Great scene! the cave and hill are pretty good, and a wounded Obi-Wan was noted. My 2 cents, I think the AT-TE MOC is a little bit over size, would you consider to use some set's design and save the space for more MF and details? BTW, 2nd Geonosis may still be phase 1 armour, just for your ref.

me neither, I'm not a fan of Brickheads theme, they are too rough for me. But this one looks like a mobile-suit ! and further more, it could be extend as a jewel case for more fun.

[MOC] MF Scale Arena Creature Acklay from EP2
JoeChu1980 replied to JoeChu1980's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Thanks for your comment, my clone commander :) Thanks for your comment, you mean it's better to make head's rear end a little bit wider? I once design an junior one, and try 15573 1x2 plate w/ 1 knob, maybe I can extend it here. will try later thanks and hope you also enjoy TCW period MOC Thanks for your comment, Actually I once thought ball-joint connection may be better, but only light grey and dark grey, the color scheme is the concern -
Hello friends, recently there's an activity from ChinaLUG, and during MOC a scene, I did a Acklay. Actually several years before, @LegoAcklay made it once, but a little bit lager. With recent LEGO parts releasing, here I tried to scale it with MF scale. And by my friend's recommendation, I started to try Stud.io, it could load LDD file and there's some difference, I'm not sure whether I should go with it, but LDD 4.3.11 brick database hadn't updated for a while...

[MOC] simplified full crouching AT-RT Another try May.27.2019

Thanks for your kindly comment, but don't know why, the pivot pins' structure was felt loose than hinge plate, though pivot pins could keep the pose as well.- 39 replies

My MF MOC per Clone wars: 327th star corps on Felucia. LEGO released sw128 once, but the helmet tooling design limited its rotation, new phase 2 helmet is much better. Thus, modified the body parts from 75036 set 212th troopers, here's my MF update. The ref. as below right one. And with this squad, I collected those clone trooper who eliminated their female Jedi Generals (among them, Jedi Stass Allie was modified to EP3 version)

thanks for sharing your idea, and it's my first time to notice 36840 and 36841 Bracket 1 x 1 - 1 x 1 Inverted which function I looked for long time ago.

not yet, do you have any suggest part number of the dish pieces? I suspect you may refer such like PN 6047 and 7048, aren't you? if so, I tried similar method with 30554 linking connection, but the limitation is the folding angle, hardly to make fully crouching. Here's my early version of this MOC Actually, I do enjoy the AT-RT design from @Smitty500 and @Lars MOC, good shape, only thing confused me is to get more moveable and crouching.- 39 replies

So love your stop motion video, especially 75021 gunship one. this set is cute and interesting, only one problem: no easy sourcing to buy it now. Just subscribed there.

Wondeful design! very inspirating of your application of radii parts on loading coach, and I am feeling some good ideas spring out for my LAAT/c MOC.

I had 7913 and 75037 sets, but those sets could provide several piece parts only, most of them are from the piece parts market base on the BOM of LDD, such like bricklin or ebay, in China, it's Taobao. Bought sets alway for MF, few official design statisfied me directly, normally they are too casual, some time I even suspected LEGO designer means to do it, to keep the improvement space for fans' MOC, and they actually had best feature / structure already.

Extending function per BARC speeder is coming! For representing S04E11 landing battle on the planet of Kiros. The more function, the more fun!
-
about 15 studs of my MOC, and I duplicated both your WIP and mine into LDD, for your reference. BTW, actually I more concern the width, from TV or movie, it looks like about one person's width, that's why I always try to MOC within 3 studs.
-
Yes, you are correct, just count, I referred more than 10 BARC speeder MOC in out forum, and 3 sets' instruction as well (7913, 75012 and 75037), definitely can't make it without those good MOC reference, especially a MOC from @KielDaMan

Wonderful, Huge and detail design, full function is delight me. But for AAT, is it a little bit oversize? I need to re-play some TCW episodes to learn again :) Any way, I want them, they gave me a lot of inspiration.
-
Thank you very much for your detail comments, and yes, I would waive foot pedals idea, since I would occupy those location for extending function, will post MOC pic once some piece parts arrived; And yes, I designed the skis in LDD, but for now they are lack, will try and compare later. From the databank pic, I also prefer the bike with white color, and understood weathering makes them look different, just like I used to make/paint plastic scale models.

Dear JarJar, it's coincident that we are working on a similar MOC topic. My interesting is the period of Clone Wars and prior to EP4, so I'm not familiar to Z-4 bike, but it seems like a bike that appeared in EP3 Saleucami, thus there's my MOC for your reference. would you please access our discussion again in following post? https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/167714-moc-star-wars-clone-barc-trooper-speeder-and-recreate-eve-order-66-on-saleucami-wip/

Thanks for your comment and tried with my inventory of 194 - medium stone grey (sorry, no 208 - light stone grey any more), for your reference. But for my later 91 reconnaissance corps' bike, I would still think white is more closer to EP3 version, what do you think?
