  1. I must be misremembering with Alien conquest then, though the space CMF does still link the buggoids to main earth I think other worlds are involved to in Bricheadz Joker's endgame but I believe corn-cob's campaign is limited to the main earth, he wants the main earth to bow to him but will wipe out all other earths Look at this though, it's obviously Jack Fury from the ultra agents. Clearly after Corn-cob disavowed the ultra agents he became a criminal always changing his look to avoid detection. Do we think he turned evil or is simply unable to avoid the fate of Brains any other way?
  2. But ultra agents is connected to galaxy squad, which is connected to monster fighters and the space CMF, both of which need to be in prime earth (infamously monster fighters and Dino's conflicts are organised by the alien conquest aliens who are lead by the alien Villainess). I think other worlds should only be for licenses self contained narratives like Bionicle and Ninjago Everything on earth 2 has also happened on earth prime (Sorry I hate 'um actually'-ing someone but I think it's more fun connecting as many themes as possible directly instead of going into the multiverse unnecessarily)
  3. There are plenty TBF, the Deep sea diver is in both prime earth and TLNM one, the sea captain from series 10 would be on both earth 3 and prime earth, the invisible guy from ultra agents is the same and there are many more if you get down to it. I think to an extent the lines between certain worlds are arbitrary and many events and people exist in multiple. I think the most important thing to focus on is the events and people on the main earth and how they're connected
  4. Most years now there's two licensed ones though, I'd rather it be that than eating our likely only original one next year, especially as most licensed CMFs have whole set waves or at least a d2c to give more characters from their media. Did we have rumours this far out about either of the region exclusive series though? Could be wrong but I remember them dropping much more randomly. TBF they did dfb with 15 figures having the same basic accessory, if it is a regional one it would make sense for them to all be so similar But let's consider, I don't know much about F1, maybe I'm way off base here, but is there an obsession with the various drivers in the same way other sports have with baseball or football players? LEGO's whole thing now is trying to tap the market of non Lego fans, what if they see the success of various sports trading card games and are trying to attract that audience. I think as LEGO fans we too often think of how LEGO used to be and forget that in the adults welcome era the demographic that matters most is adults with some pop culture obsession and only a passing interest in Lego, would motorsports fans buy into a blind bag series of various F1 drivers, that is the question that matters most now
  5. Almost the costume characters have a disgusting inner soul, look into any of their eyes and tell me you see mercy, I dare you Slight correction, the Monster scientist is the good guy hiding in Billund with the Dummy, the mad scientist is canonically evil (though terrible at it as he only can create good things) I suppose the mad scientist may be useful though, we could get one of our guys to pose as a villain and try get the Mad scientist upset he wasn't invited to be part of BRICKHEADZ Joker's scheme. He'll try stick it to him by making his most powerful invention yet but said invention will wind up being on the side of good. As for allies So far our Main team is Solomon Blaze and Bobby Buoy are on the ground as agents in the city with Corn-cob painting them as public enemies, Johnny Thunder is undercover trying to find potential members of the city explorers who are sympathetic to the rebellion. They potentially are being aided by some scraps of the original agents team and Dash from Alpha team The Demolition Dummy, Monster Scientist and some other figures like Steven Spielberg, the Diver, Royal guard and a handful of other rebellious civilians and scientists fled the country and are now hiding in Billund. They're all in contact and advising the other three, willing to help but would need a plan to get them back into the city without being detained. The forces of Galidor and Jack Stone came to help and are currently holding off the forces of the various LEGO villains but despite their strength can only last so long doing everything on their own. Doctor Kilroy works in the LEGO city Museum, he is too old to fight now but is willing to shelter and help hide rebels Duke and Rex of the Power Miners fled the city years ago when their leader was revealed to be in league with Corn cob, unknown if they survived or not. The rumour is they have started an underground group trying to smuggle civilians out of the city and overseas in the peaceful nation of LEGO Island Solomon is currently in negotiations for an uneasy alliance with the Black Hole gang for their assistance, they're honourable criminals and while they don't like the criminals they hate the idea of their universe being taken over more and want to stop Corn-cob