  1. I was worried about what was going to happen to that horse. Glad it gets to make the return journey!
  2. Not really honest if he's wearing a different country's uniform, is it? Good spot. And a really nice little touch. I've got a lot of Playstation gaming done while the other half was getting ready.
  3. Publish and be damned! We all know the WTC Monthly is a scurrilous third-rate propaganda rag. Don't hold back. The Padré is meant to be a complete bastard. It's always interesting to see what other characters make of him.
  4. "Over the last few years I've built up an immunity to Iocane powder!"
  5. @Captain Braunsfeld did you ever post a statistical analysis of the nationality break-down of winners? I'd be really interested to see it with these national challenges.
  6. Yeah, I'd throw something in there.
  7. I commented in the results thread as well, but will the sub-category results be announced?
  8. A small cultural, built and licensed.
  9. Thanks for the nod. It's nicely done. Your troops have been useful on the Île Zeus, but their work is not done yet.
  10. Thanks for the write-up @Captain Braunsfeld! I do love some stats. I'll put together my prize build soon. On behalf of the Order, I should check one thing; "Additionally there will be three winners for the sub-category of the idol." Was the idol sub-category announced?
  11. Hi everyone! I'd like to introduce my Hogwarts themed Lego roleplay game, Hogwarts A History. https://www.flickr.com/groups/3718713@N24 The game started one year before Harry's parents attend the school, and will chart the education of a number of bright young witches and wizards through the dark times of the First Wizarding War. If you're interested, read through the pinned topics in the Flickr group, and do a build on the theme of the Tonks-Black Wedding. Tag me, and we'll take it from there. Any questions, let me know in the comments below.
  12. @Drunknok I think the related forms were just archived. Strange things are afoot at the Circle K.
  13. @Drunknok I love the recipes! If I weren't so lazy, I might even get round to trying one. I think either would work. I really enjoy historical recipes, mainly because they either use tons of spice to cover up the germs, or gallons of alcohol to drown them. Either way, keep up the good work! #lovefakenews
  14. Some photographers (particularly portrait artists) use a reflective panel to 'bounce' light. Just a piece of white paper would work to reflect a bit more light onto the model.
  15. @Legostone I didn't submit my forms until 7am this morning, because I didn't realise I needed to. I think this was still before 12AM in the last time zone, so hopefully this is all ok?
  16. I really like that bridge. Nicely built!
  17. Those swine! Thanks for the info!
  18. Really nice build!
  19. I like this! I was thinking of starting my next AMRCA in Namere, so it'd be interesting to retread your tracks. Any more info on the raid of the great Abbey? And about Namere in general? I want to explore an Imperial Russian civilisation in BOBS, but I guess Namere is more Scandinavian?
  20. What is wrong with you people? Did you not read all the way down? "The beverage has entered the popular lexicon with nicknames such as "Wreck the Hoose Juice", "Commotion Lotion", "Cumbernauld Rocket Fuel", "Mrs. Brown", "Buckie Baracas", "Coatbridge Table Wine", and a bottle of "what the hell are you looking at?" It has also earned the unofficial slogan, "Buckfast: gets you f*cked fast". [...] A survey at a Scottish young offenders’ institution showed of the 117 people who drank alcohol before committing their crimes, 43 per cent said they had drunk Buckfast. [...] In 2016 a Sheriff said there was a “very definite association between Buckfast and violence”
  21. Monks making booze that's popular with pirates? Have you been at the Buckfast? https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buckfast_Tonic_Wine
  22. That makes sense. Mine are suspected republicans, so I can't see them in the King's Curassiers.
  23. Bowler hat, weird accent, sharp weapons. I think I know the guy:
