[MOC] MF scale Star Wars 74-z Speeder bike updated 4/3/2019
JoeChu1980 replied to JoeChu1980's topic in LEGO Star Wars
You mean how it sitting? if so, would you please access my AT-RT instruction page 21 to 24. -
Hello there, recently for a scene, I need to involve 74-z speeder bike. Actually I did this MOC before but not satisfied yet. During the MOC of AT-RT, I found me kindly like the riding/sitting pose of MF ref. brickfanatics’ design, thus, here I updated it again. Basically, it ref. some pictures on Wookieepedia and try to capture the spirit of it, sorry for not completely represent all detaill within such a small build, some time I even thought about to modify some piece part for better usage... To fit with MF is my target, ref. the scout/ARF riding the speeder in EP6, here's how it works. And with the modified arm, a EP6 pose coming :) 74-z and AT-RT are really long-life-time gears, from TCW to post battle of Jakku, always saw them applications. And in EP3, On the planet Saleucami, Jedi Master Stass Allie was killed by her own troops while riding a 74-Z bike... How about play it with BARC speeder again?

[MOC] simplified full crouching AT-RT Another try May.27.2019

@Reaper @Smitty500 @Voodoo713 @midgetman214 @Chef Dear friends, thanks for your asking and waiting, the instruction per the latest design had been made and updated link in the top of 1st post. You are welcome to try and share your further improvements. And to dear Chef, I would like to say, Reaper is correct, I tried to simulate JBB_777's design, the shape is wonderful, but cabinet capacity is pretty limited, especially the rear door open size not allow such AT-RT deploying. But I think you could just store it inside :) So I designed my own gunship as [MOC] MF scale Clone Wars Republic Gunship- 39 replies

[MOC] Minifig Scale AT-RT + Instructions
JoeChu1980 replied to Kit Bricksto's topic in LEGO Star Wars
nice try, ball joints definitely provide more pose capability. for front blaster, how about try a 64567 instead 3673, a little bit longer then. and step 6 sub-assy 2nd, try 2 of 2412 instead 1x1 tile, may get you more detail. Further more, per the front armour, try a pair of 35787 triangle tile may help studless effect. -

wonderful innovative build! the color scheme represents Ambria terrain very well, "Natthami Outpost" is it near to Natth lake? get a Hssiss! The smoke floating is nice show, and I like the angled wall of the entrance, it's good reference to me. MFs are also pretty detail.- 4 replies

[N10 - Foundry - TCR] Scout of both side
JoeChu1980 replied to JoeChu1980's topic in Factions Archive
Below are some idea of this MOC build: A 16x16 droids' reparation and upgrade station was drafted by ref. Batman cave The rotation track brings droids to the operation control station. And then, plus some modulized blocks, it formed a representation of droids manufacturing facility of Foundry. That's it, how it looks? Hope you enjoy this story progress, we may get more fun further... to be continued :)- 3 replies

the color scheme is wonderful! I enjoy the MOC size and detail, captured the spirit of clone troopers Tank, much better than LEGO set. Per the Republic logo, what if use 2x2 size? is it obvious?

[MOC] full crouching destroyer droid of TCW
JoeChu1980 replied to JoeChu1980's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Hello there! I accessed your instagram and saw that 3 post (and a video) of destroyer droid, it also very neat design, glad to see we had many common idea, and most enjoy the way you built the 3 feet. Once I got enough material, definitely will make both version to learn and have fun. For now, only thing I could image for you is to try a transparent-orange 85861 1x1 round plate with hole, for its eye.- 4 replies

Hello there, I am working on some scene MOC and there's an application of the Trade Federation destroyer droid, I knew LEGO published many version before, and I got some of them, but still felt a little bit not good enough. Till I saw Flickr ID Taylor.T MOC, very good reference, just can't crouch... So I simulated and built it with materials in hand, it turns out pretty neat, and I think the crouching-able is what I prefer. Compared w/ MFs, the size is also good.

Factions - Introduction, Discussion, and Core Rules
JoeChu1980 replied to goatman461's topic in Factions Archive
If I was wrong, please correct. My understanding is, you mean once there obvious information (Canon or Wookieepedia) specified, AN LOCATION belong to some other faction/organization, and once I want pass or stand on it, there must be some build/scene to explain and create the relationship to my own faction, isn't it? No matter by battle or negotiation. -
extremely beautiful, and I knew the 3 main thruster is from the planet like 75007, but to acquire light grey one, it will be some rare

[M18 – Eriadu – CFS] Consequences of the Clone War
JoeChu1980 replied to BlueSamuraiNinja's topic in Factions Archive
WOW! Tarkin's hometown. Amazing story flash-back, and now it shows many flexible story line directions. Can't wait to learn more progress. And the way you showed the scene and pic, is good shot-sheet/storyboard application. Maybe a little bit picking, but is it a separatist droids' fighter? Why there's some holocron belong to JEDI? -

Wonderful modulizing block scenes, and very good application of adhesives. The most inspiring me is the floor with fences, think about it, what if used SNOT skill and made upper floor with looking-through fences, is it just lit the prison in movie of deadpool2? -