Here are the two big swings I think the team needs to make to have a chance The many innocent Monsters demonised and ghettoised by Corn-cob would want him gone, while Lord Vampire's radicalised monsters are locked in combat with the Galidor team the heroes need to get to the land of monsters and get all the CMF monster's there on side, promise an equal society for monsters and humans when the war is won. To successful get them to assist they'll need to get the Monster Scientist there as he's a highly respected figure in that community. With them on side the team now would have a base of operations Corn-cob couldn't get easy control off and a good crop of powerful new recruits. However no rebellion will stick long term if the people are not won over, they must be made aware of Corn-cob's plans so we must consider how they get their news. It all comes from Max, head of LEGO Life (formerly LEGO Club) that website and magazine is where most minifigures get their news and, wouldn't you know it, as said in the may 2010 LEGO magazine, he considers the Demolition Dummy a friend. We need the Dummy to convince him of what Corn-cob's plans really are so he can use his influence to get the people on side. This plan is of course dangerous as by bringing the team's lead Tank and Scientist into the action like this is a major risk, if those two get captured it's game over So before they can bring them in the team needs to get a few more Lego heroes to guard them Timmy and Dr Cyber from time cruisers are smart bets as, while they can't alter history, they can't be followed when in the time stream, getting them to transport the Dummy and Monster Scientist is a must We must also consider The Dino strike force led by Johnny Thunder's nephew, they would obviously be willing to assist. As well as this they could easily convince several CMFs to join the cause, both the Roman Soldier and Spartan are just waiting to be given a cause to fight for so they'd be valuable assets The intergalactic girl has thwarted the Alien Villainess numerous times, she's a must. If our team can find a way to summon the Battle Goddess she would take their side due to her hatred of bullies
  6. BRICKHEADZ Joker's master plan is being unraveled, costume minifigures are deeply sick within and the Demolition Dummy is a messianic figure is the longest and short of it I think You think LEGO has any say in what happens? Cute, The forces of evil steer the ship now TBF another crook had the same jacket. Though he's not likely in on the conspiracy Hank is a prolific criminal I believe some medieval scholars had run ins with that man too, the only name he's ever given in his centuries of existence is 'the one who watches' the prevailing theory is that this man is not man but instead the maker of this world who gave up on interfering due to his deep disappointment and shame in the cruelty of some of his creations and now watches as they tear eachother apart in despair Yeah, you wouldn't expect Glasses Jesus to work at a bank One of the all timer turtle quotes ngl We dooooggggsss aaarrrre hunggggryyyyy...
  7. Handsome Hank? (actual character name btw) I always assumed he was more just an example of the corruption ruining LEGO city given how he's been a petty thief for so long, maybe you're onto something there though. I'm worried about his partner though, that face has been seen before in every place important, he was in the space police when it was corrupted by Doc, he was both a pirate and an imperial soldier in the past, a cop and a criminal today, he even fell into a river one time, I don't know about you but I think he's more than Just A Normal Guy
  8. Ngl the d&d series doesn't even do it for me personally. The only recent series I've thought was great was the Space one. It'd be a shame to see them immediately handicap the next original CMF
  9. Sam Sinister is dead, the Pharaoh's curse got him ages ago. All the Bionicle characters good and evil would be deceased or bed ridden by now, BRICKHEADZ Joker sterilised the entire Constraction race shortly after shutting down the Ultra agents stopping more of them being made then closed all health care in that realm so almost a decade on they'd have all succumb to broken limbs and joints by now with no treatment Besides that I suspect given his motives BRICKHEADZ Joker will turn on all his underlings shortly but that doesn't make him any less of a threat as before then who knows what he could do to all other themes Oh ofc, Galidor will be the unlikely hero who helps hold the line against the big threats, despite all they've been through they can't bare to see other LEGO people's suffer, when they come to hold off the old LEGO villains for our heroes (imagine the Ent's fighting the orcs from lotr) they tell them and ancient phrase they've learned to summon a mythical figure to help them "Can do, Will do" And just like that Jack Stone appears and with his might builds the team a portal to recruit other heroes Oh right, how could I forget. She had such an easy time due to Joker's meddling though Perhaps, maybe BRICKHEADZ Joker is the physical manifestation of the Maelstrom. Something our heroes must consider now are the unlikely alliances they must make. Perhaps the Black hole gang, being rather fond of the universe and being alive, strike a temporary alliance with the heroes to fight back the forces of darkness so they can live to plunder another day
