likely end up swapping Tarkin's head to the old grey body for continuity, but I do appreciate the continued use of the dark tan officer torsos. It's not accurate at all (Lothal lighting makes grey look dark tan, hence Lego's continued use of it), but I like the look of them as they make great military officers as opposed to fleet ones. Adds more empire variety. Best of all is the view of the Fifth Brother who we can finally see, and he looks spectacular. Not good enough to make me buy the full set granted, but I'll for sure be picking him up on the aftermarket. Now we just need the Seventh Sister--because just one good thing is never enough!
  9. Eh, I'd take those sneak peaks with a pinch of salt. I think the Mickey Float is likely, but that villain rock monstrosity seems to weaken the former's validity in my opinion. I'm not sure why they would include such a nondescript villain float when we have no reason to expect (at this point) any villain character to be included (at least not one that would utilize a random mountain like that). Plus its just ugly. All that said, the Mickey Float looks rather nice, especially the blue wands, so I do hope that shows up in the final product.
  10. I agree. I've taken the liberty to add a poll to this thread.
  11. Interesting thread. I'm becoming more partial to metallic silver as my go to. Chrome is very nice, but like every notes, its ruined rather quickly with play--I don't really have any in pristine condition. There are a few colors missing, namely the new gunmetal hilts. It works very well for Sith, and looks amazing with Kylo. Gold is also noticeably absent. Style wise there's some missing too: Ventress's curved style (granted it's in light bley, which is a no go), and the Inquisitor's round gunmetal hilt. I actually really love that design (biased from my love of the show no doubt), but it does unfortunately limit pose-ability.
  12. This is all just speculation based on 30 second TV spots--which for the record should not be discussed here; take that to the MCU Discussion Forum. All rumors show this 4th set won't come out for some time, presumably not until August. There's no need to speculate on what it will contain now, considering the movie itself has yet to be released. Instead, let's focus on the sets on the shelves please. Thanks!
  13. Wow, that's crazy! It just becomes more and more impressive as you scroll down the page. First to have such a large ship is one thing, but then to also have an interior is very impressive. Interiors are often unfortunately ignored, but this makes the build infinitely more interesting. And then to get to the hanger--amazing!
  14. I understand your situation, but please in the future do not blow up on me--I honestly don't come here to make members angry, although clearly that unfortunately happens sometimes. Fact of the matter is, we are all adults here and we all know Lego is expensive. Lego is also (although some might have you believe otherwise) not a life and death purchase, rather a hobby. All that being said, Lego does have a responsibility to right wrongs, but their inability to do so with CMFs is well documented. We don't need to discuss here how Lego owes us an arm and a leg because we bought one CMF that slipped their otherwise effective quality control. --- Anyways, this whole thing is getting way off topic; its barely relevant to the Disney figures at this point. Let's focus on them once again shall we? Thanks!
  15. Well moral of the story is that Lego cannot send replacements for CMFs, and we've known that since the beginning. They're not typical set products; they are produced in China (exclusively?) and are blind bagged, which makes it exceptionally hard to acquire a replacement. BrickHat's story even goes to prove this--a customer service rep had to send their own personal minifigure to appease the customer (I really don't agree with that action). Granted to be honest, this whole issue of replacements for CMFs seems a bit...whiny? That's perhaps too harsh a word, but really, why not just chalk it up as loss and get another one? These are $4; they're not a missing radar dish off a UCS Millennium Falcon or anything, let's be honest here.
  16. There's a bit too much off topic conversation going on around here, what with custom bat-signals and non-official parts discussion. Let's focus more on the sets perhaps? Thanks! Incidentally, I've had to edit a number of posts in this thread over the past few days for this, so to reiterate: please don't quote pictures. Aside from being against the standard here at Eurobricks, it's also literally my biggest pet peeve. If you quote the words, it can be assumed you are also talking about the picture. We don't need to see the same picture multiple times on the same page. Thanks!
  17. I wouldn't get too worked up about this "exclusive" set. I heard about this VIP event through my magazine contacts a couple weeks ago, and in their provided PDF was a preliminary image of the set--which is rather boring to be honest. Nothing exclusive brick wise. Two 2x2 grey dishes are used for the hull of the Millennium Falcon, so that should give you an indication of just how small the whole thing is. I don't think I should really say more considering it's apparently a surprise. In short, it's not worth spending $150 to get in my opinion.
  18. Not sure why people assume the head is wrong--its very clearly Ra's head on account of the goatee style. Thunderbolt, aside from not being confirmed as an upcoming figure anyways, does not have that kind of facial hair.
  19. Eh? Might be. Very "meh" either way.
  20. I agree with 8BrickMario's statement (and opinion incidentally). We all have opinions, but at this point it's rather arduous to continue to bicker over Lego's decision (which we were not privy to) of molded heads vs. minifigure heads. Point blank, they went with the minifigure head. We don't need to continue to cry over spilled milk. Let's focus on the positives please--thanks!
  21. Those images are on the first page of the thread. Licensed Thread Tip of the Day: always consult the first page of the threads!
  22. Seems like an ok set in my opinion, even as a huge fan of the show. The rusty old feel doesn't translate easily to Lego, at least not without excessive amounts of detail--obviously not possible with official sets. Granted I'm mostly just interested in the Fifth Brother anyways. And I agree with my boss above, Zeb should have been included, especially considering he was only in one set two years ago; and is screaming for a redesign.
  23. Everyone, please do not post fake set images. Even if they are homemade wish sets. All this does is cause great confusion, and then two pages later we have misinformed members talking about how excited they are for this set that doesn't exist.
  24. Hopefully there's more new characters included as opposed to new figures. There's so many characters that could be done without requiring new molds (like Tinkerbell). Hopefully we'll get some of those, because as we all know: the people want Gaston! No one's more wanted than Gaston! That being said, Mickey has turned out to be one of my favorite minifigures from the line and I'm not surprised at all that we are getting the animal mascot figures again (even if they are variants, which is good). No she is in the line, we just didn't believe in her enough dammit!
