  1. Wow, you really packed in a lot of detail! The Khetanna looks excellent, and the joystick as a stormtrooper with a lance is pure genius. Is the leg/dewback held on by a stud? What about its tail? The palace is also extremely recognizable, the toothed gear as the windows works very well. Great shaping of the sand, maybe add some other color? I think the palace is on a rock outcrop.
  2. Holy cow man, phenomenal greebling, shaping, attention to detail, and making the whole thing a functional MOC! The interior of the cargo pod is very well done, I love the usable ramp and speeder bike space as well as the striping on the hull, it makes it look like a working ship. Great solution on the pod corners as well, that can't've been easy to figure out. Also the turrets on the pod and back of the ship are great. Are the gunners there to control them? One criticism that's not a big deal because as you said it's a variant, but the ship seems a little bit long to me, almost like there's too much "neck" between the cockpit and cargo container? Still looks great, reminds me overall of an imperial cargo LAAT.
  3. Looks fantastic, the fishing rod looks perfect to me! The armor shaping in the front is a huge improvement as well, it looks damn close to the cross-section! Totally amazing.
  4. I kinda disagree with Bonks, I wouldn't add foot pedals since the minifigs are sitting instead of standing. and pedals can look out of place. Additionally, I think I prefer the skis to the rounded slopes as the vanes in the front, but that's my opinion! I'm also neutral on white vs lbg, I think either would be great. Who knows, they might've been white when they rolled off the production line! Overall, great MOC, you really did well on the narrow profile and color blocking. You may have taken inspiration from lots of others, but you produced something great! "If I have built better it is by standing on the shoulders of Giants"! :)
  5. I loved all the old canon bounty hunter's ships, I haven't seen many Hound's Tooth (Teeth?) since @woodnman412's version from a few years ago. Any other shots of the inside? Does the ladder lead up to the cockpit? (I LOVE that the door opens) Fantastic job with greebling and shaping overall!
  6. Hey man! Pretty great looking speeder. I know we're working within the constraints of the system, but it seems to me that the back is just a little too long, relative to the size of the minifig? I'm kind of torn on the use of the black cones on the bars in the front, it both smooths the front and kinda breaks up the visual... But it looks like you kind of need them to maintain stability with that bracket so no big deal. I really like the use of the engine pieces on the back, that matches the actual speeder pretty well. One thing I've seen on other speeders is the use of a 2x2 corner for the vanes in the front, which I think works pretty well instead of the triangle road sign piece. Overall though, I like it, and good job!
  7. Absolutely stellar, man! You did a fantastic job with shaping and color blocking, and I love the angled guns, I'm not sure if I've seen a version that's nailed them quite as well. Likewise with the DDT, it looks totally spot-on. Great job beefing it up, the the stabilizers worked out well plus the defoliator cannon is pretty damn close to the show. I know it's spraying herbicide and not insecticide, but I wonder if the DDT name was intentional...? Edit: I love that there's still room inside for pilots and gunners, great job with that too.
  8. Looks stellar, you did a great job of tweaking your old tank and merging it with the official set. Do you plan on building the Imperial version as well, or adding stickers to it?
  9. I'm with Robianco! But you can buy rebel builder's interceptor instructions, that's what I did. It blends with official Lego sets well.
  10. Great level of detail, man! I'm glad to see someone else hasn't forgotten the E Wing either!
  11. @That Orange Thing, that fits too well! I just need to find him a medic's uniform, or something! And @Daddy_Stardust, I didn't realize there were so many chinstrap heads, that's kinda nuts. Last resort I guess? I picked up a couple Arealight helmets a bit ago to make a tan Clone Commando out of a Shoretrooper and to outfit Jace Malcom. I added a brick-built gun to replace the one he comes with, and I think it turned out pretty well! What do you guys think about adding a plastic or cloth pauldron to Malcom? Edit: There doesn't look like there's a red pauldon, only dark red. Black would work at least!
  12. Hey guys! Bard's beard looks decently like a chinstrap from a distance, if you're looking for different heads for helmets. His mustache and goatee fit with SW facial hair, too (assuming low-ranking personnel can have facial hair!).
  13. The cross-section has two pilots and one commander per tank, but fitting them both in without serious remodeling is a challenge.
  14. @Daddy_Stardust, that looks amazing! My arms are on the way, glad it looks so good! And I agree on the backpack difficulty, you'd either have to cut the back of the cowl to make room, or glue on the pack... The images on the Firestar site often look like pretty grainy printing, but the products everyone has posted look stellar.
  15. I took apart the rear of the ship to remove the shooter, stuck a plate on the bottom to cover the hole, and converted the inside into a small cargo area. I thought about sticking an astromech, but never ended up going with it.
  16. I added Kraven's fur trim to Cassian for his fur hood, I think it turned out alright. Now I need to pick up some Firestar blue arms!
  17. Holy cow Bricksfeeder, that looks amazing! Great job, it's pretty much to scale, and the details you've managed to pack in are superb. Keep up the great work! :)
  18. Looks great, Ramses! :) Are the printed tiles in dark grey or dark bley?
  19. A-ha! That's perfect for holding the pilot. And great thought on the pedals, man!
  20. Looks great, you did an excellent job! You captured the scale better then the official set, which is pretty beefy. How does the pilot fit in? Are the minifig neck brackets to stabilize the speeder? I'm looking forward to seeing it in real bricks! :)
  21. Holy cow man, great job! The cliff and water look amazing, and the base looks spectacular. Is that the turret from the ARC trooper battle pack? I haven't watched the video, but is the inside of the base finished?
  22. Absolutely fantastic, man! Certainly my favorite rendition I've seen, and one of the most poseable. I'm with Fuppylodders on the sitting model, but really both are great! The only criticism I can come up with is to maybe use a slightly longer bar for an antenna? Other than that, I love it. :)
  23. Looks amazing man, I love the updates! I had a bit of deja vu from your first post, haha. The seating and storage space looks great, as does the cockpit! The back looks much better. Also the Monster Rocker head is great for Nym, I use it for my Falleen character in Star Wars D&D. Could you use Kit Fisto's hair for Nym's tentacles? And do you have instructions for it at all? I loved your size comparison pics from the last post, too! :)
  24. Awesome, thank you so much! I saw the pictures of your Tarkin, but I wasn't 100% sure if that's what you did. What did you use to remove the print? I've used a Mr Clean Magic Eraser on double-sided heads and it worked well, but it does sorta remove the shiny finish.
  25. Are there any dual-molded dark tan legs with black boots that fit the dark tan imperial uniforms besides the Ghostbusters legs? I think they would work but I'm worried about removing the printing. Has anyone done that?