  10. Well the plot thickens once again here as consider, the LEGO Batman game trilogy features next to no original LEGO characters in any form, however in LEGO Batman 3 there is one notable one whose parts are in the customizer and a certain quest requires you to make, who is that? You guessed it, the Demolition Dummy, perhaps he knew what was coming and attempted to warn the LEGO DC earth only to be found out and thwarted before he could, leading to his hiding in Billund. It would also explain why the Ultra agents were immediately defunded with the theme ending in 2015, months after LEGO Batman 3 dropped, the Dummy got made and it alerted the forces that machinations against them were in the works so they disavowed the ultra agents to stop them learning any more about their plans. But who in the DC earth would have snitched on the Dummy whilst he was trying to save them all. Let's consider what we know about the villains so far. They are seemingly mainly attacking Minifigure earths, they would need to have eyes and ears on the DC earth as well as all the others, they stand something to gain from destroying the Prime and DC lego worlds, they're good at organising various unrelated forces AND they're completely over looked. Here me out here, what if the secret mastermind behind all these schemes is... BRICKHEADZ JOKER! We know from Turtle he rules LEGO Gotham with an iron fist, he'd obviously resent the minifigures for how all the Lego builds are designed for their scale, consider perhaps he wants to make all minifigures suffer for this so he gets rid of almost all of the Lego original themes so the prime earth has next to no defence, he united the LEGO world's most vile to help him place a puppet leader in the most powerful city on the earth and turns it into a police state to stop the people rising up to resist him and while he's at it, out of pure spite, he decimates the minifigures on his earth, the only ones he can't bring himself to try kill are the Batmans, Jokers and Harley Quinns leading them to overrun that earth as all other types of DC minifigures slowly die off around them, and then he introduces all the bizarre non-minifigure sets no-one buys so he can have his own evil army of unsold Black Panther Busts and thicc Chewbaccas to march on the other earths when earth prime falls. But of course this leaves us asking, how could he have found out the plan of our heroes, the Dummy wouldn't run his mouth to anyone, he's a little gormless but not dumb. But consider, perhaps he had united the heroes in a completely inconspicuous place, let's say a pizzeria, to warn them and unbeknownst to all in the building there happened to be someone working for the BRICKHEADZ Joker still in the building, listening in from the basement ... The Rock monsters are in on it too, thank you turtle, we assumed they were a third party but BRICKHEADZ Joker is too clever to let a wildcard like them not be under his thumb Another benefit of him doing what he does, though marvel seems too unaffected for it to not be at least a little personal Another thing to consider, while DC and unlicensed themes have been getting short changed what theme has continued completely understand perturbed? BRICKHEADZ...
  11. Sam Sinister died ages ago, his corpse hangs in Barron Von Barron's Manor. Ogel was pretty old looking back in the 2000s plus hasn't been heard of since so my money's on him dying in prison after being detained by alpha team I'd expect he's Solomon Blaze of anyone, his face is far too recognisable to not be covered whenever he has to go in public The Dummy has avoided detection because he fled to Billund with a few other minifigures considered potentially 'problematic' for the regime, he can only be brought in once an actual plan is in place as Blaze knows he can't risk they're most dangerous weapon being potentially thwarted before they're ready. Johnny Thunder is currently working for the City as the team's mole to try find anyone else potentially able to be flipped + as an informant for the team I accept your apology, I'm sorry myself for the accusation I am just weary as anti Dummy bigotry has been on the rise since Corncob went mask off with his plans (When LEGO police started becoming heavily militarised from 2013 onwards) the stuff that happened behind the scenes on the LEGO movie would make your blood churn. Also worth noting the Dummy has never harmed an innocent and it's my belief he never will because he is divine and only brings his wrath to the unworthy and cruel but I get my religion isn't everyone's so we'll agree to disagree there. As for potential heroes Agent Dash from the Alpha team is the only member show to still be around, it is likely the rest of his squad was killed and he's trying to avenge them. He might be too much of a loose canon to trust. Professor Kilroy currently runs a museum since he retired from adventuring, he's too old to be an active part but can be made a covert informant as he's got lots of useful knowledge of artifacts they could use to take down Corn-cob Based of the description of the world of monsters from the series 14 CMFs we can conclude that Lord Vampire's group is a gang of extremists born from the prejudice and ghettoisation of the Monster community. Most of the CMF monster's are friendly and enjoy the company of humans but aren't allowed to live amongst them due to Corn-cob's rules. Many of them could be valuable assets due to their otherworldly powers. As well as this by showing monster's there is a right way to change the world could stop more of them from being radicalised by lord vampire. The team does have an interesting with that community as the beloved community leader, the Monster scientist, fled the country with the Dummy. Also worth considering if our team would be able to contact intergalactic allies due to Solomon Blaze's valour in Galaxy squad Yeah, go on then Sorry for the double post but more lore as been unearthed Most of the miners were unaware of this, it's what lead to Duke, Rex and Brains abandoning the team. The former two had few employable skills outside of mining so they took part in the death races of 2010 to be able to afford going off the grid while Brains joined the Atlantis team and through what he told Bobby Buoy made him choose to rebel against Corn-cob. Brains was unfortunately caught and detained while trying to flee the country with Bobby, which led Bobby to stay and fight. Duke and Rex's status is unknown. The teams leader, Doc, was fully in on the plan with Corn-cob the entire time as he was a high ranking member of the third iteration of Space Police and personally was in charge of many of the decisions that lead to the poor relations between humans and aliens in LEGO Space to try limit any potential help the citizens of LEGO earth could get when his masters' plan comes into fruition It is rumoured Doc killed Brains in a torture session trying to get the location of Bobby
  12. It is a little weird how many people are jumping to the idea that other heavily militarised LEGO government organisations would jump to fix the systematic issues in LEGO City. These issues have been here before the agents and ultra agents and after them, if they were going to do something they would have by now, they're far more likely to be sent after those who try spread the word about the corruption than fix anything themselves. In fact the agents and ultra agents might benefit from the same industrial complex as the LEGO city police department. Though perhaps the previous LEGO Secret Agencies were dissolved/had all key members fired because of their opposition to the way LEGO city is run and now are an off the books thing trying to evade the law and stop the current government without any official funding. Have we seen any suspicious minifigures in the other sets who could be any of the agents in disguise?
  13. SLANDER AND LIES I THINK YOU'RE BEING PAID BY CORN-COB TO SLAG HIM OFF The Dummy only takes objects apart, people would be unharmed If all the police equipment is disassembled then the people can take back the city And he's not in custody canonically he's currently employed by the Monster Scientist as his lab assistant in the LEGO house Besides Corn-Cob defunded the ultra agents ages ago, even if they're still working off the books they'd not be able to hold someone as powerful as the Dummy (can survive disassembly, can self detonate on command and instantly regenerates) Also Chase MCcain isn't gonna go against the cops for obvious reasons But I see past your ruse, you ask for us to give you the names of other LEGO heroes who could stand a chance so you can tell Corn-cob and take care of them before they unite and become a threat. We're not going to fall for your tricks
  14. I don't feel comfortable seeing a man with his floppy out as a hero Also, for the record, I think that is a gross mischaracterisation of the Dummy. Consider how despite his love of disassembling he's both a master builder and is seen building in the LEGO House app. The official character descriptions only mentioned that we don't know the reasons he takes things apart not that there's no reason. While some claim he takes everything apart that is an exaggeration or blatant lie as if we look at the LEGO Movie, LEGO city Undercover, the LEGO House animations, the 2010 CMF animations and so on he's not mindless in what he does, he is most of the time is shown not disassembling anything when there is plenty to take apart in front of him. It is my belief as the world's leading Demolition Dummy scholar that when he takes builds apart it's not random, his disassemblies are not crimes of convenience but instead a declaration of the deep moral decay in many institutions, only targeting the lego models to corrupt to save, only able to be once again pure by being unmade and returning their bricks to the state of infinite, untapped potential that would of been lost long ago. Also Super Station Master made me feel unsafe when I saw him in LEGO Island 2 as a kid
  15. Mayor Corn-cob is the greatest LEGO villain, he needs to go. But then would that even fix anything? If we consider the lore of LEGO city undercover there was a mayor before Corn-cob and she too made much of the same concessions to the Lego police industrial lobby, it's clearly a systemic issue, we get rid of Corn-cob and another corporate lapdog gets put in his place. Not to mention how long before his term it was an open secret that police stations were intentionally designed to have their jail cells to have walls fragile enough to be busted open by other crooks. All the tiles and smaller bricks they used for that cost more for the taxpayer than just using a big panel piece and some plates for those walls And to be completely honest I don't know how the LEGO people can survive much more of these cutbacks. It used to be that LEGO schools taught all about history from all sorts of eras for students of any economic backgrounds, now only the children from the wealthiest of families get any and what they do get is a pitiful single term about medieval times once a year. Not to mention how much money goes into rebranding the base police almost every other year AND how poorly designed everything in that city is (how is almost everything they build flammable? How many trash cans must catch fire before they change their design) LEGO city is beyond any conventional repair or reform, it needs to literally be rebuilt from the ground up, like Gotham it needs a symbol... CONSIDER! I have recently been looking into Demolition Dummy lore and in May 2010's LEGO Magazine it was made clear this hero nearly disassembled the entirety of LEGO City, this is a nearly incomprehensible feat for a single minifigure. Think about how the Brickster needed a magic book to disassemble the much smaller LEGO Island. I think we should just let this absolute unit of a fig do what he wills and let a new City be rebuilt from the ashes
  16. The mayor has to be the single most incompetent LEGO figure. Remember that years long period where city would just not do any actual house sets? They put all the funding into a million police vehicles and none into housing. Hell wasn't it only recently they did they're first ever grocery store? Unless you're a cop or fire fighter there are barely any secure jobs to turn to because they spend everyone's taxpayer studs on a swamp police force, and a mountain police force and a megablocking sky police force! No wonder there are so many criminals most figures don't have anywhere to work and if they do they need to megablocking squat in one of the 238 old police stations in order to have a roof over their heads. In fact, come to think of it not many civilians do seem to turn to a life of crime, if you look at the faces it's just the same 15 or so people again and again, why do the Lego city police department spend so much on these insane vehicles to catch less than 20 criminals, there's hundreds of coppers in that city with so many fancy, expensive toys and they can't keep a group of unarmed criminals smaller than a public school classroom behind bars? Maybe the answer isn't spending the GDP of a small nation on police helicopters annually then? It's ducked man, just ducked, I say we just let the Demolition Dummy take that place apart, it ain't worth saving
  17. Why does superman have a mech? Why doesn't he just use his iconic power and threaten to throw a brick at lex?
  18. You forgot the demolition dummy, he appears pretty prominently next to Michaelangelo in the dog and by Superman when the master builders are mourning Emmet
  19. That's really cool, didn't know about this. I'm glad that they were produced before this as I'm quite partial to the look of those first 2 CMFs. I think they look a bit more close to the Matthew Patterson concept art. It's also nice to have some minifigures who are stylistically distinct in the face without being dubiously racist.
  20. I don't know if this counts but is it a generally noticed thing how the graphic design style of the first 2 CMFs, compared to the usual LEGO style, is slightly different? Like there's the obvious thing in how they have any wrinkles or other contours of faces done with lines the same colour and thickness of their mouths but it's also more than that I don't know how to explain it properly but I swear they have more angular/slightly thicker (?) look, mixed with the colours used makes their design feel very noughties to me. Maybe I'm going insane here but I get a strong feeling whenever I see so many of these figures that LEGO simply would not make them look like that today.
  21. I thought for years this figure was, far and away, the best of this lot but now I see the true depravity behind what I thought was an innocent toy. Official character descriptions for the demolition dummy describe the figure using the pronouns he and it interchangeably, a clear sign LEGO has gone woke. Don't worry though, I've come prepared
  22. saw the photos. What the megabluck is that? It looks nothing like Superman, since when has he had a cape? Or worn red for that matter, he's supposed to have blue skin too, at this point I doubt he's even gonna have his electricity powers
